Susesi Luxury Resort

We recently stayed here for 5 nights. We had a wonderful time from the moment we arrived. The welcome was great! all the facilities of the hotel are lovely. We are vegetarians and the food choice is very varied each night. The Italian a la carte was our favourite!

Susesi is a wonderfull Resort, flowers, trees, clean & tidy, i can’t say anything against. They were doing maintenance and it’s understandable before the season start. The buffet is also amazing for the many !!

We had 10days of brilliant weather from 1st, November temperature around the 26,deg. Room overlooking the sea.The hotel was lovely .staff were excellent and the whole hotel was very clean and tidy ..food and drinks were excellent too .great choice of everything .. we were spoilt they could not do enough for u ...only 5min taxi or bus into Belek.. lovely quite town ..would recommend it and we r pensioners and still had our evenings out with the good entertainment.

Reception, guest relations, restaurant, room cleaning services were all really successful. We would like to thank especially the friends in the mini club. My son Çınar had a great week. We will come again

Fantastic Hotel. Fantastic staff and service. Just got home yesterday after 7 relaxing and luxurious days. It surpassed my expectations which is rare these days.

Firstly my thanks to the lovely staff. Very friendly, polite and attentive. They made this a special stay. I was really impressed from the moment I arrived until I left. Always smiling. On arrival, check in was simple and the guy was very helpful and informative. The restaurant staff, bar staff and people around the pool were great. Pool staff very helpful getting people beds and sunshades and a big thanks to the smiley girl on the roller skates getting everyone drinks.

Food was great, buffet was varied and very nice. . All inclusive drinks are premium brands. great range of Cocktails. The hotel is very clean everywhere, rooms / bathrooms tasteful and roomy. Gardens are green and very beautiful.

I just loved everything about the hotel. Very luxurious and classy. No drunken idiots or trouble. Thankfully we left them behind at the airport when we all went our separate ways. Everyone here was chilled. The bars are nice, lots of shady areas to sit in. Temperature was 37 degrees end of September, but cool at night. Never felt uncomfortable as fans under cover outside in seating areas and AC everywhere inside. Everything has been carefully thought of at this hotel and the little touches make a difference, like phone charging lockers placed in numerous locations. All the fittings and fixtures were top quality, clean and well maintained. Nothing shabby here.

I did read the few negative reviews people left and having now been, I wonder who are these people, what are they used too? Presidential palaces?
A nice mix of people from Europe and neighbouring counties. Everyone seemed respectful.

There is 24 hours food and drinks. Minibar stocked daily. Room cleaned daily. We arrived 3am and where directed to the restaurant where there was a selection of hot food available and were waited on. I was thirsty, hungry and very impressed. Pool snack bars and restaurants serving a variety of salads, fruits, burgers, deserts, pastas, wraps, pizza and ribeye stakes during the day. Super fast service.

Wifi, dropped out in the room occasionally, but worked fine in most places.
Room was quiet, slept like a log.

I particularly liked the fact as standard, you could use the spar sauna, steam room, baths and any of the 3 pools ( 2 indoor ) I did get a Thai massage at the spa. Excellent.

Coffee and cake shop open 2pm to 11:30pm. Freshly squeezed fruit juices in the vitamin bar. Cakes where delicious. In some places I have been cakes look nice but often taste bland. Not here. They were quality and tasted as good as they looked.

I have never returned to the same place as I always want to see new places. This is the first time, I though I will return because I know for sure what I am getting is to a very high standard. Would love to come here with friends.

If you are reading this and considering it, I recommend you book it.

Evening entertainment provided, dancers and such, not my thing, but it is there for those who want it in the evening.

Did not get harassed with people selling staff. In fact the shops at the hotel, I though were cheap and great value, unlike most other hotels I have stayed at.

A beautiful, clean and relaxing hotel and grounds. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Relaxed atmosphere and great food. Great value comparing to other places I was looking at. I look forward to revisiting in the not to distant future.

Customer care experience at its high!
From the entrance at the check in there was a young girl(Seda Hanım) who personally helped us complete the check in form and gave us the welcome drink. We've got the room arround 13 pm and we've got an upgraded room free of charge-instead of a standard sea view room for 3 adults we've got one suite on the 7th floor.
I would say not kids friendly hotel at 1st sight,but actually there were aot of kids while lunch or dinner in the main restaurant. I guess kids club did their job durinf the day cause beach and pool area were very silent and perfect for chilling and relaxation.
I personally appreciated the idea of snack boxes with nuts or chips from the "kitchen team" at the pool bars where anyone could freely grab a snack when needed.
Tasty cocktails and plenty of food.
I personally liked the variety of fresh cheese and fish for all 3 meals a every day.
Apart from the fact that the fact of being renovated and refurbished you could see the hotel aging in some areas,but not a big deal in enjoying a perfect stay.
Fresh sandwiches and fruits salad for a day snack on the pier at the beach and soft drinks-I would suggest having an independent bar on the pier with a couple of tables between 10 to 18 pm cause the beach bar has only 5-6 tables.
All in all,I would recommend this hotel for relaxation and chilling holiday.

