Kaktüs Cihangir

During our stay in Istanbul, me and my friend visited Kaktüs everyday - either for breakfast, drinks, or to eat late dinner. The food is absolutely delicious, the service great, the decor and ambiance are amazing, and of course there are friendly cats :) We highly recommend it to everyone who looks for friendly, laid back place with good quality food & drinks. If we'll be back in the neighbourhood, we'll definitely come back to Kaktüs!

Stopped in for lunch and enjoyed incredible food with generously sized portions! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the entertaining show put on by the cats under the heated covering was simply amazing.

Visited it yesterday, we tried few things and we enjoyed a burger a lot! Definitely recommend it! Fries was really tasty, and crunchy. Big portion.

Soup tasted very bouillon, I remembered homemade soup, but I didn’t liked it so much. If you like it - than you would be delighted.

Pasta tasted fresh, not salty enough.
Big portion though, I barely could finish, so if you get only a pasta - it would be enough to fulfil a hunger.

Overall we even asked to pack burger for take away - because it was a lot, but we felt happy.

Had troubles with paying a German card, so I needed to use another one for it cashless pay.

Waited didn’t speak well English, but we could order, there was a troubles ordering for a bit.

I don’t smoke, and when we tried to sit outside - people was smoking everywhere nearby, we sit inside instead.

Interesting design and they also have a second floor, also there some cats 🐈, feels like they are part of the place (there also graffiti on the wall).

Recommend to visit and try burgers 🍔😌

Great atmosphere, whenever I’m meeting with friends in Cihangir I most likely come here, food is amazing, more than you could expect.
They have vegetarian options too.
Everyone is super nice, cats are walking around and prices are average.

very beautifully decorated restaurants. It was quick and easy to get a reservation, even though we were a big group. The service was calm and friendly, and on the extensive menu there was something for everybody. the prices are very fair and we would gladly come back here.

We had a super nice breakfast here! The place is really well decorated, vintage atmosphere, great relaxing music, jazzy. The food is fresh and homemade. Service nice and smiley! We will come back for sure 💕

The atmosphere was very relaxed, soft music, and chill vibes. A/C was turned on, and we had a great time!

It's very cosy and welcoming place. Food was delicious and cocktails were absolutely yummy 😋 stuff was so caring and friendly, definitely a must go place if you are in town! 🥰

I went there for lunch and yes it'll be satisfying for you! Taste of foods and vibe were great 👍 don't miss Ravioli, it's damn tasty! staff also were friendly.

Very cozy place with a wonderful atmosphere. The food is top-notch, the service is really good — staff is polite, the wait time for the food is like 5-10 mins. The cats are the best, the music here is awesome and not too loud so it doesn’t bother talking at all.

I’ve tried a couple of meat dishes so far, and both of them were extremely delicious, so I’ll definitely come again. Great place overall, I can recommend it to stop by.

Super atmosphere, people played some vinyl records and the waiter (Evren) gave us some shots that he made himself. Must visit if you’re in the city and want to enjoy the nightlife. Amazing place!!

Daniel was rocking it! Amazing service. Proactive, charming, friendly, professional. It is rather hipster, but just honest and authentic in its DNA. Lovely food and nice drinks.

What's not to like? I enjoyed it!

I'm a foreigner and live in the Cihangir area and this place is so good that it now a regular haunt of mine. Food, service and drinks all excellent in a hip and funky surrounding. Staff super helpful and accommodating. Also have brought both work colleagues (Turkish) and people who have visited here and they all loved it and have come back. I highly recommend it when in Istanbul.

Great music, atmosphere, drinks and service! People are very nice. I really like mexican style beer, they made it perfectly. Didn’t try much food, but i’ve heard breakfast here are great too. Gonna come again and try absolutely. by the way Evran was the name of barmen

If you find yourself in Istanbul, the food and service provided by Kaktus Cihangir was an experience that others needs to experience for themselves. The food that was provided was both delicious and delivered in a very appealing appearance that was appetizing to the eyes. The service provided by the staff was both very professional and attentive to our experience. I highly recommend those who are in Istanbul to definitely stop by for the amazing experience that was provided.

Lovely lovely spot in Cihangir! Atmosphere was amazing, with a really great DJ playing vinyls. Drinks were delicious and so were the fries. Evren gave us great suggestions on what to drink. We had a great time. Defo must visit!!
