White City Beach Hotel - Adult Only (+16)

We've just returned from a wonderful holiday to celebrate 4 friends 80th birthday year. The staff and management were outstanding, we were served champagne and presented with a delicious birthday cake. Thank you so much from all of us. Everything about the hotel and service was brilliant. The choice and presentation of the food was outstanding and the staff so hardworking and caring. You certainly made our celebration holiday very special.

The staff working in the food section were great, all of them made us feel at home and constantly helped us. The restaurant service was great and a wide range of food. The receptionists were helpful from the first day onwards. The animation team were making the holiday even more enjoyable. A special thanks to the waiters and waitress Sibel, all of them were incredibly kind, as well as Dilek who made our holiday exceptional. Overall we had a restful holiday thanks to them.

I was there last year and I don't regret it at all! The hotel is clean, it has private beach directly connected to it, the staff is very kind and hospitable and there are two slides at the pool and the rooms look very good. The hotel also has additional site beside pool to drink coffee after sunset and the available beach bar has a great view on sea. There is also a small garden with a stage and chairs. The burgers and snacks are good, but the only thing that could be better is food in general. It's not bad, but the taste is very average, especially breakfast and pizza in beach bar. Nevertheless, this is fantastic place if you want to spend your summer holiday with a partner for affordable price and still enjoy intimacy.

This hotel provided a fantastic experience for my girlfriend and I. The level of service is top notch, Omar at the bar is welcoming and warm. The receptionists are friendly and helpful, and every single member of staff is attentive, kind, and very hard working. A big shout out to Baris, the violinist, who came in every day and performed in the lounge and outside whilst we ate. He is extremely skilful at his art, lovely to talk to, and was very under appreciated by a lot of guests. The location of the hotel can deceive you on arrival, but don't be fooled, it is a wonderful place to stay, with good food, nice bedrooms (which are cleaned thoroughly each day), and again - brilliant service from every member of staff.

Our stay at the White City Beach Hotel was very good and the staff are extremely excellent and always go out of their way to ensure guests are looked after and have what they need.

The manager Nurcan (Manager) and Can (Reception) went out of their way for me and my wife and ensured our room we had in the hotel was to our liking and even moved us to another room - ensuring all the facilities and services we used were always to high standard.

Baris (Violinist 🎻/Hospitality) was always welcoming, pleasant and attentive to me and my wife and to all the guests. Providing information as well when guests needed it and helped them at all times and plays the violin 🎻 so well, with a large variety of songs to his bow (Pop, Dance and Bollywood songs).

Hasan (Hospitality) always helped me and my wife and all the guests with enquiries for their rooms and with their luggage and providing information as well when asked questions. Always said hello and good morning and spoke to all the guests at the hotel, a person who went above and beyond as well.

Lutfiye (Barista) was always pleasant and nice to all the guests that she served at the coffee ☕ bar/barista and always spoke and smiled to all the guests and provided an excellent service all the time.

Overall, I would recommend staying at the White City Beach Hotel. 🙌🏼

Best experience ever. We loved the service, the staff was nice and very polite. I would like to thank Nurcan Hanım and Hasan Bay for all the help. Best staff. The reception was great too. The rooms are clean and quiet. The food is the best. We are looking forward to be there next year too.

The stay in White City Beach hotel was everything we needed. Room, restaurant, bars, pool, beach were amazing and looked like just like pictures.
However the most important part of our lovely stay was the stuff. Always smiley, always ready to provide service you are craving. I have to point out few specifically:
Sibel the animator. Great communication skills - she offers but do not push you to do anything you do not want or just do not feel like doing. She made me fell in love with water gym.
Dilek the afternoon waitress. When somebody remembers what you drank last night that is a sign of amazing service!
Omer the afternoon bartender. I have never met somebody more smiley while working in my life! Nothing but love for this guy!

To be fair. We had to speak with reception four times to get our A la Carte dinner but I can really forgive that.

Over all. If you are looking for a hotel where you can have fun and relax and you do not mind music all day do not look anywhere else and just book it.

Just returned home from an amazing holiday, all staff at the hotel worked tirelessly to ensure we had a fantastic time. Staff couldn’t do enough for us .
Hotel was spotless and well maintained.
Location was great for us but a short bus ride or taxi to busier places.
Would definitely stay hear again 😊

Our experience was beyond amazing! It was everything we hoped and more. The staff were all so kind and attending to our every want. Thank you so much! Went here a few weeks ago for a week. I cannot complain. Food was great rooms where great hotel staff where always a happy to help and always welcoming. Omer from the pool bar was the highlight of the holiday that guy deserves a pay rise homestly the best man there. Definitely be visiting again. Highly recommend

Heaven on earth exists and it is in this hotel... Day and night the staff work tirelessly with a smile for us who decided to stay here... clean and tidy place with a great organized day/week... A place by the pool or a place by the beach will bring you satisfaction... There is plenty of food... Animators, cooks, bartenders all the rest are a miracle. This is a place we will visit again...

We stayed as a couple for 10 days, and during that time we were very pleased with the hotel. The whole place is very clean and the same can be said for the room we stayed in. Staff is very polite and helpful, during meal times they work consistently around you, bring you drinks, but also always remain non intrusive. Food was usually very good and satisfying, sometimes even amazing depending on the dish. Everything we needed, be it some fresh new sheets upon urgent request, or any other kind of issue was sorted very quickly with consistent hospitality. The Beach was very pleasing by our standards, it had a bar, plenty of shades if needed, and the sea appears to be very clean. The city of Alanya itself is about 8 km from the Hotel, however there is a bus stop in front of the hotel, so it's a cheap 10 minute ride there. Special thanks to staff members named Beytullah, Cuma and Ipek.

Selim the security guard is very nice and has good English skills, he always makes conversation and make sure we are good. I have really enjoyed my stay here

The White City Beach Was My First Holiday With My Partner And I Wouldnt Change Anything About It Everything Was Nice…The Room Was Clean And Spacious, The Food While Sometimes Not The Food We Like Was Always Lovely, Staff Although We Didnt Really Engage With Them Much Due To Excursions Were Always Friendly And Helpful When Needed…Facilities Are All Good And Overall Ive Got Not Complaints…..Thanks for a great memorable experience for me and my partner

I suggest if you stay in this hotel you make use of the Beach club it has a gorgeous look out over the sea and fresh made to order pizzas and other foods and a bar for drinks the internet is also good there for contacting family on your downtime or uploading pics ect…..it was very quiet even at lunch time when me and my partner went so it seems to be a little hidden gem

Also if you stay at this hotel I suggest that you go to Aktürk tour and find Hamil…. in all honesty he made our holiday with the cheap excursions he provides which is the cheapest I was quoted while being there….He wasn’t pushy with his excursions or anything in his shop he just explained what it was and how much it would cost which was rare while out there his store has everything you’d need and his just a great guy he also helped us find romantic spots etc as he obviously has many years experience in living there and being a event/excursion planner and always went to extra mile to insure me and my partner had a good time….if you see this Hamil Thank you again

I love this hotel all the staff are great however Selimhan and ibrahim were very helpful and friendly during our visit

Good hotel, friendly people and about 20km from city center Alanya. Dolmus is 1 euro. Cocktails are not included

You can select this hotel for silence and relax holiday.Especially you dont want to see playing children around and criying directly reservation this hotel 👍
