Hilton Dalaman Sarigerme Resort & Spa

We stayed with my family for 1 week. It is a wonderful facility with its nature, sea and hotel concept. Food and drinks are quite delicious. The kids loved the mini club. The staff is very kind and helpful. We will definitely come again next year.

I am extremely surprised with the customer relationship service on top of overall pleasant experience in this hotel. I had a very specific request, which hotel was not obliged to meet, but they did their best to keep the customer happy. I am very thankful and happy:)
Short summary looks as follows:
1. Food - great. You will not stay hungry any minute in this hotel
2. Area is very big and spacious. The only place, where you see a lot of people is main restaurant in the evening
3. A lot of activities, so that you wont stay bored
4. Sea is warm (27 in September) and a bit wavy in the afternoon
5. Good coffee
6. Vegan friendly :-)
7. Some buildings are a bit worn (good supported, but not a brand new), while cottages are built few years ago. Consider this, if this “super fresh” scent matters.

Great place to have a great time with your family or just a getaway with your partner. Plenty of activities. Unlimited pool area, also beach is on the property. Food is fresh, good, and flavorful. Hilton grow their own pomegranate they make fresh juice with the pomegranate and also fresh orange juice daily.

I had a wonderful experience at Hilton Dalaman. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with refreshing juice. A porter chauffeured us to our room in a buggy. The food options were extensive; the buffet offered an endless array, including traditional Turkish, continental, Indian, and Italian cuisines. The desserts were particularly amazing. The swimming pools were at a perfect temperature, and the lakeside swim-up water was delightful. Although I didn't get to try the other à la carte restaurant, the staff were very attentive. The short 30-minute transfer time from the airport was convenient. The kids' club was fantastic, featuring water slides and various activities. The on-site shop had most essentials, great for things you might have forgotten. Keep in mind that the hotel is a bit secluded, so it's wise to come prepared. The lake-side rooms were breathtaking, and if possible, upgrading is recommended. The tranquility of the lakeside rooms makes it an ideal spot to unwind. Safety wasn't a concern as families and couples mainly occupied the space.

A few drawbacks to note:
The resort is sprawling, and you can easily cover around 15,000 steps a day (great for burning calories!). It takes a few days to get accustomed to the layout as signage is lacking. Cocktails were hit or miss; some were overly strong while others were weak. If it's not on the menu, the staff might not be able to craft it perfectly. The gym isn't open 24 hours, and for a 5-star hotel of this size, I expected more and better equipment.

5 stars go definitely to the staff for the magic cocktails and service at the beach bar! Other than this, the facility is great. Food quality and variety can be improved.

Stayed here for 5 days and every day was enjoyable. They had a different kind of entertainment every night. Beach was great but sometimes it was hard to find an empty spot in the mornings. There are also multiple large pools. There are multiple restaurants for extra but the free buffet has many kinds of dishes every day. I would also like to extend a special thanks to Deniz Orten who was an exceptional waiter for us.

The most beautiful hotel I have ever seen in my life. I definitely recommend you go. You will feel like at home with very comfortable beds and comfortable rooms.

Our stay at Hilton Sarigerme was truly exceptional, thanks to Anil the hotel’s Supervisor and his outstanding efforts. Initially, our trip faced a few issues but Anil’s professionalism and empathy transformed our experience. Despite the hotel being fully booked he managed everything remarkably well, ensuring we were fully satisfied.

Our Lake House Suite provided breathtaking views and the food especially the à la carte options like teppanyaki exceeded our expectations. Having been fortunate enough to experience many 5-star hotels, we can confidently say that Hilton Sarigerme is up there as one of the best!

Considering its short flight we would gladly return. Our sincere appreciation to Anil and the entire Hilton Sarigerme team for making our stay so memorable.

I was a bit nervous about my stay initially because of the negative reviews. Boy was I wrong! I absolutely loved the hotel, the grounds of the hotel are immaculate and serene . It’s huge so it never feels crowded. We stayed at the Lake view rooms and it was beautiful. The whole experience was amazing and that is credit to the staff. Each and every one of them went above and beyond (and there are lot of them to ensure the smooth running of the resort). We’ve just returned from an amazing stay at the Hilton Dalaman. Can’t recommend it enough. The staff were very attentive, efficient and friendly, the place was very clean at all times, entertainment was varied and catered to all ages, the food was delicious and you had a selection of different cuisines. So happy we decided to stay there for our vacation and definitely we’ll be going back in the future.

Have been many times, with family and with a partner, have not been disappointed on each visit. The staff are happy and accommodating and will do surprises at short notice. My partner had a birthday on vacation and I forgot. When I asked for a little treat, we went out for the day and came back to a lovely cake in the room with my partners name on it followed by more treats later in the room after dinner. I did pay for it but it was well worth it.
Activities during the day were great, yoga, stretch class, dancing and so much more
The gym and pool are exceptional.

