One of the best place I ever stayed in. Excellent customer service, all facilities were good. Swimming pools, hamam, jacuzzi, gym and steam room. Food was fantastic and always fresh. I would like to stay in this resort again.

Excellent 5 star place! The rooms were amazing. The staff were exceptional and professional and the food including the variety was second to none. Very affordable too! The only downside was the beach being a short distance although there was a regular shuttle service!

We had a great experience at modern saraylar! The food was delicious, the pools were great! The animation team has taken care of the entertainment well! The desk staff also provided good service. Always solution oriented. I would like to give my compliments to guest relations team, Wasiq and Taha. These gentlemen have helped us through the holidays! You are a top hotel. My family and I (a couple and 5 children, including a baby) stayed at the Modern Saraylar Hotel for 12 days, and we had an absolutely fantastic experience.

The hotel itself was beautiful and modern, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for all of our stuffs. The air conditioning and heating were present in the rooms, and the bathrooms (we had two in our room) were well-equipped with towels, toiletries, a hairdryer,... and even a washing machine.

The wifi quality is very good throughout the hotel (wifi 6 technology). However, it is not available at the beach. During our stay, there were two outages where the wifi was down (once for about 2 hours and another time for half an hour), but the rest of the time, the performance was excellent.

The hotel also offers various activities for guests, such as boat trips, city tours, paragliding,... although we did not try them ourselves (except for a quick visit to the center of Alanya). The prices for these activities seemed reasonable, and the organizers were friendly.

We were also very impressed by the quality of the food offered at the hotel. The buffet breakfast and dinner were especially outstanding, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. There were even designated areas for vegetarian and other specific dietary requirements. The lunch options were a bit more limited, but still tasty and satisfying. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent quality and variety of the food, and we never felt bored or unsatisfied with the options available.

The facilities (both mixed and women-only areas) are very good: several pools surrounded by bars and restaurants, sun loungers, water slides, etc. There is also an indoor area reserved for men (pool, sauna, Turkish bath, gym, etc.). The beach (reserved area for the hotel) was easily accessible from the hotel, with a shuttle service running regularly between the hotel and the beach. The hotel also provided sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach, as well as a beach bar and restaurant. We particularly enjoyed the reserved area for women, which allowed for a more private and comfortable beach experience.

However, what really stood out to us was the exceptional service we received from the hotel staff. From the housekeeping staff to the servers to the receptionists to the wellness center staff, everyone went out of their way to ensure that we had a wonderful stay. Although some of the staff members had limited English proficiency, they were always eager to understand our requests and used translation apps on their smartphones to communicate effectively.

One staff member in particular, Ruzgar, was extremely helpful and accommodating. She was available to assist guests with any request, and she also spoke Arabic, which was a huge plus for many of the hotel's Muslim guests.

The hotel's animators were also amazing. They were energetic, creative, and always ready to engage guests in fun and unique activities. There was always something to do, from water polo and darts to Turkish music and ladies' nights... Even when it rained, the animators adapted quickly and came up with indoor activities.

As for the wellness center, my wife tried the spa package (massages, peeling, mask, etc.) and was extremely impressed with the quality of service. I also tried a massage and, despite not usually being a fan, found it to be a great experience. The prices for the treatments were reasonable, and the staff members were friendly.

Overall, we had a truly amazing experience at the Modern Saraylar Hotel. Despite typically changing destinations every year for our all-inclusive vacations, we are already planning to make an exception and return to this hotel in the future. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable vacation in a beautiful setting with exceptional service.

I went on this trip with a group of friends and had a great time! A lot of food options and activities. The women’s only beach and pool were very convenient and fun and the staff were really friendly especially Naz! She was very helpful and fun and made the experience so much more enjoyable!!! Would definitely recommend to others 🥰

A family friendly atmosphere and incredible food that cannot be faulted. The animation team and in particular Naz were amazing at providing entertainment to the guests and putting on various incredible shows. Naz was a lovely member of that team that was always smiling and took great care of me and my friends. Would definitely recommend.

