Great recreational area for families where you could walk, cycle, eat and drink at various cafes and restaurants. There is also a large area for those who love yo bbq.

It's one of the best places for barbecue in ankara also, there is games for kids and for playing football, basketball, walking and running. If you want to go in summer you should go after 5 o'clock.
Also be aware from mosquito for this problem you can take "Defans sinek kovucu" from any pharmacy to prevent mosquito specially after 7PM.

Great place near Ankara to have picnic near the lake, cafes and restaurants, lots of mangals to make kebab

Beautiful public recreation area. Lots of parking spaces. There is a 5 Tl entrance fee. Some of the cafes are closed due to the winter, but still there are enough places to stop by for a good tea. I recommend for families with kids.

Me and my wife visited this amazing place , super natural and beauty , it is better if you go in a sunny day you will see green, blue sky and waterfront , just need improvements for the cafes and restaurants .
