This hospital saved me. On my trip to Istanbul, I experienced the worst illness I’ve had in my life. As an American, you tend to avoid hospitals due to the scary bills. After lying in bed for 4 days and not getting better, I knew I needed help. I came to this hospital based on the reviews by other tourists. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The front staff has limited English but still do everything they can to help. Just be patient and they will take great care of you and find a way to communicate with you. My receptionist used his phone and Google translate.

They quickly got me in to see Dr. Gümüş who was very nice, competent, and speaks excellent English. They did some tests and then treated me. I was there for about 3 hours, but half of that was with an IV, so I didn’t have to wait around that much.

The bill was affordable and they told me the costs before seeing the doctor and getting the tests and treatments. My total was 6,500 Turkish liras, which is probably 3-4x what most visits for tourists will cost. This is because I needed some special tests that are more expensive than what the average visit requires.

I even had some insurance paperwork that I had to email to them more than 6 weeks after my visit. They completed my request within hours. This is a really great hospital and will take great care of any tourists. Thank you so much for taking great care of me.

I am super grateful for this hospital as an American tourist visiting Istanbul on my honeymoon. I had been battling a cough that took a turn for the worst on our first night in the city, and we were able to walk into the hospital and be quickly seen by a doctor who administered a quick round of IV fluids and a set of helpful prescription medications that we were able to fill the same day. It’s been ~36 hours since this visit and I’m already feeling better.

The hospital staff had limited English skills, but we were able to communicate after some back and forth. All in, my visit cost me less than $200.

I came here as a tourist, a few weeks ago, as a precaution in case of a potential anaphylactic reaction. The service, kindness and expertise provided by Dr. Batuhan Akti was simply outstanding! Myself and my partner felt extremely lucky to meet him. Thank you again, and all the very best in the future!

Dr. Esra Misir is the best, as a tourist who can’t speak Turkish, I advise you to check with her.

Came here bc of tonsillitis, very friendly and efficient service. The doctor and the staff spoke good enough english (or at least tried their best to help). Really appreciated.

I couldn’t hear on one ear and went to another hospital before where they couldn’t help me. Then I went to this one and Dr. Esra Misir was the nicest, friendliest and kindest doctor I‘ve ever met. Also the staff did everything to help me although their english is not fluent. I definitely recommend this one.

I was on a trip, I'm a foreigner and unfortunately I had a horrible sore throat, where I couldn't even speak. I googled a hospital near where I was staying and located this hospital. It was simply my salvation! The Doctor and all the attendants were super attentive, and the speed of service surprised me a lot. I had a tour that day and thanks to the Doctor who medicated me I was able to do the tour. Gratitude to everyone! This is my recommendation for anyone who needs a quick service. Gratitude from Brazil!

Helped me by diagnosing an eye infection and prescribed me eye drops medicine. Cost me about 120 Canadian all in all. Very clean professional. I used Google translate for the reception admin. Doctor spoke English.

For foreigners: for emergency doctor consultation in English I was immediately given the consultation, got my prescription and I was done in 30 minutes, costed 50 euros, perfect service.

Very friendly and supportive staff , doctor was very professional explaining what throat infection I had and he provided the proper medication prescription.

A really good hospital, I got food poisoning and went there they were very helpful and fast in taking care of me, also their prices were reasonable to foreigners 👍🏼 the doctor spoke good English and the rest of the team tried their best to communicate 🙏🏼

Got covid test during the new lockdown for travel purposes. The staff spoke english, it was quick, I was in and out in less than 10min. It costs 250 Lira, you can pay cash or card. Keep in mind that the front desk is to the right of the hallway once you walk into the lobby.

Came for COVID PCR test for travel, very quick process. 170 Turkish Lira. Visa Credit card accepted. Took our test at 11:40am, they said will get result in email by 9pm same night. Highly recommend!

The staff and doctor are really nice. Even though I don't speak Turkish and they don't really speak English but they try their best to ask their friend to help me get the doctor.

I liked it! The GP took her time and was really nice. She offered alternatives.
Less modern than the american hospital but so much more reasonable. I would choose sen jorj.

My friend had an allergic reaction as she has an allergy called urtacaria and we went at 7 am in the morning and they were super helpful and the hospital is clean and the team is nice thank u so much for all the help

Had allergies when I got to turkey and they gave me two injections and felt way better

I like it the administration was speaking English and there PCR test cost 250 TL , I didn't wait for long time.
