Altis Resort Hotel & Spa

The most amazing holiday experience I have ever had, thank you Altis! The resort was beautiful, the food was so beautiful so delicious from breakfast to dinner. Me and my family were blown away by the services - they have something for everyone! I was so sad to go, it felt like 4 days of heaven and was the most perfect relaxing holiday. All the staff are so polite and helpful, the hotel is spotless clean at all times, and the atmosphere is so positive and radiant. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I will definitely be returning.

This is a lovely hotel for families. It's very lively and there is alot to do. Location is a little way out. would definitely recommend renting a car if you want to go out of the resort. Rooms really need updating they are very basic and beds are not comfortable at all.
Other than that everything else was brilliant

Overall me and my family enjoyed our stay at this resort. Good customer service even though 90% of staff don't speak english but they still try to help you out through google translator.
Food was superb; however they should extend timings for lunch which is only from 12:30 to 14:00
Gym needs to be upgraded. Both treadmills were not working and they don't have weights or dumbells, only machines which most people don't use at all. Wifi is quite slow
In a nutshell, it's a nice family alcohol free resort where you can take your kids without any hesitation

Thank you Altis resort hotel. It’s one of the best places we have been to and the best hotel in Antalya. The staff are really helpful and friendly. The food was really delicious and the swimming pool was really clear. The beaches view was more beautiful and I recommend this hotel for everyone to visit. Coming from Afghanistan 🇦🇫 🇹🇷.

The resort hotel is great, we were really pleased from the first impression throughout our stay. It is really nice for families. Staff members are very friendly, helpful and assist wherever possible, they work very hard and look after guests.

Sea / beach - The hotel is attached to the beach and has its own pier. Beach has a ladies only section. The hotel grounds are very attractive and have lots of interesting plants and beautiful flowers. The resort has a shop and this came in very useful for holiday essentials.

The room was clean and pleasant.

Food is awesome, the varieties are never-ending, the chef is very skilled and knows how to keep customers happy with a large selection of mains and desserts. Various traditional and non-traditional snacks are available throughout the hotel. Lots of food options throughout the day at the various eateries.

Drinks are limitless, you can have soft drinks, various types of juices, coffee with milk, cappuccino and of course Turkish tea as much as you want. They're also available throughout the hotel

Overall very pleased, once you are in you never want to leave. I will happily book again

I would strongly recommend it. I have been there for two times as a family with small kids. We enjoyed our stay, which lasted 10 days at the second time. The staff are very friendly. Food is good. Huge garden with a lot of nature.

Hotel was excellent. Staff were super friendly. Rooms were spacious with superb views. Cleanliness was maintained throughout our stay. All three pools were well maintained. Special thanks to reception staff Hacer and Zulfiya who went out of their way to help us communicate with locals on numerous occasions. Another special shout-out to Defne, Seyda and the entire Animasyon group who kept us entertained throughout despite language barriers. A big appreciation for the kitchen staff who were super hardworking and always on their toes to make sure every guest in the restaurant was looked after.

Being to almost every muslim friendly hotel in the region of Antalya, I can easily say that this hotel is by far the best in many ways. no wonder why a lot of guests were there for the 2nd or the 3rd time!

Personally, I liked almost everything about this hotel. Here are fews key features I really enjoyed among others :

1. The moment you arrive, you'll meet the most humble, servant leader caring manager : Mr Adam Bey. He speaks English perfectly, knows exactly everything about the hotel and the region. He is always available to help. He cares personally about every detail in the hotel and always finds a solution to issues raised. this is clearly a game changer. we felt at home.

2. The Sea side is just one of the best in Antalya region. the water is amazing, the sand is clean and you could spend the whole day in the beach. There is now an amazing sea side restaurant there "osmanli restaurant"

3. the view from the room is just magical with a mix between the green of the forest inside the hotel and the blue of the sea.

4. The animation led by Orhan Bey is just amazing. they are doing such a great job and you can feel how much effort is put there to brighten guests nights'.

