Divan İstanbul

This was an absolute amazing experience. Everyone was wonderful! Especially Shafa she was so amazing and very accommodating with everything from top to bottom. My friends luggage got lost and without her knowledge and help, I’m not sure we would have gotten it back. The hotel an all the employees are just the best in the world!!

Such a pleasant stay! We absolutely enjoyed our time at Divan. The breakfast was amazing, and Burak went the extra mile to ensure everything was provided.

In a land of many hotels near Taksim square, this hotel shows its high quality surpassing others. The entire experience from check in to check out was great. Professional crew, complimentary coffee offer at check in ,spotless room was all I experienced.
For decades this hotel has been the shining star of Istanbul and one can see why.
I even appreciated that they have a “smart casual” dress code for the common areas of the hotel.

Modern and yet it feels like a boutique hotel with professional and hospitable staff. The breakfast is amazing with local and international options that includes vegetarian friendly meals. Burak, one if the restaurant staff is very helpful and friendly. Check-in process was quick and efficient and the 24 hour WhatsApp helpline is a great addition to the services provided. Will come to this hotel in the future and definitely recommend other friends visiting Istanbul.

The hotel is really amazing and family oriented. I stayed with the family and they really enjoyed it. Our reservation was including breakfast. The hotel restaurant is great and they serve really good food. The service is amazing especially Arzy and Merve are really helpful and provide great service for everyone. They both make the place different

Excellent place to stay if your looking for a good location and an excellent staff this is your’s to go to. The lobby is so cozy. We had dinner and we came at the end of the shift they sought to us till the very end.

Had a lovely stay. The room was amazing and the service at breakfast was great. I do not eat meat and the breakfast catered to me very well. Thanks to Arzu Merve who got me oat milk 😊

The restaurant staff members were very welcoming and catered to our needs. Merve and Arzu were our waitresses who looked after us the entire stay and their hospitality was excellent.

This was my first time experience in this hotel, rooms are clean, great services, variety break fast, there is a very decent welcoming lady the called “ hulya” she is very friendly and helpful. Great experience😃👌

It is amazing hotel, i am so glad to be here. Dogukan helped me about wifi, i appreciate him. i had to do something about work he spent a lot of time for me and he fixed my wifi problem. he is very good emplooye of divan hotel. i will be here again.

An excellent hotel in the central location of Taksim Square. The hotel is an institution. Luxuriously decorated, extremely safe, with very polite staff who are at your service at all times. Nicely furnished spacious rooms with everything you need, SPA area with saunas, hammam and large swimming pool. Decently decorated pastry shop, beautiful pub. A diverse selection of quality foods for breakfast, a wealth of flavors, colors of fresh fruits and vegetables, cheeses, etc. Special praise to the entire hotel staff as well as the very helpful maid Yefer D.

very clean everywhere in the hotel. nice and cheerful waiters. very good variety at the breakfast buffet. recommended!

It is one of the best boutique five star hotels in Istanbul great location great restaurants including best Japanese in Turkey with the most professional and friendly staff members, who let you feel like in heaven. Congratulations for this great achievement.

Highly recommend this hotel. We’ve tried many other hotels in the area and found this to be the best. The services, staff, amenities, and atmosphere were amazing. Every employee was super attentive, welcoming, and helpful. Very professional and truly a 5 star experience overall. Ms Gaya was kind enough to give me a champion’s breakfast on the terrace, all complimentary simply because I missed that morning’s hotel breakfast. My family and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back every time we visit the area.
