Fantastic place to stay with your family. Every night different entertainment, lovely food (each night different theme). Kids club for smaller kids, foam party, loads of pools to choose from. Staff absolutely very helpful and welcoming. Rooms very clean and big size for standard room .

We had an amazing holiday the place was very cleaned the pools and water slides spot on! Great entertainment and the spa was the highlight very affordable and great experience we did a family Turkish bath with the kids they loved it. The food was a culinary discovery experience they also served the usual pasta burgers etc. The beach has stones so we used swimming shoes the kids love snorkeling there as they spotted fishes between the rocks. I have been in Cancun , Spain, Orlando and I have to say very pleasantly surprised with Turkey. We willie back for sure

Rooms are clean and properly done every day. If there’s an issue, they fix things right as way. For example our drain in the shower wasn’t so good. They came and cleaned it immediately. Every day there’s a very rich choice for food. 3 meals a day in the buffet restaurant; every day a different variety. Lots of meat, fish and vegetables. A good mix between Turkish and Western food; for everyone there should be something they would like (can’t imagine if not). The facilities are all good, except for the WiFi; doesn’t cover the whole building. In the lobby and restaurant it’s good. In the room it’s not. The a la carte restaurant was great; my wife has a milk allergy and they handled it with great care. The manager is very friendly and so is the staff. The beach is easily accessible and safe. Cocktails and food everywhere. They have a gym which is a plus (although old equipment). The shows in the amfitheater were very entertaining for the kids especially (such as a magic show). For the kids there’s a very good mini club with loads of activities and a kids dance on stage at the end of the day. Overall a very good experience with only a negative point for the WiFi. I would recommend this resort.

Really good and enjoyable vacation place. With family or just friends. We liked the location because the surrounding was quiet. Other hotels weren’t so close. You can enjoy sun and swimming in the beach or near the pools.
Food was excellent. Really luxurious choice local cuisine and ordinary food (spaghetti, nuggets and more)

I and my wife and 6-year-old son spent four nights and five days last week. We were guests of this hotel, the initial reception was poor and with some delays, the room we were assigned was on the first floor of the first block, the room was very clean with the usual facilities and the lighting system was very good, the view was not suitable and facing the sea. Apparently it was related to our initial choice, the advantage of the room was that the outside sound and the sound of passengers in the pool and ... could not be heard in the room, I just considered it necessary to mention this point and it was one of our bad memories in the hotel,A large Danish family with a very loud and annoying voice, harassing us every morning, I protested against them on the second day, but unfortunately, instead of apologizing, I met with a negative reaction from them, intending to clash with I had, these behaviors of European civilized people were unlikely and far from the mind, of course, I had already heard about the ugly and uncivilized behavior of Danes through my friends who live in Europe.
The hotel facilities, the food served, the meal time, the variety of food and drinks were all great, only on the last day of lunch, in the salad and some food, the ladies' hair was found, which I informed the staff about. In general, I recommend this hotel, I hope the hotel management will take action to attract more travelers and satisfy them by eliminating some existing shortcomings and upgrading the hotel facilities.

Had a lovely time here - stayed for seven nights, all inclusive. Staff are friendly enough, even if their English is sometimes a little limited. Good options for food - never had a situation where I couldn’t find anything I couldn’t eat, and there was a wide variety on offer. My biggest tip is to tip the waiting staff - I did that a few times, and was well looked after as a result. Genuinely nice hotel, although you need to be up early to bag decent sun beds near the pool areas.

Spa is a really good - I had five massages over the eight days I was there. If you buy a package you’ll be able to negotiate a really good rate.

Useful to have both Lira and Euros while you stay here - the ice creams and other incidentals take Euros (barbers, for instance). They’ve also got a handy little convenience store on site that you can pick up most things you might have forgotten.

All round amazing hotel, friendly staff, had to see the doctor whilst there and did it with ease, and quick to get an appointment and the medication to me I didn't have to leave the hotel.

Pools were amazing, children spent all day in them, food is lovely so much choice!

The shop on site run by Ali and his family, amazing service and lovely family, will find anything and everything you need in there.

Clean rooms and hotel, great entertainment and things on at night to keep kids and adults happy.

Will defo be going back again 👌

A good value resort with excellent facilities for families and absolutely stunning food and service. Very good children’s club and nightclub, arcade, hairdresser and tattoo artist! Clean, and tidy. Gets very busy in at pool side and mental at feeding time; however get their early and avoid the queues. WiFi only in lobby, and pray time can wake you up if a light sleeper (04:23); however these are minor elements. Some families out late, Post midnight, can be a little noisy on returning to their rooms; but again minor for the overall quality of service and customer service you get. Excellent family holiday!

