The whole facility is very clean. All the staff are genuinely friendly, hard working and helpful.
The compound is big but compact enough to not tire you out. Variety of activities to keep the kids interested.
24/7 food and drinks. Great variety of choices with each meal.

Room is clean and nice looking with very nice view of the ocean and swimming pools. Service is great everywhere in the entire hotel except in the "Late Night" resturaunt inside the hotel compound (forgetfull and a bit rude). Costumer desk and reseption speaks english well. Some other random staff may or may not speak english, so I'd recommend using some translation service like Google Translation if you want to communicate complicated matters.
The best resturaunt is the open buffet (Main resturaunt) which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Very good service and food. The late night resturaunt's food is not good.
Location of the hotel is very far away from the airport or city centre, but I wouldn't take away any stars from the location rating.
Even though everything is included in the reservation including food all day long, but some services inside this hotel will cost extra money, like the game room and some spa services.

I love all the animations specially the mini club. My daughter loves the mini club and mini disco very much,they do their job really good. I Loved lands sports too their activities is really different and excited. In mini club Zeynep is caring wlth my daughter very much. Thank you for this holiday.

The hotel is good, everything is good, the entertainment is very nice. You can go with your entire family and feel veery veery nice. The people who work here are so nice. They know how to threat you well. The staff here is very serviceable.

Entertainment at all time, kids have loads to do, mini club available daily and also very nice kids and adults shows every night.

It was a great stay at this resort. The staff are great especially Ece from the animation team... She was spending huge efforts to make our stay great.
The resort is so clean... Food is amazing... Activities are many and very well organized.
Every night there is a different night activity and parties.
As a conclusion, very good value for money. Strongly advisable. We love it.

1st time at this hotel & wow on arrival reception staff amazing. Food has been fab especially the a la carte all have been amazing. The animation team where to start. Animation team is awesome. There are different shows and activities everyday. It is so fun. My daughter loved the mini disco. Mini club personals are so cheerful and helpful. We had a great time here.

Top services, great variety of food, comfortable, spacious and very clean rooms, nice outside pools and entertainment options! The beach is a bit rocky at the entrance, but otherwise is clean and well maintained. All in all, is a great place especially for family with kids.

Me and my kids are soo pleased, the word can’t even describe the hospitality and the services available in the hotel. This is one hotel we are coming back to definitely in the near future. Staff such as Leyla and Ebru from guest relations and Yunus Ali from reception and is amazing, food is beyond amazing, pool and beach is just breathtaking..I’m grateful and happy.

Overall we had a great holiday. The hotel was clean and tidy all the time, they had plenty of staff cleaning. Rooms were clean and tidy some attention to detail is required for 5*

Food was good lots of selection of salads and sides, not a lot of selection with plain meat. only issue, it is repetitive every few days the meats will be the same.
Not ideal for fussy kids, pizza was available but it was only local pizza. Kids pasta was available in the kids area but not all kids eat pasta.

The only thing that does change is some the the deserts, which After sitting there, along with the fruit for a few hours, gets warm and is not pleasant to eat.

Only thing I would recommend at food, would be Ice cream there were 2 locations for ice cream but when it is hot kids need ice cream after food and at the table not in a tub.

Bars;
Pool bar.
Service was on times good, sometimes poor, we felt that if you speak the language then you would get served quickly and before anyone who has been waiting for a while, on times we were ignored by staff while they chat to themselves, a person then who knows the language would ask for Tea, coffee, etc and would get served before others. Unless the bar is empty kids would get completely ignored.

The lounge bar was very poor with service, at one point we seen 12 people at the bar area and only one person serving, while you have 3 staff members walking around collecting one or two glasses, a local sitting at a table would ask them for a drink, and they would go straight to the bar and the one person serving, would serve that person and not the 12 that have been waiting! Very poor service.
Perhaps there should be tables service?

Other amenities.
Kids clubs;
not secured, should be secured with gates and separate from the entrance to the small pool staff on phones while kids play, children could just walk away.
Park; ok, parts not under shade, so rides get hot, not secure.
Entertainment staff; good, just need to be more bi-lingo, most of the time did not understand anything they were saying.
Mini disco; ok, songs should be mixed languages.

Themed nights; I did not get point of these nights, they had a 80s and 90s night, but the music was nothing to do with those decades?

Shops; very good, good deals very pleasant to chat to. 👍

Outside restaurants; you have to pre-book no menus on show so don’t know if you will like the food until you attend.

Outside Food vendors; all excellent, only thing Ice creams and not to everyone’s taste.

Games room; expensive for tokens 2€ for one token is expensive. some of the smaller rides for the young children should be free, they only last not even a minute, what a waste, worse thing is the person who worked there, telling young children that if your not paying money to play then you can’t enter the games room, for young children 3-5 years old, they don’t understand, they just want to look and play very poor.

Biggest negative;
SMOKING, smoking is everywhere, no laws on designated smoking areas, which is off putting if you don’t like smoke, we had to leave the entertainment on a few occasions due to people on all tables around us smoking!
We seen a child get hit by a cigarette while walking past someone smoking, no serious damage was caused but it could of been worse.

Overall; great hotel, just need a few changes and it would be 5* for me.

Would I return?
No.

We had an excellent stay this July 2023. Staff were brilliant- very helpful and attentive to every matter. In particular Leyla and Ebru from guest services were very helpful. We rely appreciated all that they done for us.
Would highly recommend staying with Crystal Family Resort and Spa - excellent choice for families 👍👍👍

Things I liked most:

Animation team and their approach to the guests. Especially I would to express my gratitude to Firat, Ece and Assel.

Furthermore overall service at restaurants and bars was very good.

Things which need improvement:

Mattresses and pillows need to be replaced with something better

Pier is too small, what's the purpose of it, if there is nothing there: no bar or no sunbeds,

The kids' club was a hit, offering engaging and age-appropriate programs, supervised by friendly and attentive staff. The hotel also had a dedicated pool area for children, complete with water slides, splash pads. Our kids simply couldn't get enough of it!

Nice Holiday! Nice Beach, Service, Food and Shows. Especially the Animation Team had great activities such as football and dart.

Amazing holiday! Everything in this hotel is perfect starting with food through servis and finish with entertaining! We have been there from 21-29/06/2023 . Food was amazing so much to chose we ate something different every day. Our kids enjoyed food as well. 😊 food and drinks served 24h . Free ice creams all day. Large swimming pool with slides. Separate area for little children. Kids klub. Entertaining during a day untill 23:30 . Than you can go to disco untill 2am.
Staff is amazing. Work very hard. All place very clean. The special thanks for Mehmet who works in late hours restaurant and Harun and Dilay who works in main bar they all are amazing! Thanks to them our stay was even more comfortable.
