Nice shop but having problems with delivery.

I ordered bouquet of ranunkulus last week. Due delivery some flowers were damaged and I had to put it to trash. I mentioned it to the seller and they promised to send new bouquet as apologize week later. Btw 1st bouquet didn’t last long as well.
Today I asked when they will send another bouquet. And shop answered that they already send as surprise yesterday and left it at security in my apartment. But problem is that I was not at home and even will not come home for next 1-2 days. I would not be able to pick up flowers so it’s just waste again. Do delivery without mentioning me is not great idea, guys.
Delivery guy even didn’t want to take flowers back because he follows “rules” and he has to deliver no matter what. Also he didn’t accept it to deliver another address which is 5 min away. So just waste of time and money.

I wished to order more flowers from this shop because flowers are nice and prices too. But it would not happen because of delivery problems.

Çiçek sepeti üzerinden ilk görseldeki çiçeği satın aldım. Eve gelen çiçeğin resimlerini de ekliyorum. Firmanın iddiasına göre çiçekler kusursuzmuş.