A quiet location with lots of families with children, outdoor children's pool and deeper, slides, pool bars, snack bar, beach bar, bistro bar, restaurant bar, bar and mini restaurant during the night. The rooms are large with two beds, one double and one single, an armchair, table, LCD TV, telephone in the room and bathroom, refrigerator and safe. The bathroom is large with a spacious shower and hairdryer. Towels were changed less daily on the penultimate day when no one entered the room. Very diverse and good food. Lots of cakes of different types, fruits, salads, yogurts, sauces, juices, teas, coffee. Staff who quickly clears the tables, kind. And entertainment every night. The beach is close to the hotel. I recommend and maybe I'll come back.

Very good hotel. Many pools and big area, big slides. Food everyday is diferent and very tasty. Entertainment team are good and friendly, they always keep you busy if you don't want just to lie on sun bed. So many bars so you don't need to walk long distance to get your drink. Hotel beach near the hotel and lots things to do, even they have bar in the beach. Your children will love kids club. They keep your children busy all day. They are so great and friendly. If you want to leave your child and relax near the pool alone so the kids club ladies will take care of your child. They have everyday diferent program and every evening they have mini disco, so exited and children loves that. Would come back again to this hotel, because they have everything that you need for perfect holiday. Thanks

This was the best holiday I've been on. The hotel is impeccable, clean and beautifully decorated, rooms cleaned daily. Hotel is quiet compared to others I've been, bed comfortable, staff polite and helpful. Ignore the moody faces at reception, you only have to deal with them for 5 mins at check in and check out 😃
Please don't believe the negative reviews, the rooms are safe, we left our purses with money in, plus gold jewelry and our passports and nothing went missing, despite the cleaning ladies going in daily-we didn't use a safe, just left them in our luggage, obviously not in plain sight, but not overly hidden either.
The all inclusive buffet is absolutely amazing and opulent. There is so much of everything, I felt guilty of the food waste which is unavoidable in places like these. They spoilt us every day with bbq food, skewers, lamb, veal, duck and chicken cooked in all manners imaginable and all of high quality and very tasty. The evening themed as "seafood" was impressive, again all types of fish, cockles, mussels, prawns etc cooked in every kind of way, all displayed beautifully. Desserts presented like works of art.
On top of the 3 main meals, there is cakes, ice cream and a cute old lady making these yummy savory/sweet snacks out of thin pastry sheets. Not to mention the snack bar serving burgers, chips, pizza, salad and cheesy bread in between main meals. In the evenings, after dinner, they bring out the delicious soups and breads available throughout the night for the peckish guests.
The drinks were unlimited and oh my, they are not stingy with alcohol. I would regularly ask them to only put a small amount of alcohol, otherwise you'd end up drunk from 2 drinks! They have plenty of cocktails available free, with only a couple that you have to pay for (which I've not bothered with). Also plenty of soft drinks and colourful mocktails for kids.
We felt extremely safe in the resort, we initially didn't know what to expect, as 3 females without a man, but although lots of men were flirty and asking to meet up, no one was pushy or over-stepping, in fact their attention was mostly flattering.
You do get asked lots to get massages or use various other extra services that you have to pay for and they do love euros there, but I used to say no and have a laugh with them and they were fine with that.
The pools were all very clean, our favourite was the lazy river, water was so warm at the end of August. The water slides were fun, it's true the lifeguards weren't particularly interested, like some reviews mentioned, but the slides weren't dangerous and all the pools had a depth of under 150cm. Ultimately it is the parent's responsibility to look after their children.
The private beach is not great, water was warm and they have a beach bar with drinks and food, but sadly the sea becomes quite deep quite quickly and they put stones and rocks of various sizes in the water, which made it uncomfortable to play in the waves, as we'd be thrown or dragged against rocks, so we spent most time at the pools.
Outside the resort, we took the bus to antalya, again not knowing what to expect, thinking we need to be careful how we dress etc, but no need to worry, there were loads of tourists/people dressed for summer and no one cared. Hard to communicate as most only speak little English and as per their reputation, Turkish men have a temper and like raising their voices at the drop of a hat 😃.
All in all, an amazing holiday, I would return to that resort without hesitation and I highly recommend it!

