I had so many challenges with flights during my stay from cancellations to flight diversions and they made timely adjustments and recommendations and most importantly I felt safe and secure! Excellent service. Booked a trip to trabzon. Excellent hotel choice, fastest check in, excellent timing on plane arrival and departure, epic seat selection. They also booked me a car, excellent on arrival delivery easy and fast and very professional hand over on the way back. I have been planing my Trips online for so long. After trying All things Turkish this time. I would never go through the hassle of doing it on my own again. 10/10

Exceptional service even on short notice.

Don’t bother contacting for any help or queries unless you’re an influencer. I first messaged them 1 month ago regarding transfers. I didn’t hear back so tried again last week multiple times on whatsapp and Instagram. I received one of two brief messages and since then no response.

Shocked at how bad the service is with All Things Turkish. I managed to book transfers elsewhere and a private boat cruise using Viator. I received confirmation and response within 1 hour. Take notes.
