The customer facing teller girl on the far left next to the wall invented a commission of 250 TL literally out of her head and then called her colleagues to support her with the premise that there is a fee for counting foreign cash. No documentation, no mention of the fee, straight out of her head

Just cause I am a foreigner exchanging Canadian money, the teller literally made up the amount on the spot and tried to convince me its a fee for counting my money, if you are Turkish you’ll never pay this fee.

The bank was literally empty with me as the only customer inside, so its not like the teller was busy with other tasks, she was just chilling at the canteen.

I opened a bank account at this branch and already regretting it. Thinking of moving to another branch in Basiktas, if service is still as low then moving to IS BANK.

Really horrible customer service from the teller and very unprofessional teller girl.

Aradigim zaman ulasamadigim nedense Okan diye birinin her aradigimda mesgul olmasindan dolayi cevap veremedigini soyleyen ses kaydinin telefonumu kirma noktasina getirdigi subedir. Must tem emaillerime cevap vermez. Isine saygi! duyan bir ekip. Bi halta yaramayan kredi kartinizi kirdim artik. Çözümsüzlük abidesi sube!
