Burgu Arjaan by Rotana

Serhat was very kind! He accompanied me from the car to my room, while holding my luggage and ensured that everything was working properly before leaving. The hotel is very nice and the staff is professional.

The housekeeping staff was also very accommodating. I had the loveliest woman Ves Lia who always put a smile on my face and did a proper clean. I would highly recommend staying here!

The reception staff were all very helpful and Harun who showed us to our room reception was very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast and meals were very good with lots of choice and bar and restaurant staff attentive.
The room was very nice and well fitted out, including washer drier and kitchen facilities.
It was a shame we were out of season as it meant we did not get to use outdoor pool but it looked very nice with a good sized seating area.

The service here was impeccable, check in was simple and I had Deniz help with my luggage and show me how everything works at my room. He informed me about how there’s a restaurant and pool, as well if I ever need help with taxis and etc. They are willing to help with that too. The room has a great view as well, with a built in mini kitchen and has everything you need. Overall, the experience was really great and I would recommend to a friend.

Had an amazing time at this hotel, the staff was amazing the food was great! And everyone was super helpful. Restaurant staff Kūcsar I believe his name was very helpful and provided excellent service. Would definitely stay here again

My recent stay at Burgu Arjaan by Rotana was nothing short of fantastic, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by Semih. From the moment I arrived, Semih's attention to detail and warm hospitality made me feel truly valued as a guest. His recommendations for local dining spots and his willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort were truly impressive.

The hotel itself exudes luxury and comfort, with beautifully appointed rooms and stunning city views. The facilities, including a well-equipped fitness center and a serene spa, added to the overall experience.

I had a really great experience at this hotel I had a surgery with ClinicHub, check in was easy I had someone bring my bags to my room and they gave me a tour of the hotel. All the staff were so lovely and welcoming the breakfast was my favourite part of the day the food was fresh I had omelette made in front of me. The people at reception were helpful and the hotel smelt amazing, my room was tidy and cleaned daily the bed was soft and the service amazing everyone was always one call away this experience was amazing during my surgery healing a 5 star experience I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends

Today it’s my second day at the hotel and the food it’s amazing. Waitress are very friendly and especially one beautiful girl who has the name Elif she’s a student. I was impress in how she speak properly English. She was very lovely I hope to see her more !!!

So far my experience here has been great. The breakfast buffet (6:30-10:30) is especially wonderful, Jeku always checked up on me each morning and asked me if I needed more coffee or drinks. Great selection each day too, always new items. Thank you for making my experience the best! As for convenience, there's a few grocery stores less than 5 minutes walking and even a modern coffee shop. Elevators are fast, hotel is not noisy, great view.

Nice shower and bathroom.
I enjoyed using the gym and steam room, you have to buy a swimming cap to use the pool.

The buffet breakfast was a great way to start the day with lots of different options.

The staff service was excellent and they were all very friendly.

Such an amazing experience in Istanbul. We stayed at the Burgu Arjaan by Rotana and the entire staff is so kind and attentive. Davut is such an amazing person. Made our breakfast experience extremely special. I felt so well taken care of staying here. I definitely recommend if you’re traveling to Turkey. My experience was truly 10/10!

I had a very pleasant stay at the Arjaan. The breakfast offered a wide selection and the room service food was delicious and always arrived warm. The hotel staff were great, but a special mention to the housekeeper, Ahmet, who was very friendly, helpful and ensured I had everything I needed - especially replenishing all the water I was drinking.

I stayed at the hotel as part of a surgery package.

The staff, rooms, amenities have all been fantastic. The location means that you are easily able to explore the city using the Metro if feeling up to it, however lots of shops and such nearby too.

Highly recommend!

I stayed at this hotel whilst I recovered from surgery. The view from my room made my recovery peaceful. The staff were extremely helpful. Harun was very friendly, polite and helpful in assisting me ie carrying my luggage etc. Thank you for making my stay here in Turkey pleasant :)

Wasn’t sure what to order for my first meal at Elements restaurant in the Burgu Arjaan but Elif catered to my questions before helping me choose a delicious chicken fettuccine. Forewarning- the portion sizes are huge and decadent I couldn’t even finish half! Excellent job by the staff. 😊

Excellent professionalism from the moment you arrive. The front desk team excell in their approach with high customer service skills always smiling an greeting us as we pass them to go out or breaky. True testament to their commitment to provide a high standard of service.

Kursad and Alper and Edaaa was very attentive and provided excellent service during our stay at the hotel restaurant. Plenty of choice of food for the breakfast buffet and with the evening menu. Room is nice and well furnished with a washing machine and microwave and fridge, could be improved with a freezer section of fridge for ice etc. but the bar staff are happy to provide ice. High level of cleanliness, staff are all very pleasant and happy to help.

We are very grateful to Alper and Eda who served us at the Burgu Arjaan by Rotana restaurant. They have been very friendly and timely helpful. This is an example of an excellent customer service. Thank you guys for our great experience!

Dining at Breakfast is lovely, The hotel has a very wide selection to choose from. Alper our waiter was very attentive and approachable, he has such great customer service (5 stars in fact). Alper immediately offered us coffee which was much needed and offered which type of eggs i would like, omelette was the best option!. Edanur was lovely she asked if anything was needed and if she could help she would be at hand. All in all our breakfast experience has been great! Our stay at the Arjann has been great. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it also has many amenities other hotels don’t offer. Prices are all reasonable too. Thank you a lovely stay.

Great hotel.Staff were pleasant and helpful. The restaurant's food was tasty. Kursat, the restaurant staff who attended to my sister and me, was very professional and his service was excellent.
