Konakli Medical Center (Private Konakli Polyclinic)

Been there for a medical problem.
I had medical insurance and an ambulance came at the hotel and took me to this Private Medical Clinic.
The doctor saw me in nearly 10 minutes and after that I was under treatment in a room with 2 beds, bath and TV.
They offered lunch for me and my wife as well.
Great Medical care. I was checked at each 2 hours, but a nurse came at every half an hour and asked how I am and how I feels.
At the end , please let me say " Thank you so much for your medical care.

I would like to thank the clinic very much for the professional approach, quick handling, pick-up and drop-off back to the hotel, and very kind and helpful staff. The Slovak nurse (unfortunately, I don't know her name) willingly translated and explained everything to me. Human approach, clean and pleasant environment. Once again, thank you all so much❤

Had a good laugh even when I was about to get injected in the bottom. Everyone is friendly and apothecary is 10-20 meters away (depending to whom you speak 😀).
The man in orange (doc) was a very friendly, funny guy and trustworthy, which is very important trait in this proffesion.
Nurse was gentle with the needle.
Receptionists know multiple languages namely English and Russian, but even Czech to certain degree.
They also provide transport from/to hotel.

Everybody was really helpful and they provide transportation from the hotel.
The doctor and the nurses was really kind and make as feel confortable.
We was worried about our 3 years child,who had stomak issues.
Thanks for all the team they make our vacation safe.

I came to this facility at night with a child with a fever of 40 degrees, we got help right away. The nurses checked our son non-stop during our stay. The doctor who looked after us was nice and helpful, speaking several languages. The health insurance I bought with the trip covered all the costs. Thank you for your help

Update: Had to revisit the hospital with my mother-in-law. Gizem took care of us again on arrival. Wonderful service from the doctor and team 🙌💖

At first I was afraid to take my son to an unknown clinic in a foreign country, but the care we received was outstanding. I am a doctor myself (did not mention this to anyone) so I speak as a healthcare specialist when I say that this clinic is really nice.

We came from Side (40 min away) and besides the long trip everything was great. The staff were polite and there to help. My problem was with an infant which vomited and had diarrhea. Immediately as we arrived the child was on medicine and in 2 hour was feeling ok. Total time stayed was almost 6 hours. Total price 600 euros but it will be reimbursed by the insurance. Also, we received food for the child and me.

I recommend it.

Very good policlinic, very kind and great doctors and Nurses, I want to thank Slovakian speaking nurse Mária for great service and tactfulness, Nurse Asli for great treatment,she was very kind, willing and professional, Dr Lenver Murtazaev for being a really good doctor and recovering Me fast, he also speaks little slovakian. This is the best hospital I ever been in my life, we had transport from hotel to clinic and back too, everybody was cool and helping

Perfect clinic. Everything fast and proffesional. Everyone pleasant and smiling.
We were on holiday. My son broke his arm. All was fixed in 1 hour. And back to hotel. Amazing.

I can't recommend it because I hope you don't have any medical problems on vacation, but if you do, it's the best place to get the right care. The doctors are professional and attentive to your needs, as are the nurses. I was treated as if I were staying at a hotel. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Konakli Medical Center.

Visited there twise in april. Exellent doctors and treatment. Very professional and easy to communicate in english. Nurses are friendly and caring. Me and my small child got better treatment than in any other place. Fully recommented. Just take care that you have incurance and everything goes smoothly.

We came to Turkey for Holidays. We have had some health issues and we found Konakli private clinic (close to our hotel). From the first enquiry they provided excellent service. They have arranged free of charge collection, they explained cost prior visit, they fast, professional and very good. Visit was fantastic, we have been checked by couple doctors, blood test was done in 15 minutes. They charged what was agreed. They deliver as back to hotel.