The food was tremendous and there were so many choices throughout the day, around the pool around 3 there would be a fruit trolley , and you could have your sun glasses polished whilst relaxing around the pool

Far too many great things to talk about. Just visit.

I must say that Tuğba, the employee working at the main pool bar, truly made our stay at the hotel an exceptional one. Her warm and welcoming smile every day, despite the scorching heat, demonstrated her commitment to providing an excellent customer service experience. It was very refreshing to see her going above and beyond to make us feel special during our stay.

Tuğba embodies the true spirit of Hilton hospitality, and it was evident in the exemplary service that we received from her. She was always attentive to our needs and was happy to accommodate our requests, which made us feel truly valued as guests.

Overall, our experience at the Hilton hotel was truly memorable, and Tuğba was a huge contributing factor to that. Her positive attitude, warm smile, and excellent service made our stay remarkable and one that we will never forget. Thank you, Tuğba, for making our stay extra special!

Just returned from a week in this resort and WOW! The place is exceptional, clean and the staff and food is beyond fantastic!
We originally booked the Deluxe swim up room ground floor but with Jet2 having falsely advertised the room, we were upgraded to a lakeside villa for a few hundred pound extra which was just perfect for us. Highly recommended.

This hotel literally has everything you could possibly need for an amazing holiday. If you want a relaxing holiday that is possible, but also the daily entertainment is amazing, tried air raffle shooting, the evening entertainment was also very good, at different locations through the complex.
Was a little annoyed we were told u could not get a bus from sarigreme to ortaca but it was possible, taxi there was over 600lire but the bus back from the main bus terminal was 46 lire for two people, it was a little mini bus. A taxi from the hotel into Sarigerme is 130 lire, you could walk it but given the heat we decided against it.
The hotel can't do enough for you, they even provide a free room to shower before flight home, only missing from that shower room hairdryer......
The restaurant staff were attentive and got to know your favourite drinks.....this is a hotel that is amazing......we also tried the al la carte dining. We tried the Italian, tepinyaki and the Indian. The chef at the tepinyaki deserves a special mention, he is comedy genius

We love this hotel however it is starting to become a bit tired inside in areas. We lost all our hot water one evening but thankfully it was repaired very swiftly.
We adore the animals at the farm but would love for there to be a live webcam so we could see them all by going online at home in the UK.

We had a Lakehouse, and it was absolutely amazing. The hotel is so large that you can always find a quiet spot. The staff are a credit. We take our young children but we have also come as a couple and it's perfect for both. The kids club is so safe, secure and the staff are absolutely phenomenal with the youngsters. Thank you for an amazing holiday and hopefully there are many more to come.

A large and beautiful resort, family friendly, located close to the airport, and a joy to spend your time at.

The resort is huge, and you need to use the shuttle service to get around if you don't want to walk 10 mins to the beach (if you're in the lakehouses on the other end).

There are plentiful a-la-carte restaurants, snack bars (that serve burgers, and other light lunch items), plenty of bars (each lakehouse pool had a bar, and the beach bar is great as well), and the buffet is huge. There are adult only seating areas in the buffet too. Note that the buffet is catered for a very specific client-base, so you won't get many diverse cuisine options, but choice is plentiful for what they do have. If anything, they could remove a couple of rows and it would still be too much!

The staff are friendly, and helpful (albeit sometimes housekeeping arrived quite late in the day).

The grounds are very well maintained, and there is ample photo-opportunities during the golden hours.

There is a massive main pool, with a kids pool, seperate adults only area, with the entire pool being almost at the centre of the resort.

If you can afford it, go for the lakehouses. It has it's own semi-private balcony that goes straight into the shared residential pool, which is only used by residents, and sparingly so.

A great resort, happy to go back.

This entire resort was phenomenal. Wonderful staff, facilities and food. Kids club was especially good, and the staff made my kids feel so welcome and loved! They had so many great activities for them to do too. The food was incredible, as were the pools and the rooms. My husband reported that the gym was a little disappointing, but that was the only small negative. Everything else surpassed our expectations. Would highly recommend for a family trip!

This hotel is a very large and spacious place 🫶🏼 You can come alone or with your family 😁 The hotel has a wide variety of facilities. There is an indoor pool and an outdoor pool. morning, lunch, dinner times are very long and there is a lot of variety 🐿 I think about what to eat every day.. 😅 The location is far from the center, but there is a taxi facility, this is not a problem.🚕 Make sure to visit here and tag me. i love you have a good time xoxo😘🥰😁

Fabulous resort as usual by Hilton. Our really enjoyed our stay here. Food are phenomenal and we were spoiled by choices of restaurants and snack bars. Shows were splendid and different every night plus they can arrange day trips to other parts of turkey which we really liked. Staff were very attentive and decorated our room for my wife’s birthday with flowers and a cake. If you have to be super critical, some of the facilities are starting to show their ages but I’m sure they will be looked after when we go back next time. Thoroughly recommend this to any family looking for a break.
