The day I return home after a 16-day trip to Turkye. Last meal in Istanbul. We found a restaurant that was a gem. We fell in love with the comfortable and clean atmosphere and the friendliness and warmth of the owner and staff, and most of all, the fresh and flavorful food thrilled our hearts. The lamb liver, octopus dish, and fried fish were the best dishes and went perfectly with beer. In particular, the fresh fish caught every day was so savory and delicious. For dessert, the Turkish-style wheat pancakes with ice cream recommended by the owner were fantastic in their crunchiness and sweetness. I heard there is a live music performance after 8pm, but it's a shame I couldn't see it this time, and I'll definitely have to visit again next time. Thanks to the cheerful owner and staff, I left Istanbul with good memories. Highly recommended.

The owner was very welcoming, food delicious and reasonably priced. Would recommend and definitely would come back. They had live music, which added to the wonderful atmosphere.

Great place to spend hours in on a chill Sunday lunch/dinner! The owner is very welcoming and puts time to make sure you’ll have a great visit! loved the food and the atmosphere, the fish was fresh and well done, the appetisers and the dessert were delicious!

It’s one of the best meyhanes that we have ever been, owner is very welcoming and kind and most importantly looks after the guests. Even though it was our first visit waiters guided us deciding to order for 4 people. It was such a pleasant experience with the live music on Friday night, we suggest everyone to make a visit.

Really good Turkish food on our first night in Istanbul! Excellent food from appetizers all the way to our dessert! The owner was also very accommodating.

This restaurant and their staff offered us an amazing experience. The food was really tasty and their staff were super nice and helpful. They provided us amazing food recommendations and the location (in the terrace) was also very cozy and relaxed. We definitely recommend it and will return in our next trip to Turkey!

Very authentic Turkish restaurant. There are over 15 mezze choices which you can pick, from vegetable to yoghurt to seafood. The kebab comes in large portions. Costed 500 lira per person. Would recommend.

First night in Istanbul and found this cafe/pub. Owner spoke English and was very helpful. Food was very good and prices fair. Highly recommend. Cute cafe where the locals eat, but inviting to others. Worth seeking out.

It's a great place to have your dinner in the Besiktas area. Delicious food, pleasant music, and super friendly staff. I personally wanna mention fried mackerel. Fresh, crunchy, and just perfect. Ideal for the fish lover. My friends had meat and they loved it too. Oh, and I totally forgot about super tasty meze.

Great food, honestly sublime. The fish was fresh, the mixed grill was outstanding, and the atmosphere, too, was wonderfully authetic. I will certainly be bringing my family here on my next trip. I couldn't recommend the establishment enough.

Our waiter was a very sweet guy, would return to this restaurant for the service! Still, the food was great, tried most of the appetizers on the menu and none disappointed. The ambiance was enhanced by street musicians that performed traditional Turkish music.

We were hesitant about restaurants in this area but we gave this one a try and we are not regretting it!
The seafood was fresh and delicious! Loved their cold starters (see the photo)!
Service was good and staff are also polite and friendly.