A063. I had an excellent cleaning staff member who looked after us. We needed a bed and room needed a clean every day. We reported an issue of the toilet and she handled this well. With limited language communication on both sides, I was hugely satisfied with the service. The hotel has a bus service to the beach. The driver accommodated us as we wanted directions to the masjid.

Modern saraylar is definitely one of the most family friendly halal hotels. They make you feel welcome. Especially the entertainment department. They make you feel like one family. Food is decent.
Ozer from the entertainment department always makes you feel comfort and is great with the kids. yusuf gokan and Ali are also so friendly and welcoming. I say the hotel should invest in him and his team more.

It's a great place for family and kids. The food and drinks are great and is available through out the day. The show Host Ozer is a talented and nice guy. Yusuf is in charge with the entertainment of the kids and is great with the kids. Gokhan is great with the guests. The Waiters are all very kind and ask everytime if you need anything. There is a pakistani brother he is very kind and greets with a great smile. There are lifeguards near the pool it gives a good feeling of safety. I highly recommend this place for families!
The room was overal great and they clean it every morning the cleaning ladies are very kind.

Nice and fun visit. The pool and Beach for women is nice. My cousin hurt her toe on a Stone at the Beach and the life Guard and hospital nurse handled the situation professionally. The good was good. The cleaning staff was nice, did a good job and made pretty towel swans on our bed daily (Katerina). The guest relation manager Ferda was nice too. You get s lot for the money here.

I came to the hotel with some reservations because of the reviews I read but after 9 days here I must say I am very content.
The staff is super friendly and I like the diversity in the staff and they are always smiling and willing to help.
The food was fresh and although limited in daily variety it was fine.
The swimming pool for women was very nice and safe.
Special thanks to Zainab for cleaning my room and making sure that everyday there was a little personal touch and thanks to Zahide for making the most delicious gozleme.

The only thing I missed was more activities for women in the evening.

Reading previous reviews from before covid times had me a little worried about staying here, however you can really tell they have put in effort to improve as everything negative I read about this place- I didn’t experience any of it!
I stayed with 2 kids under 5 years old and I have to say, we had an amazing time! Everyday we would go to a different swimming pool - there were lots of swimming pools and that made it amazing for us and the kids.
Throughout the day there is lots of food and drinks to choose from included in the all inclusive system so you’ll never go hungry!
In the evenings they have funfair rides, mini Disco for kids, and a talent show to watch for both adults and children as well as a playground right there to keep the kids busy
The people that work there are so so polite and everybody is welcoming and kind
It’s also nice as there is lots of Muslim families that stay there and you don’t have to worry about loud intoxicated people throughout the day or clubbing noises at night
The rooms and hotel throughout is very clean and well kept
The resort has an on-site shop for sweets/drinks/ swimming toys/swimwear/beach wear/ beach toys and floats/ non slip swimming slippers for kids and adults etc

We really did feel at home and completely welcomed whilst staying here by the staff and other holiday go-ers too
The beach and beach restaurant is also nice, it also has a playground for children at the beach and a shaded family area to chill in.

Lots of lizards on the trees around the beach

Cons:
-the on site shop don’t sell milk or children’s calpol/paracetamol
- the pools have slippery floors so just make sure to wear non slip swimming socks/shoes
- they definitely serve a lot of Turkish food for every meal as expected however I think it would be nice if they done continental foods too (food theme nights) otherwise can be a little repetitive and boring if you are staying for a week to eat the same flavour foods everyday

