DOGO online - This review is not related to the store in Belek. An item was purchased in July and returned within two days. No refund was forthcoming, even in August and September. On 19th of Sep, the excuses started - and they were pathetic at best. Dogo informed me that a refund was finally on its way. On the 4th of October, when I threatened to make their emails public, they said that there was another EXCUSE why the payment on the 19th hadn't gone through. I do not trust this company after the litany of lies. I like - not love - the product and would prefer to support Turkish companies. But I do not tolerate customer service that is sub-standard.
