Since people do not know that this branch is for business customers only they are thinking that they would serve individual customers since they do not speak Turkish they don’t know this information. The workers of this branch are pretty fast and doing their job as quick as possible I’m very satisfied

They still don't speak on English but freandly and trying to help))) now they have elect.check line on English and Russian

Personnel is low skilled and don’t speak English. Not interested in helping international clients. Personnel pretended they don’t understand and they told they can’t open account for foreigner even I had all official docs needed - best avoid at all costs.

Çalışanlar çok yavaşlar ve çok ilgisizler. Derdini anlatana kadar saatler geçiyor. Sıra çok yavaş ilerliyor.