It was good, there were so many different meals, so many swimming pools, an aquapark, and it's also close to the sea. It was a bit crowded because of the holiday season but it was still good, totally satisfied. It's just a bit expensive for Turkish people since almost everything is paid in Euros.

The sea didn't have any sand at all, it was full of slippery rocks and stones. And once, the electricity was gone for the whole day, but at least there was a generator which made the lights, the water (in the bathroom) and the television work.

It was a good experience after all.

Really enjoy staying here! Everyone is very welcoming and make sure you’re never bored. You can stay by the pool during the day then walk around the resort to look for activities at night time which is really fun for everyone all ages. The slides are really fun, and you can get food and drink as you please during the given times. The entertainment and souvenir shops are great, and I really love it here. You can also get cheap buses to Alanya for a nice day out. I definitely would come here again.

We stayed here from 10th to 21st August 2022.a total party size of 13 people. We had read mixed reviews before our arrival however we were delighted with our stay.

The hotel is very clean with daily maid service and fresh towels in your room. Food is good with a wide variety of items available, the only downside is that the restaurant has very limited air con units and the sun beams through the window during your evening meal.

There is a wide variety of drinks available as part of the all inclusive. Some cocktails or branded drinks are subject to additional charge as with most all inclusive hotels. We did buy a few branded beers on a few occasions as the free beer is very weak.

Ice creams are free between 3pm and 4pm and are available from a little cart that is hidden behind the slides.

All prices at the hotel and surrounding area is in Euros not in Turkish lira although they accept both.

There are different pools available, we chose the quiet pool each day as it was very noisy and crowded on the activity pool.

Evening entertainment wasn't great; there were 2 good acts each week that we went to the theatre to watch. The theatre is outdoor and has steep seating, if you have mobility issues you would need to arrive early for the front row and it's incredibly hot there even during the evening. There is also no bar facility so you need to take drinks with you. In addition they had a dance mania night (disco) one night and a live singer another night. These were at the quiet pool.

The 7 children in our party were aged between 8 and 14 and the activities for this age group were non-existent. When we asked one of the entertainment teams we were told the mini club was for up to 17 years old. Our children are long outgrown colouring in pictures and doing party dances. They did allow the children a little go at archery even though it was for 16 plus.

We all had treatments in the hotel spa which we thought was amazing. It was 50 euros for a 90 minute treatment (we paid 45 euros each) which included a sauna, salt scrub, foam massage, body massage and a face mask.

There were two members of staff who stood out for us during our stay. Captan on the poolside bar, spoke limited English but had a great sense of humour always making us and the children laugh and Umut on the entertainment team. Umut made an effort every day to come and speak to us and see how we were, when our young boy was poorly Umut accompanied me to the hotel shop to get children's paracetamol and interpret the dosage he then checked on him every day.

We went to Kelopatra beach one day and I would highly recommend this for anyone visiting. It is a lovely beach.

The hotel as a whole is fantastic!! The staff here are friendly and Co operative. The pools are great. Also features large and little water slides. Rooms are great, the food is pretty good Kahya Resort is definitely recommended for families with thrill and non thrill seekers alike. The only fault is that there are steps and lips that you can easily trip up. At different places throughout the hotel. But everything else makes up for this all inclusive hotel!

Wonderful experience with the kids and family, staff are great with kids and take care of people.

I'd recommend spending the money and booking the resort, all I'd say is to save money shop 10 mins away from here in a place called konakli in the time center.

The shops on the resort are very expensive so I'd recommend doing little shops outside.

First time I have been to Turkey on holiday with my children. Hotel was very clean and staff always had a smile and were very welcoming. My daughter enjoyed the pool ( which was very clean) and boys enjoyed the shisha at night times.
I had a very bad experience with an excursion company that sold me an excursion without telling me about the health risks involved ( I approached this guy myself as he was sat in the hotel lobby) sent off my boys for a underwater sea dive and after they left I was made aware of the health risks. My son had lung surgery so I panicked about what might happen to him. The hotel management ( Mehmet and Didam) and also Abdullah from meeting point travel company got my boys back safe and sound and also helped me get my money back for the excursion which was quite difficult to do. They also got my money back from a taxi driver who over charged me by £10 . Brilliant people , go out there way to help you, give you great importance. Will always go back as they went out there way to look after me and my children ( inside and outside the hotel) Didem such a lovely girl
Definitely recommend this hotel Thankyou for looking after us xxx
