Numa Bay Exclusive

Came with our extended family for my mother in laws 60th birthday celebration. Hotel was lovely, really modern and clean, rooms were great. Facilities were brilliant, pools lovely and the entertainment team did everything they could to make you feel welcome, especially my boy Mehmet who was a good craic all week. Dean the guest services manager was fantastic, always greeting you with a smile and was so knowledgeable about the hotel and region, really nice to have a friendly face and voice on hand. Would recommend to any family looking for a break.

It was beautiful experience! I loved it so much. Great food, beautiful beach, nice personal. Cocktails could be better, but it’s understandable that quality cannot be as in Italy.

Anyway rooms was clean, people was friendly and helpful. A lot of activities for adults and even more for kids.

It is really good place to stay for your holidays.

I hope to come back.

Fabulous hotel, no need to leave it if you want to. Although, some nice local shops and cafes outside and the main town isn’t to far away if you want to venture further.
Buffet and a’ la Cart restaurants have wonderful food and service to suit all, even vegan and vegetarian. Although the main guy at Alibaba beech restaurants needs to sort his attitude out.
Must mention Victor in the main bar who is very attentive and runs a tight ship. Dean who is guest relations for the hotel is always on hand and will do anything to help.

Hotel is spotless and we were there towards the end of the season. We didn’t have children but appears to have plenty to do for families and groups.

Wifi is free and never dropped out and was available down at the beech and even out on the jetty.

Spa was wonderful and highly recommend the Turkish baths.
I would also recommend highly bartering in the spa over prices.

This hotel was amazing, everything on site. Own beach. Little restaurants that you could use. Fast food if you didn't want 2 go in restaurant at lunch. Waffles n pancakes and icecream at certain times. Entertainment team for children and Adults was good . They always had a smile on their faces. They all worked very hard. All restaurant staff worked hard and staff that waited on you. Always cleaning even though very busy. They had different theme nights for food. Their was a man called Dean who walked round every day who dealt with any problems that you may have. He had good communication skills. We saw him deal with a few incidents where people had hurt themselves. He was very professional and caring and approachable. All staff where amazing they work so hard 2 make your holiday the best. I would highly recommend this hotel.

My husband and I had a great time at Numa Bay! We had no need to go outside since you have everything here, excellent food 24/7, great pool and beach area, different activities throughout the day and unlimited drinks🎉 there is different dinner theme every night (Turkish night, Alanya night, Sea food night etc), so it is never boring. Guys working at the hotel are beyond nice, really friendly, to the point that we stayed in touch with few of them. Special thanks to Erol, the best waiter at the cocktail beach bar, for always being so nice and friendly. We will for sure come again!

Where to begin! Exceptional food at multiple restaurants, with different dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

the beach bar is amazing with the best burgers and pizzas in town!

premium drinks from the bar, with an experienced bar team with lots of knowledge, who easily adapt to your expectations.

A huge amount of entertainment for all ages, live performances, for all and volleyball etc run by the animation team.

A special shout out to Dean from guest relations who went above and beyond to help us with our needs. Had an amazing Time and the value for money is outstanding!

Just got back from a weeks stay at the numa bay exclusive and what a wonderful holiday we had here! I spent ages researching different hotels and checking tripadvisor before booking this hotel and I'm glad I did!

Let's start with the food. The food was of a very good quality always hot and some really nice flavours. The meat was soft and not over cooked and the daily there was a range of food that was freshly cooked in front of you. The Ali Baba beach bar offered freshly cooked to order food and was lovely. The pool bar had a variety of different foods including freshly cooked waffles, fried chicken, chips and burgers and ice cream! All of which was amazing.

The Chinese / wok house could do with a new menu as it wasn't great but it's the only thing I can really mention. The tex mex was lovely and worth a visit!

The pools and pool area are cleaned regularly and maintained to a high standard and if you wake up late then find the guy working around the pool & he will always find you a bed and is very friendly!

The beach is amazing lovely clear water in a coved bay you can walk out about 150m before it gets deep we don't spend much time at the beach but did this year! You share the beach with 4 other hotels but it's beautiful.

The general maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel is very high and this hotel warrants 5 stars. I've been on many all inclusive holidays and would say this hotel has been one of the best. The food here is very good for all inclusive food.

Now for the staff. I didn't come across one rude staff member here which is amazing from the minute we checked in the staff on reception where friendly and welcoming.

Dean in guest relations spoke to us every day and was friendly and approachable and an asset to guest relations.

All the bar staff was friendly however two people stood out though which was Ali and his friend who he party's with who worked at the beach bar.

The animation team was good but there was two main members who stood out younes and nino. My favourite animation team member was nino so friendly smily and welcoming again he spoke to us every day and made you feel at home! Amazing dancer too he can dance better than some of the acts we had and he's got a real talent and he's amazing with the kids.

Nino for us you are the best member of the numa bay team and numa bay are lucky to have you!

The evening entertainment was good for a hotel of this size too but a 2 week rotation of entertainment could make this place even better!

Had an amazing holiday in Numa Bay hotel. We have been in May and that was one of the best holidays. Staff and animators was very friendly, helpfull. There was a lot of activities for adults and kids. Mini kids club girls was friendly with kids, did a lot of activities. Life guards near the pool did they job also great, they always have been checking kids. Kitchen and food was delicious and a lot of variety. A lot of snacks near the pool and sea. Bar staff was also doing job very well. Overall, highly recomend this hotel! Would come back with pleassure!

