Second time visiting hotel this year, just 30 min away from Istanbul airport and city rush on the way
Clean and large rooms
I really enjoyed the taste and variety of breakfast
And my wife brought delicious Turkish Delight from store at reception

Recommended hotel, spacious and clean room, complete facilities, the bathroom really wide, and various dishes every breakfast👌

Amazing experience!!! Such a clean room, comfortable bed, everything organized, good TV, good service, and DELICIOUS breakfast with hundreds of options in what to eat!

I had a great experience
I got this hotel through turkish airlines and was traveling with my little daughter alone. We had a 2-days stopover in Istanbul, my first time here so i was nervous. Well, the rooms are a a bit old, but they are huge! We had a crazy jet lag so we missed our breakfast, can’t comment on that. The food from the restaurant was decent and the service was courteous and fast. I got meatballs, very good! Their fries are simply amazing 👍 many elevators, fast. I asked a reception desk clerk to help me get a taxi cause it can be tricky for a foreigner in Turkey. The employee was so professional and nice, he helped me to get the official taxi with meter and helped us with our bag. I can’t thank him enough!! Only good impressions from staying there! The cleaning lady was super nice as well, she gave me some water and tea. Don’t hesitate to ask for help, the staff is very kind! Thank you for having us!

Large Room, Attentive and Quick paced Receptionist and Concierge. Check in was quick. Great Breakfast Selection. Stayed with my family for 3 nights. The water flow in the shower was a bit small. But still comfortable enough to get warmed up. I am presuming that it was intentional to minimize splashes as there is no curtain or cover in the shower area. Will definitely stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable room. Highly recommended. If you are assigned a room with a bath tub, just be very careful when you get in & out of the bath tub. Easy to fall due to the way it is designed.

It's a nice hotel with great amenities such as a gym, pool, sauna, Turkish bath, etc, but I wish it was in a better location that has more things around it or if it was closer to tourist areas. The service is slow sometimes (cleaning rooms, etc..) and for the price, they seem to be a bit miserly with the coffee or water. The rooms are nice and clean, with great bathrooms.

Stay due to missing a connection thanks to Turkish Air.
Hotel half an hour from airport. Clean, large rooms. Bathrooms a bit odd with a viewing window but works OK when you can figure the privacy blinds out. Tea and coffee in rooms. Breakfast buffet was great, lunch was fantastic, and the dinner buffet was OK. Plenty of choice.
Not much to do to amuse kids.

Their service and hospitality was nothing of the very best whilst being here in Turkey!

The Istanbul Dance Festival that we had attended, was just the cherry on the top.

Very nice hotel, super Turkish hospitality. The hotel is full service, large hotel, large rooms with all amenities. Super breakfast, wish they had more fruits. Great lunch buffet. Great location off the main freeway. There is also easy access by taxi to Mall of Istanbul - good typical mall shopping.

In July 2022, the hotel atrium was focused on selling real estate to foreigners.

A very nice hotel. Rooms were very comfy n nice. The most busiest hotel tht I've ever seen. It was literally like an airport. There were always people checking in and out. So the lobby is constantly busy. The food was nice too. I how to back n stay longer here. I had a short one. Looking forward for another visit to Istanbul and Pullman ❤ sorry for not providing much photos.

Everyone was super nice to us. Only the people at reception spoke English, but it was easy to communicate with the rest using a translator. The hotel itself is great! Modern spaces and very clean, the pool and hot tub was a plus.

Great hotel, good and tasty food. Friendly staff. Room was very nice. Outstanding matters and pillows.
The spa and wet areas are great, you will regret if you miss the hammam.
Suits are very good.

Absolutely amazing hotel with friendly and helpful personnel. Spacious, luxurious and well designed rooms and facilities. They are also truly pet friendly which was the main reason for us to try Pullman. It was such a pleasure experience that we are so excited to plan our next stay there.

Everything since we arrived was great, staff was introducing themselves like friends, Bushra y Ipek where particularly nice and welcoming, but everyone we encounter where happy to help. Breakfast is very complete and rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The location in not very close to center but is in front of an amazing outlet. we didn’t have any problem when transporting to touristic areas, Taxis vary from 120/150 Liras. to HayaSofia.
We could come back to this hotel.

I stayed here during my visited to Istanbul last March. I love the pleasant staff who helping us, variety menu in the restaurant. Clean room and really love the interior of this hotel.

Not far from ataturk airport make us safe much time to enjoy and explore this hotel.
