Professional and nice people, do everything to help you solve the problem on time. Very helpful in terms of all the guarantees, quality exchange programs, etc. My work fully depends on my MacBook and they didn't let me miss even one day of work when dealing with my computer. I mostly communicated with a service manager whose name I think is Dilek (if I saw correctly on a badge), and she was awesome. My Turkish is not very good and she was very patient with all the questions and also helped me in English

I am amazed at how nice and open people work there!!! The best customer service I have ever seen. Bought here iPad mini with Pencil and Smartfolio, the price is so nice… Unfortunately, according to the laws of Turkey, you can’t pay in cash more than 7.000 TL, and if you’re not a citizen and you don’t have credit/debit card, you can’t buy some expensive stuff here but i found a turkish guy who helped me with all that.

You've got a happy customer here! Apple center here has always got very professional staff - knowledgeable and polite. I was very upset recently coz my beats studio 3 headphones broke just like that while I was taking them off. Because I've only had them for 1.5years, I was extremely upset by the incident. My partner and I went to the Apple store to report to the technical support staff there of the incident plus the discolouration of the white headphones. A staff by the name of Huseyin I believe, was extremely efficient. He noted down all the problems, checked my headphones and told me they would order a new pair for me and update me- quick and fuss-free. I went back yesterday to collect my new headphones after receiving an email saying they were ready. I'm such a happy and extremely satisfied customer. Definitely will continue to support Apple products especially after this incident!!!

The best and only Apple store in turkey!! This is the most beautiful Apple store I have ever seen. The best time to visit the store is in the evening but be aware it does get pretty crowded at times

It's a great big store. They have many beautiful things. They have friendly, helpful staff and are nice to deal with others. But prices in Turkey are very expensive due to high taxes on foreign products.

Very good service. Everyone speaks english. Beware!: they have "auto-stock" which means you need to preorder to pick up from the store. Not everything is in stock. Check before going.

Luxury island at Istanbul, nice place for an Apple Store. Good food around and shops.