5. few details make the difference : For kids, there is now ice cream and waffles near the pool. for adults a real espresso machine in the main cafe !

6.Food quality and variety are now better then ever !

7. The new main cafe is just outstanding and brand new.

There really are very few things that could be improved to make this hotel even more perfect:

1. the Wifi. It is working but it can be better in my opinion.

2. The "simit" stand in the restaurant has usually a queue. People love Simit. a good Idea would be to reduce the quantity of other breads and double the capacity of the simit stand

3. This Hotel offers a tasty and brilliant Gozleme stand just nearby the swimming pool. which is again a brilliant idea. however the queue can be quite frustrating. One good Idea could be to double the capacity of this stand.

4. The opening times of the family swimming pool could be modified. it's opening from 10 to 12 and 14 to 16. it would be better considering the high temperature in the afternoon to be opened from 15h to 17h. the Men swimming pool could be opened until 19h instead of 18h currently. a lot of family are back to the hotel by 18h and would enjoy a swim before heading the the restaurant;

This is probably the most truthful review ever with its cons and pros.
I have been going to this resort for 4 years since the day it has opened and I’m very happy with it.
The hotel staff are very friendly and it has got a very kind director named Mr Adem.
All the food in the hotel is freshly done and is being cooked in front of you, there are so many options you can chose from and it’s unlimited too.
The hotel is pretty big itself too, the rooms are average they aren’t very high end. But will do your stay since you don’t spend too much time in the room.
The pools are nice and clean and are found in every width you like. The animation crew are all very friendly and all the activities done in the pool are very entertaining, you win prizes too.
The sea is beautiful, it’s like a carpet under your feet. It’s all sand all the way, no stones.
The activities done at night are very fun too, and you can take part in some of them too. You have love music most days and it’s very fun, you sing along and have a good time. It’s a very family friendly hotel.
I really do recommend this hotel to everyone. It’s sad to see all those in true comments of the hotel when none of it is actually accurate. I have went and seen it and really do recommend. :))

This year it's our second visit. Everything is very well organized. A big thank especially to Adem (Head of hotel), Orhan (Head of animation) and Mustafa (Head of kitchen). The rooms are very clean, the staff is very dedicated and courteous. My family are I are really happy with our decision. The beach is very clean, overall you have a lot of space. The breakfast and dinner is diverse and yummy. Again high satisfaction. We are already planning our next visut to Altis. Sinan Sahin from Germany.

We visited there with my all family in early May, I think they just opened the season within that time. The people were too kind and the hotel itself was really attractive even if it did not have a high level of occupancy level yet. We had a great time and thinking to make another plan within summer time as soon as we can. Especially thanks to Mr. Fatih, Mr. Fehmettin, and Ms. Kader for their assistance before and during our stay.

Amazing resort with great facilities and staff. Great for families to enjoy and relax. Private areas catering for men and women. Delicious food and snacks throughout the day. Overall, an excellent experience.

I visited with my sister from London. We had an amazing time, the weather was gorgeous, the food, the hotel the hospitality and kindness of the staff was outstanding. Everything was just perfect clean and beautiful. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the following people: The Animation Girls Defne, Sehribon, Sendai, Sukriye for teaching us in the swimming pool and we did aerobics water training, we had so much fun with the Turkish princesses! Lets make this clear... This resort is halal all inclusive... No alcohol here... No bikini.
Segregated pool for woman and separate sunbeds at the beach for the ladies.
This is the best halal resort in the area.

Excellent hotel. Very friendly receptionists Hacer and Zulfiya who went out of their way and catered for all our needs. Very loving staff such as Dephne and Seyda who made sure we were comfortable and despite the language barrier still established good friendship

Absolutely amazing family and halal place with beach , good food, rooms, good service and a lot of help from zulfiye and hacer, I wholehearted reccomend for family holidays and will look forward to coming again, and the entertainment team also kept everyone occupied with activities....definitely five star..
