I contacted Turkland Travel after another tour operator tried to upcharge us and canceled our tour abruptly two days before we left for Turkey. Ibrahim responded to my email almost immediately even though the office was closed that day. From those first few messages, to our last day in Istanbul, Ibrahim was amazing. He helped us book a private boat tour last minute, and even came to our hotel in the morning to walk us to the boat. We were so happy to meet such a professional, punctual and pleasant person. Not only that, we stayed in contact throughout our time in Istanbul and he answered any question I had and provided helpful advice and information on just about everything (using taxis, where to eat, best times to visit attractions, etc.). During this time, he never once tried to sell us other tours or push us into using one of his services. It never felt like I was dealing with a travel agency, it felt like I was dealing with a friend in Istanbul. All the positive reviews of Turkland Travel are well earned. Great company with the best Manager, Ibrahim. I have traveled to over 30 countries and I can say Ibrahim and Turkland Travel are among the best in the industry. Well done!