I was slightly sceptical to book this hotel based on the previous reviews, but i have to say it was a really nice stay. There are pro's & con's to every place you go to and this was the case here too.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, and were cleaned daily (they decorated the room everyday with the blankets into swans etc) by the cleaning ladies. The food was very nice, and displayed as a buffet everyday. The only thing I would say is the food can get slightly repetitive after a few days, nevertheless we still enjoyed it.
The beach is not within walking distance, but the hotel do offer a shuttle bus service, which runs every 30 minutes. The only downside to this is, the bus can get full quite fast, so if you miss the bus you would have to wait for the next one, 30 minutes later. The mixed beach is quite small but still beautiful, as with the ladies beach. The restaurant at the beach offers Wi-Fi, and can just about stretch down to the beach.
Ladies sections - As a Muslim going to a halal hotel, you would expect women to be dressed modestly even on the women's side. This was my biggest problem, the ladies were dressed inappropriately in the ladies pool & the ladies beach. This is just a heads up in case anyone wants to protect their young children from seeing this.
The ladies outdoor pool offers slides for adults & children to use, a café, a drinks bar, sun loungers etc.
I have to recommend Cankun tours which is a company which arranges trips like quad biking, tours in Antalya and so much more. I have to shout out Faruk, he was exceptionally good at his job and a genuine man.
The hotel offers endless amounts of drinks all day, hot or cold beverages. There are also certain times for the patisserie and cafes to open, where they offer desserts & food.
Special shoutout to Ayu & Susana. They were just the kindest souls and so smiley & happy all the time.
There were so many happy & lovely staff members.
There was a receptionist (i have forgotten his name) who is quite aggressive in the way he talks and can be quite rude at times, so i would avoid him if you can.

The hotel has an onsite shop where you can buy snacks, swimming costumes, beach wear, beach toys etc.
It also has a onsite Masjid/mosque for everyone to pray in.

The worst thing about the hotel is the live entertainment. This would be fine if they weren't blasting music on speakers so late at night. This would happen every single night. It felt like they were clubbing at times.

Overall i did love my stay at this hotel and would still recommend it to everyone despite the cons.

Best hotel ive ever been to the food was on a whole diffrent level and the staff are so kind including zehra the cleaning lady who is such a sweet person and all together its a well deserved 5 Star hotel

I loved everything in the hotel. The staff were absolutely welcoming and caring. Always willing to help. The room cleaner Sinam was so helpful and did a great job cleaning my room. She also decorated our room twice during our stay which was absolutely beautiful. I made sure to give her a thank you gift before I left. Thank you Sinam! Ferda was also lovely and sweet. She gave me a few gifts to take back home with me to remind me of the hotel. I felt so welcomed. All the staff would always greet me and play with my son. I’d definitely come back again. Thank you to everyone at Modern Saraylar hotel!

Great place for a family vacation!!! Adhere to Islamic traditions. My children are very impressed. be careful when choosing additional tours and excursions, some may not be suitable. For example, safari on quods. Keep in mind Very dusty and dirty!!!!? And everything else is great. Special thanks to Atabek.

We had the most amazing time last week staying at Modern Saraylar.
The service is unquestionably brilliant.
The reception team are very helpful.
The food and entertainment is amazing with a variety from day to day..so you do not get board.
This hotel is so family friendly and caters for privacy for women very well.
The all-inclusive options are around the clock so no getting hungry or feeling like you missed out..even if miss lunch for example you can catch a snack on the pool bars.
The wellness and spa center caters for all, I personally had a few treatments and massages, my therapist was Aziza, sooo so good and caring.
I'd only ask that the staff would have a better understanding of the English language.. saying that they tried their very best and I had no complaints..as we always understood each other in the end.

So thank you to all my aabeh's and abla's.

We stayed at this hotel from 16 - 24 oct 2018. My sister fiza and i feel we made an excellent choice with staying at this hotel. It's a great place for your family holiday.
From the start of our journey the airport transfer to hotel we had a lovely man who made us all laugh so much even despite language barrier such a great person thank you ibrahim.
Once we arrived at the hotel we were welcomed by the lovely staff who's helpfulness  was very much appreciated. All the staff was amazing they went above and beyond to meet all our needs throughout our stay. Once again even despite language barrier. Excellent staff at reception, cafe, restaurant, pools, spa e.t.c.
I must say the food was very good with a variety of options. My kids were able to still eat alot even though some foods were a bit repetitive. We loved the pools but outside family pool could be a bit heated.
Our room was spacious and always kept clean with fresh towels also the fridge was filled with  drinks. It was also a bonus point having a washing machine in the room.
The late evening entertainment was fun for all. There was always something different throughout our stay. The entertainers were brilliant they always made their guests feel happy and full of joy; They got their guests to join in with their activities and gave out free gifts to winner's.
Overall our experience was amazing and i give all the staff here 10/10 for their hard work.
