Got a couple of winter shoes two months ago and the laces broke altready ; went there to change them and they said "we don't have laces"; how can we possibly believe them?
If you have shoes - of course - you have laces (we are not stupid!).
Not shopping here anymore, and this is a pity because quality/prics ratio is not bad.

Really an unpleasent place. I tried to change a pair of boots today I had bought a week ago. They were hurting my Feet. The seller claimed they would look used now. I had only walked one time shortly due to the uncomfort and there were no signs of usage at all. The shop tells people they have the right of exchange a month long. The person talking to me treated me in front of other people really rude. I was shocked and left the shop leaving the shoes, “Would you take your shoes” I was warned on top of all. Thanks, I don’t want uncomfortable shoes and prefer to loose money to bully tratment. I just can advice to avoid this shop.

Worst people in this store Bambi. They think they are doing themselves a favor by not selling footwear. Their attitude and behavior is worse than monsters. They don't know how to speak to women. Two guys from the store who think they are the owners used abusive language to the customers.. The Turkish Police must take action against this store and the people working there.

Very crowded and cheap items , very bad quality , like the chineese items , cheap and bad...doesnt worth a penny...can you imagine that this beand is for shoes , turkish delights and ice cream....what the hell is that...!! If you want to buy cheap and very poor quality just go there....i hate this place.