They do a very good job with what they offer. If an all-inclusive type of place is your thing. You could get a lot worse. The reception staff could be a little more engaging and seemed very task orientated, but all other staff are very friendly and engaging. The kids' club staff were outstanding and did a fantastic job looking after and entertaining the children, leaving you free to relax. A little wear and tear here and there that needs some repair, but I guess that's to be expected in a busy place.. but overall, we enjoyed our stay. If you have kids, then this is a place for you, but they do cater for all and have an over 16s section and quieter places if you walk around and look for them..

We had the most perfect 10 day all inclusive holiday we could ever wish for. Dean at customer relations was excellent. We had lovely swim up room, which also meant our boys had their own room and beds upstairs. The food was themed night each day, there's everything you could think of and more. Waffles and ice cream does get busy but it's worth it. So the drinks, cocktails, coffee, milkshakes, slushies etc you could think of. Grest pools, slides, spa very good massage, beach is beautiful, more food cooked fresh in beach area, evening entertainment very good, not on all night so just perfect. Very clean, the cleaners always busy.

We arrived in a very well confirmed and organised accommodation. The area is quite busy but it's an oasis of recreational habits too. It is familiar but very sophisticated as well. We had a lot of food options there and there have been a lot of funny entertainment at daytime but at nighttime too..if you don't want to join in you can find your own peace .. the area is so nice and lovely.Even if there are a lot of people,it's quite adorable.The rooms have a good interior concept and are very clean. Air conditioning made us freeze if we wanted to. Victor at the Lobby Bar fulfilled my dreams of relaxing evenings.Uncomparable :)

We found this hotel to be amazing. You cannot turn around without staff helping you! Big shout out to Dean (customer relations) and Viktor (lobby bar), without these two members of staff the hotel would not run nearly as well!! We loved every aspect from the adult pool to cocktails at the beach. Do not be put off if you cannot get a bed by the pool, there are plenty on the private beach. The food is great and they cater for every nationality. Also the tex mex is a must. Just book into this (or the other 3) with Dean.

It was first time I was in Turkey and choise Numa Bay was the best choise. With one word I can say: AMAZING. Room was clean, clerk wooman very nice, bed was very comfortable. There was a lot of great food, drinks, deserts. I want to thank to staff of hotel, especially entertainment guys Erren, Nino and Kaya. Maybe Erren now knows that he play Petanque not Boccia 😉Also waiters in bar were wonderful, especially ALI ... Program was funny, rich and varied: Bingo, live music, fig and Numa fest, turkish evening, karaoke, etc... I hope I'll be able to come back sometime

Wonderful pool areas including - large lagoon pool, really nice adult only pool, indoor pool and a separate water slide area. Plenty of sun beds and private beach.

Food 10/10 was magnificent! Lots of variety all beautifully presented and available pretty much all day. Even midnight snack had real food on offer.
Afternoon waffles were to die for with lashings of chocolate sauce and ice cream.
Tea and coffee available 24 hrs from machine.
Pool snack bar had burgers, pasta, salads, pizzas.

Drinks 10/10 available all day. Cocktails are also included. Service was great. Victor was amazing. He waited on us and had our drinks ready for us as soon as we had finished each time. They had a really good drinks selection. Fully stocked with all spirits. Lager was good.

Entertainment 6/10 was basic but it was the beginning of the season. The team were young and possibly inexperienced. There was a small disco open 10pm -1am. Terrible sound system and dj but decent enough to have a dance and let your hair down.

Our room was perfect. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of space. Well equipped bathroom. Decor was light and airy. 10/10

Location 8/10 was a bit out of the way with a few shops bazaars around the outskirts of the hotel. About 30 mins drive to Alanya town centre. We went twice for some nightlife variety. Bars and clubs there were good.

Spa area was fabulous however they do try to hard sell. You really do need to be direct or they will sign you up for a £300 (or more)course of treatments telling you that you need the massage for medical reasons (lymph drainage)

Over all a great holiday.

Came and stayed here with family for 10 days literally only been home for 2 days but wanted to leave a review as the the hotel and staff were amazing, the staff were so friendly and helpful as soon as you walk into the lobby you can feel the luxurious atmosphere. Everywhere is immaculately clean and tidy. Shout out to Ibrahim, Dean and Viktor.

What a hotel......AMAZING! Staff were very polite and professional on every level. A special shout out to Victor (the front bar) always with a smile and a hello and Ibrahim (coffee bar) a cheeky guy but knew how we liked our English tea 😁. The rooms were very spacious and clean, as was the rest of the hotel. There was a great selection of food from the restaurant some of the dishes may not be to everyone’s liking but there’s was a good variety for all tastes (especially the soup). A great selection of pools with plenty of sun beds including the lovely beach. Well done Numa Bay, we would be happy to return!

Great hotel, excellent location, private beach(!!), great food, pools(adults with children+ separate 16+). No need to walk anywhere to get to the beach, you simply get out. Very nice and clean hotel with many shops around it. Not much to add - worth every penny :) we will definitely come back in here! If you need more detailed information anyone can google it. From a customer point of view we were really pleased, it was our first visit to Turkey and hopefully we will visit it many more times.

We had a truly wonderful holiday at Numa Bay Exclusive. There really is nothing not to like, as the hotel is lovely, the cleaning was immaculate, the service was first class and the entertainment was very good. The food was good, with lots of different themed nights and 3 other restaurants that you could book. Victor in the Lobby bar was very attentive and always on hand to top up your glass, and Ibrahim from the entertainment team made darts every afternoon great fun. Thanks to everyone at Numa Bay for all of your hard work, as we truly appreciated it.

A fantastic place to spend your holidays. Everything at the highest level. Rooms, food, beach without any complaints. Fantastic service, smiling and friendly people. We will be happy to come back here next year!

Just back from a week's stay with the family. The hotel was excellent. Food, drink, staff and facilities were all great. Everyone enjoyed it, I would highly recommend.
