Very good hotel, food with a large selection everything is very tasty, swimming pools clean rooms are cleaned every day, there are two water parks for children and adults. 2 friends we came to that hotel: the rooms are good and clean. Animation in the amphitheater and the shows are perfect. Lots of pools and bars and they are clean. Flexibility in terms of bars and snack bars. Localization is also good and you can make shopping easily. Thanks a lot for all.

Absolutely amazing location first of all, waking up in the mornings with a beautiful view of the sun over the sea with palm trees felt like a dream.

The rooms are VERY clean, they are cleaned daily by lovely housekeeping ladies.

All of the staff are very nice and helpful, most don't speak English but google translate helped with that issue. After all, it's their country.

The bar staff are all amazing, the drinks are very very strong. We were used to weak drinks from other hotel experiences so we asked for doubles here, turns out our double is their single!!

There is a very large selection of food, the main restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. However, there are multiple other places that serve food all day. There's guaranteed a place that serves food during the 24hr a day.

We cannot fault any of the food, we came with a large group of 11 of us (3 generations lol) and everyone found something that they enjoyed. We really liked the doner and the chicken corner!

We had 3 people in our group with highly sensitive stomachs and no one experienced any vomiting or food poisoning or anything of the type. We brought loads of medication with us just in case as we read previous reviews but everything was fine. Most important thing is to not drink tap water! Even when brushing teeth it is important to use bottled water that is supplied daily and cartons of water are available from everywhere around the hotel.

Pools are quite cold but they're fine once you're in them. Sea was lovely, very clean and the water was perfect temperature. You could see your feet even when you went far in.

Entertainment was great, every evening there was a show at the amphitheatre followed by live music at the pool bar and then a disco until 2am by the beach.

I was worried when I was booking this resort. But not disappointed at all.

While we are on day 4 and 4 more days to go, I would recommend this to anyone who wants to experience this all-inclusive.

The Kids Club staff are fantastic and accommodating. The lady who is in charge can speak multiple languages, so your child is definitely in good hands, and I would say without a doubt they are the best staff out of all the resorts we have gone to so far.
So 10/10 to a Kids club team.

Their price is very reasonable so I can understand it's overcrowded sometimes but in hygiene and the Gym on improvement need it and if they can pay more attention. ( no disrespect to the cleaning team without a doubt; they are working hard, and I always respect them, so thank you to all crew involved in this hard work, including the kitchen and restaurant staff ).

One thing that surprised me is the multi-faith room, or prayer area, was missing here. If this can be added, then obviously, it can attract those religious personal or group with their practices available at resort.

And as a Muslim country, this should be provided for staff and guests.

I recently spent a week at the Vikingen Infinity Resort & Spa with three friends to celebrate a milestone. I must say, I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to return.

The food was not only delicious but also wonderfully diverse. The daily changes in menu ensured there was always something delightful to savor, not only in the main restaurant but also at the hotel's various snack bars.

The hotel staff ensured our rooms were impeccably cleaned every day, and overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay. Additionally, the animation team went above and beyond in organizing a plethora of activities, including live music and other engaging events.

While there were only a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of complimentary Wi-Fi in the Ultra All-inclusive package, I believe this could be better communicated to potential guests, along with the associated costs (2€ per person per day). In my opinion, this should have been included in the all-inclusive package.

Apart from this, everything was tip-top. I cannot wait to return to Vikingen Infinity Resort & Spa for another incredible experience!

We came with two familys I loved the hotel the lobby is big and the customers are taken care of. The hotel has fun activities such as aqua park parties and a theatre which people perform on. We had a lot of fun and will continue to have so. I loved eating all the food as it is tasty.

Absolutely stunning hotel, there are 5 pools on the hotel site and 4 more smaller pools located at the water slide area across the road. The staff are very friendly and helpful, there are loads of places to get drinks and food with the main food hall having a large variety to choose from. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of staying here. 5*

We had an awesome time at Vikingen Infinity Resort. A vase and huge hotel, with several pools to accommodate everyone. The beach was great! Just walk along and find a less rocky spot. Across the bridge with lots of places to eat with a variety of food to choose from. You must try the Chicken Corner and have the Chef's Special. Our group consisted of 7 adults and 2 children, and everyone had a great experience. The natives were welcoming and helpful, and they did everything to help.
On the other hand, the other tourists would STARE at us, jump the queue, and oh dare you say anything! That made us feel uncomfortable at times. When we hear or see a British tourists, this reassured us as we were able to relate and find things in common.

After a while, we ignored the stares and had a blast of a holiday.

P.s. The tourists put beach towels on the sun lounges and disappear for hours on end, so you may find it difficult to get a sun bed next to the pool as 60% of the beds are occupied by towels and the guests are gone for hours.

Beautiful hotel in amazing location. Full all inclusive, rooms bering cleaned every day, food whenever you go at all times, very friendly staff. Amazing water park on sea side, entertainment every evening. Nothing to complain about.

Very nice hotel. Fun for kids and adults. Pools are huge and clean as well. Lots of choice for food and entertainment. Nice and lovely staff. Our family enjoyed the holidays here. Definitely, I will come back.

A very good place for vacation with friends or family. The stuff is friendly, rooms are clean, the food is grate, the weather is hot and the water is clear and warm !

Near the hotel there is a shopping center where you can buy Turkish sweets and clothes.
We also really liked the evening programs, disco and live music.

I am currently staying in vikingen infinity hotel.
It's an unbelievable experience we had so far.
I don't understand how come few people complain about this beautiful hotel.
The service we are getting since we checked in is fantastic.
Food is ever where.
Drink coffee pop corn ice cream waffle you name it.
Everyone is very helping and activities is more than enough for a small break.
Only problem I faced is communication than again we are human and we can communicate with lots of different ways than English.
Lol.
I highly recommends this hotel.

Came here for a relaxing break and that is certainly what I got. Rooms and hotel are beautiful and extremely clean. Food is great especially v chicken on the beach. Spa was fantastic all staff were extremely helpful and massages from nija were perfect. There is not a thing I could fault about this hotel and look forward to returning soon! Well done for making our holiday so great 😀
