excellent cuisine and a wonderful wine list with many interesting local wines. we went behind the grill and were very impressed with the rack of lamb. it was amazing: tender, juicy and delicious - just as it should be. If you are not visiting on Friday or Saturday there is no need to book a table. the staff is very polite and always ready to help you with the choice of food and drinks. The price, in my opinion, is quite consistent with the impression you get.

Amazing restaurant with really attentive and friendly staff, giving great recommendations regarding food and wine( go for Sarafin Chardonnay ,authentic Turkish kitchen in a nice atmosphere, the lamb is worth a visit or two,it is so tasty and soft ,we go with the staff recommendation of tandouri, sultans favourite , lamb shacks ( we went there a second time today after the great experience yesterday ) and we would do it again and again ! First time in Istanbul and best and choice of restaurant

Service was nice, and food was ok, not something wow, but above average. The babaganush however was delicious!

This place is simply the best. Step out of the hot-or-miss of most of the places near Galata Tower and experience a little F&B Culture. We stopped by nearly every day after finding this spot for a drink and sometimes a little bite. The food we had was great and we really enjoyed the drinks; high quality!!

Place was awesome, very cute located , we sit outside, weather was just perfect especially for a February evening :) my friend and I stopped for mulled wine randomly but we were pleasantly surprised of the cozy atmosphere. Our server Omer was smiley, warm and attentive of our needs . Definitely recommend:)

Best lunch I’ve had in Istanbul. Yunus took such good care of me. I was dining alone but felt like I was taken care of from family. And the food was amazing! I had falafel, lamb kebab and for dessert… kunefe. It was the first one I’ve ever had and it was stunning. Highly recommend. Also it’s in a lovely area, just a couple minutes away from Galata tower.

Relaxed atmosphere, great food with large portions at mid/fair pricing. Server Yunus was awesome, spoke English, made good recommendations.

I stumbled upon this lovely place whilst taking a walk through towards galata tower. Solo traveler on small business trip to Istanbul. Murat at the door was extremely welcoming and built conversation making you feel extremely welcome. I didn't try the food here but they still accommodated me as a solo person for a few beers. However the food smells delicious and the place is full. Great all round service and ambiance. I would recommend to book as it's busy! Definitely saved in my top locations for food next time I visit. Update*** the food smelt so good I had to try. Extremely impressed, beautiful meal and hot food, generally in turkey food isn't always hot hot. Totally stuffed and very satisfied 😋

Gourmet delicious food, wonderful waiter and very international atmosphere!
The place looks very nice, and so the food!
Cons: I found it a little bit overpriced for the portions, and after one week of travelling in turkey this restaurant is the only one that charged for what in Italy we call “coperto”

Amazing food. We were really looking for some fresh kebabs and traditions deserts.

1. The Mixed Kebab platter was really good. Specially the lamb skewer was amazing. It is definitely a good call for two.

2. The Kunafè with Vanilla ice-cream was really different in taste. The sweetness with some cold ice cream made it more tasteful.

Such a nice place with an amazing atmosphere! I tried “baklava” and it’s just incredible delicious! My waiter Ömer very handsome guy🤭

If we could rate this restaurant even higher, we would. Great atmosphere, food, and attentive staff. I have never had a waiter come and cut my ribs off the bone for me at the table 😍😂 They have a fun selection of drinks, we would definitely recommend the pomegranate wine. The establishment itself is very clean and professional with a cool ambience. For foreign tourists especially, you do not have to worry about being bombarded at the door to come in, they do not try and upsell you on anything and there is no pressure. They are all incredibly friendly and helpful as well. Would absolutely come again!

Fantastic food and service, would recommend to anyone from abroad or local. The food is cooked from fresh and is plated with great attention. The fish especially was fresh, cooked perfect and very moist.

The staff are great, going beyond expectations even from London standards. The pricing is very fair for the quality we got.

I got the garlic shrimp they were tasty and sea food pastas it was okay

Food is fantastic. Clearly a dinner / drinks place, but open all day (same menú). Hummus and Vine leaves are a must, lamb is spectacular. Price is a bit high relative to rest of istanbul, but understandable given tourist area. Worth a visit!