Staying at the hotel was great. Very friendly people and hospitality is great. Will definitely be back.

Stayed here for a week to celebrate my dads birthday. The hotel, facilities and staff were amazing!

Pro’s:

- very welcoming friendly staff
- big resort lots to do
- pool area clean (Kadir yetisgen kept the area clean, was friendly and helped find sun beds daily, thank you!!)
- lots of good lunch / snack options
- entertainment every evening
- Turkish bath/massage, good and clean treatment rooms
- stayed in triplex 3 story room, nice and welcoming, slightly outdated but kept clean.

Con’s:

- buffet restaurant gets a little boring, different theme nights every night but not too many choices for vegetarians
- if your room faces the back it can get noisy at night with coaches outside and people talking.

Overall, the hotel really made my dads birthday special, decorated the room with birthday balloons, arranged for a chocolate, fruit and backlava platter at the massage. We dined at the Italian restaurant one night, they provided champagne and a cake to celebrate!

Although the rooms need some updating, I would highly recommend the hotel, the service from all staff was amazing and the entertainment and facilities really kept us busy! Thank you team Susesi!

Very nice resort! Rooms are tidy and very clean. The staff really puts their effort so everything works flawlessly, they are very friendly and prompt if needed anything. There is also a variety of the food served in the main restaurant, themed daily. Many a là carte restaurants are scattered all over the resort to please everyone's taste. The sandy beach and the sea are beautiful. The pool area could have been bigger for a such resort because it was very crowded. We stayed there as a family with 1 kid in the middle of July and can only recommend it.

Amazing place. Ali and Mustafa at the bar made a great night for us. Beautiful coctails. Their service is the best.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Huge pools outside, 2 pools inside. Sandy beach. There every day new activities for kids. We had a great time here. The only minus is that meet meals were over cooked but you can find what to eat.

We are still here and having a great time, the staff are hard working, all ways cleaning making sure you're happy, pools are fantastic, you won't go hungry! Something for everyone, I don't want to go back home 😎

This hotel is fantastic they bend over backwards to make sure your stay is as perfect as it could be an abundance of lovely food and drinks you will never be hungry or thirsty and the staff are a credit to the hotel from the gardener right through it is spotless they all wait on you hand and foot nothing is any problem we will definitely be back thank you all at susesi luxury resort.

From a resident of the United Arab Emirates who is used to excellent service and has experienced numerous luxury hotels, I am thrilled to say that the SuSesi Luxury Resort in Antalya, Belek surpasses the norm and stands out as a perfect retreat. This resort beautifully mixes traditional Turkish hospitality with a cosmopolitan charm, serving guests in their native tongues, ranging from English, Arabic, Russian, to Turkish.

The housekeeping staff was brilliant throughout our stay, and I must give special thanks to Sevim Durmaz for her exceptional service. Her daily cleaning of our villa pool room was impeccable, creating a delightful space for us to unwind and truly feel at home.

The concierge team, led by the effervescent Seda, was another standout. Seda’s enthusiastic assistance and meticulous attention to detail made two birthday celebrations in our party unforgettable. She arranged a festive gathering at the Mexican restaurant for my friend's birthday, which was memorable and full of joy. Similarly, my son's 15th birthday breakfast was thoughtfully organized to make his day extra special. Seda's charm and professionalism genuinely enhanced our experience.

Mustafa Sarigul deserves a hearty shout-out too for his assistance with arranging the perfect birthday cake for my son. It's these little touches that truly make a stay remarkable and personalize the experience.

Our visit to the on-site Italian restaurant was another high point. This restaurant is a part of their paid à la carte options and it is worth every penny. The service by Hayrettin was simply superb, demonstrating the highest standards of hospitality and making our dining experience unforgettable.

The resort is beautifully maintained, the sea is incredibly clean, and there is an ample provision of sunbeds by both the pool and the sea, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing environment. The variety and quality of food offered by the resort was exceptional and a true testament to their commitment to providing a five-star experience.

We are spending the second day of our vacation in this hotel. This hotel has all the necessary facilities for a good vacation, which I will mention: 1. Compared to other similar hotels, it has a reasonable price.
2. Service quality provided is more than the money we have paid.
3. All employees are fully responsible and trained.
4. The variety and quality of the food is really good and acceptable.
6. The quality of the programs for the entertainment of people in this hotel is very high.
7. The interaction of the staff will make you feel relaxed and of course you will feel good.
