I normally don’t write a review but had to on this occasion, best experience of my life, excellent service, staff were so kind and accommodating, great food, amazing location, rooms are spacious and the ocean view is unbelievable, a huge thank you to Osman for giving us a great room, such a kind soul, I cannot thank you enough! Everyone would serve you with smile, I will definitely go back, thank you all for giving us the best experience during our stay!

Here on our 2nd day of 12 all inclusive, good hotel. Made to feel very welcome by staff and boat trips by edey are a must! Good food, amazing drinks 🍺 thank you looking forward to the next 10 days

I am writing this right from the hotel. Every room has air conditioner and very pretty floor of whitish colour together with comfortable beds and modern lighting and the ceiling looks sophisticated and not basic. All rooms also have a fridge with cold drinks. The working staff is kind and would assist you at any time. The meals made in restaurant are tasty and warm and the resort got beautiful greenery between the pools. If you choose swim-up rooms you get private swimming pool with French balcony. I went to Kusadasi in 2021 and last year I went to Alanya, but this was the best place I stayed in Turkey that set the bar very high for my next year's summer vacation. The hotel is also very close to Turgutreis, the largest town in Bodrum peninsula. I recommend!

I really liked the ground rooms with 'private pools'. The water was amazingly clean, even the cats drink from the pool. Food was awesome and staff was friendly, just beware most of them do not speak english or any language other than Turkish. The main downside was the alcohol, all of it was bad but the rum was especially awful. Tasted like medicine. Another thing that can be improved is the animation, music starts at 10am and continue till 17pm which i think was great. However after 17 there was often not much to do (apart from eating the delicious food and the amazing sweets). And last but not least, the noise. You can hear everything that is going on in thr big corridors because of bad door isolation. This often result in being woke up in the middle of the night (by drunks or cats) or very early in the morning (by staff). Please fix the isolation.

Bar staff really good all staff really friendly had an issue with mini bar and the management are dealing with it promptly it just needs to be clear on the content . Swimming pool really good hotel Verry clean ! You need to look at the room door card the do not disturb the other side is clean my room you can miss this ! management are looking at this in fairness to resolve this issue easy mistake to make ! Apart from that all good 😄

I really like this quite and peaceful place. Many thanks for daily cleaning of our room. We have got a big room I guess around 40 m2. Staff of the hotel is very friendly I get any help all what I need - All speak English some even speak Russian. Staff always smile and not because they have to do it just atmosphere in the hotel is good. I think minus of the hotel is a small beach. But I can't find more minuses. Service and food are good. Boys from lobby bar and reception are super. Guest relation lady Vesela is very nice. I can recommend this hotel definitely. You can see best sunsets there.

Turgutreis is about an hour from Bodrum, it appears to be a quiet resort but we went at the beginning of the season. We had sunshine and one day of rain. The hotel is spotlessly clean everywhere, the staff were wonderful, special mentions to follow, the food was good lots of choice something for everyone, lovely healthy food too, although chips, pizza, burgers also available.
There is a walk to the local town taking between 30-60 minutes depending on pace. Food retailers there, gift shops, restaurants, clothing, spices, cash dispenser and an Irish pub there plus other shops. We particularly loved a beautiful gift shop call NAZAN, they had beautiful gifts from bags, lamps, jewellery, cushion covers, shawls, pictures, plaques, coasters, good prices with 2 wonderful men to serve you who were very honest and helpful. 7005 Sokak no 4A 48960 Turgutreis not far from the beach front. On Saturday there is a market or perhaps called a Bazaar here, it took us a long time to find it so perhaps get precise directions or take a taxi and a short cost, agree rough price beforehand. AND be brave and offer half their price to start with, they expect you to do this, beautiful fresh fruit and vegetables available plus other foods, along with clothing, crafts, beautiful pottery at the cheapest prices ever seen in Turkey, shoes, hats, bags and plenty of fake clothing
Several stray dogs outside hotel, all whom were friendly and not a problem, some stray cats inside hotel but this is a Turkish way of being.
Bedrooms were well furnished and comfortable, we had a sea view, looking out to sea rooms with most sun on on the right.
All bar staff were friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to look after us and produce refreshments of a high quality and majority spoke good English.
Our favourite restaurant staff were Metin, Samet the lady chef who cooked omlette for breakfast was lovely too always greeted us with a big smile, the pastry chef's choice of cakes and delights was delicious but also looked stunning. The manager was also very welcoming and helpful and his English was excellent from living in the UK.
Reception some staff with no English so tried to use google translate to help us, there was a helpful Hotel Guest Relations manager, who helped us several times when Reception couldn't; like ordering taxi and asking general questions.
The entertainment or animation team were wonderful, looking after our Grandson, darts, football, ping-pong, craft putting on evening Bingo, show. Thank you to the whole team but especially Gurkan, Bugra and the lovely lady whose name I cannot spell (Ece).
Two good sized pools indoor one cooler than outside, gym and sauna too.
We had a Turkish bath and several massages the girls were wonderful, I had Monica and my husband Rita and my sister Imsaf. They were hardworking and very good, we did not like the way one of the men watched over them though and how he spoke to them, he may have been the manager unsure but it was uncomfortable. Also complained about several things there that weren't sorted and their standards didn't match the rest of the hotel. Couldn't lock toilet door, no soap in one shower and or one hand bason, automatic dryer didn't work, not always toilet paper in cubicle and no spares and inner rolls laying around on the floor. We have no idea why this couldn't be sorted because mostly the 3 men sat on their phones.
If you buy postcards purchase stamps at a post office and try to post them at the post office because there are no post boxes. Alternatively post them at the airport when leaving.

