Absolutely brilliant holiday.
My brother and his 3 mates have just come back from a lads holiday. They have all said that they will be back with there families.
From the room to the staff to the whole hotel was brilliant.
Hakan (chef) he works behind the cocktail bar he has looked after them all holiday. Brilliant bloke.
The food was amazing ( 1 of the lads is fussy) they all eat every day.
They have said there is loads to do you will never be bored.
They went in the boat trip and quads and they had a brilliant time on both days

It was a good experience. Every thing was well organised. It was my first experience for such holiday but it was amazing. Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet were great. Only thing i didn't enjoy the Bazars nearby were trying to rip everyone.

We have just arrived back to UK from a weeks holiday here and can honestly say it was lovely in every way.
The staff cannot do enough for us and work extremely hard.
The food was very good, well prepared and presented and although lacking a little in variety it was enjoyable and something for everyone.
The only downside to this holiday was that there were very large groups of families who seem to be able to save sunbeds and entertainment seats leaving smaller groups having to struggle for space. Having said that the people were all friendly.

Great facility, clean & spacious rooms. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Loads of bars, restaurants, and eating options to choose from, all inclusive.
Fantastic day excursions available.

Had a fab week at Eftalia Aqua - rooms are lovely hotel is spotless. Food is good, bit repetitive but all inclusive usually is! All inclusive drinks aren't very strong but perfe try adequate for night time drinks. The pools and slides in hotel are amazing. Yakup one of the waiters is the nicest lad ever, and the young lady greeting into the restaurant was so lovely too. Island is fab fun loads more places to eat drink and swim. Great holiday for kids x

The staff are friendly and professional. Front of house are very professional and helpful 👌. The restaurant and food are first class along with different meals that you can try. Also, if your children are fussy, there is a small restaurant where the children can enjoy chips, burgers, and spaghetti. I am going back next year with the family this time year 👍👍👍. We were warmly welcomed by sinan and lokman at reception and made our stay smooth and pleasant. They were patient with our constant questions and helped us get around Alanya. Good hotel. Excellent staff. Unfortunately poor location as you will need a taxi to go anywhere.

We went as a family of 10 (8 adults 2 young children) to Eftalia Aqua and had the best time, we definitely didn’t want to leave. We would absolutely book to go back again.

The hotel was lovely, it was clean and had literally everything you could want on site. The rooms are comfortable and well kept, staff come in each day to change your bedding and towels and clean the bathroom and floors. The staff across the site were friendly and helpful.

The food on site is good. The main restaurant had some variation each day specifically in the grill section and the chicken kebab was good heaven! There are food options available 24 hours and the lobby bar is open 24 hours too. There are food options both in the hotel and on the beach, the snack bar in the Alle Carte restaurant on the island is definitely the better choice for snacks during the day. The fresh cooked waffles were delicious!

There is entertainment on site too, they have kid’s entertainment on the stage next to the pool bar each evening where they invite children up to dance along to music. There is also music on the island each evening as well.

The beach (island) is stunning! It is well kept and clean with plenty of loungers so there’s no fighting for space at the crack of dawn (pools are the same). There are a mum of snack bars where you can get food and drinks which are part of the all inclusive. There are also plenty of shops and additional food to buy outside of the all inclusive.

The spa although not part of the all inclusive is well worth saving a little extra money for. I did a package deal (package 1) which was €55, this included sauna, steam room, full body scrub, foam bath, facial and a full body massage. I honestly left feeling more relaxed than I have ever felt before. I enjoyed this so much that I went back the next day for a full hour mixed massage.

Lokman akgün the bell boy is very kind and brought our bags promptly.
Sinan kaya the receptionist he is the best kept us entertained and answered all our questions. The whole team is very welcoming and the vibes are amazing

I loved everything about this place the view the slides, EVERYTHING. Execpt BURGERLAND. At first I was eating my chips and I felt somthing tugging on my leg at first I thought it was my uncle Phil but. The tugging got persistent so I looked under the table and I saw it. A little green goblin
Now I was pretty unphased because of my experience with uncle Phil but.the thing attacked me until I gave it chips and when I ran out he stole my phone and ran out the hotel. Right now I'm typing this on uncles Phil smart fridge. 10/10 resort would recommend.

We've been there before pandemic and came back now! The service and rooms are fabulous! Our favourite place to stay! Food variety is astonishing although children were after chills burgers giddy drinks and sweets, lol

Honest review! We have never been somewhere twice and now booked for fourth time. Jade umit ray Hayley nd the rest of the dtafff are just wonderful . They helped my with my disabled son. It was clean and the food was unreal !! Top chefs !!even the cleaners go out there way too make you smile and happy. This hotel is 5star and all the people who work there aswel ! Amazing.

Very busy hotel, but you don't realise, as it's very big, very clean, fantastic staff everywhere, the staff on reception ferhat & osman, couldn't be more helpful, we've had the best time ever ,kids and adults thoroughly enjoyed it, we will return. Thanks to all the wonderful staff..

This was our 4th holiday in Turkey and has been the best by far the entertainment team made it so much fun for all the family and a special mention to our favourite entertainer Alper he's such a funny and nice person. I would highly recommend this place

Best holiday Visiting second time and for me and my family best holiday ❤ I love the hotel and people is very kind and helpful specially reception chef Mr Durmus Ali Tung he is the best he helping as much as he can he is very polite and kind I been so many different countries on holiday . but I never meet so much nice person like him. so I'm just want thank you for everything thank you make our holiday best thanks all the staff specially Durmus 😊

Absolutely loved it here 1 week is the sun with friends lots of things to do and no need to leave the complex. The hotel was spotless and food was good and a great selection for everyone. Would highly recommend it