A wonderful hotel, with an amazing view, delicious and varied food. The staff is very kind and responsive.

The pool is very good - big and clean.

Perfect place. Everything was awesome except not restrictions about people when jumping in the pool. In all hotels with a pool that is one of the most restricted thing to respect.

I don't even know where to start, the experience was absolutely perfect. We stayed 4 nights.

Since the moment you enter you can get the level of the service, the facilities are simply beautiful and after the check-in, someone helps you with your luggage to your room in a very kind way, he also made a small conversation answering the questions that we made.

When the room door opened I inmediately loved the place. It was big, very clean (which I really appreciated), amazing view, nice balcony (with enough space to sit and watch the landscape). What to say about the bed: Extremely comfortable and clean. Bathroom was also clean, and they changed the towels and provided housekeeping service appropiately.

Food was varied, good quality and ALWAYS in big quantities. We were sad that some guests wasted food without reason instead of taking what they really would eat.

Now, let me tell you what was the best part of this hotel, THE SPA. You definitely have to reserve a day to enjoy the spa services. We took the option 1 (Hamam, full body massage and face mask). The result is just wonderful, being in the clouds could define how we felt after that. My sincere congratulations and thanks to the whole spa team, specially the kind lady in the front desk and the two indonesian girls that took care of us.

The only three things that I disliked were:
1. The beach sand had a lot of small stones. It is a bit painful to walk there.
2. The spa pool shouldn't be for kids, they are very noisy and destroy the relaxing moment you you try to have.
3. There should be more variety in the included drinks. No enough options.

My wife and I loved the resort , We have been to most of the Caribbean all inclusive 5 stars resorts and this resort is very comparable to them, the food is very delicious , the staff at the resort is very welcoming, polite and they’re doing their best to make everyone happy. The view and the room is spectacular, we will definitely come back ❤

We were with my wife at the My Ella hotel for 10 days. We are very happy with stays. All of the service was very nice and helpful, friendly atmosphere. Food very delicious. Great views. Rooms nice and clean.

Everything is Amaizing!
Everything is clean, the food is excellent and the waiters are very polite.
Guests relations are good too.
Very quiet and no one disturbes you.
The pool is everytime so clear and the beach is so comfortable and privat!

Great place. Very clean, friendly staff, good location. Would have been great if there was more stuff to do for kids, but the staff were still great with my 18 month old daughter. If you have kids a few days here is enough, but for a people without children it is ideal.

It was such a wonderful experience to stay here for our vacation. We met Rukiye at the Guest Relations counter and she was probably the lovliest person in whole Bodrum, she helped us get reservations for an amazing chinese dinner and gave us very helpful information about what we can do. So Thank you so much Rukiye for your kindness! If you visit MyElla make sure to say hello to her :-)

Lovely hotel with really friendly customer service staff, especially Cabrail who got us lovely dinner reservations. Great house keeping and the breakfast, lunch, and dinner was great. Would definitely stay again! :) friendly staff.

One of the excellent spa and massage we have in My Ella resorts, we would like to try it again.

Hotel was perfectly clean and very comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful, especially Haci who was very smart, speaked very well english and always offered us the service of the towels and SPA with smile.

Spa team- Cevriye at the desk,Haci and the lovely ladies Anna and June with their amazing golden hands made our stay wonderful 😊 Cebrail from the GS desk also amazing, friendly and always helpful 🙂 amazing entertainment team and great shows, delicious food , great staff ... only the staff cleaning the rooms should pay more attention ....
