The Biancho Hotel Pera

The location is at one of the best locations of istanbul for sure. Newly renovated hotel with the best hospitable staff. Clean and nicely designed rooms . İ would recommend it.

I wrote this review because but got worried after booking this hotel and reading the reviews.
In my experience i totally recommend the place for the price.
The staff are helpful. The breakfast was good and the location is great.
I have to add that the rooms are a little small and relatively clean (but not perfectly).

We came for our honeymoon. Everything was perfeCt, rooms are getting cleaned on daily basis, the service is very good and very responsive and friendly. The food is very tasty😍 special thanks to Mohammad, Adnan and Yasin🙏🏻

I was in Istanbul for 6 days with my husband. I was there for a medical treatment and the staff could not have made life any easier. From start to finish, I thank God we chose this hotel..near to all amenities and transport, with close links to a lot of tourist hotspots. There was a slight problem with our room, but this was not the fault of the hotel, ...however, after a little word in their ears, they couldn't do enough to help us out, relocating us to a new room and making sure we were comfortable.
We needed covid tests shortly after arrival, as we would need to present the results in hospital before the treatment....they arranged for someone to come to the hotel to take the tests and emailed us the results within 4 hours.
The breakfast is a very varied buffet style, and well worth the extra small amount of money paid.
Mehmet and Janen went out of their way to ensure we were well looked after, even calling us on our arrival back to the UK, to ask if everything went well on the journey home....and we wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else when we return in the New year.
Having read some pretty harsh reviews on Tripadvisor and here , we must admit we were a bit worried before we arrived, but honestly, hand on heart, we cannot understand why people have chosen to leave them less than perfect reviews....the hotel is going through some transitions, and the building next door has been purchased and is going through a lot of renovation work to add extra rooms to the Biancho Pera, so I get that there may have been some problems with some bookings, but just approach the staff quietly and they will jump through hoops to help you, I promise, they are that kind!!
The galata tower is about a 5 minute walk, sishane station is a minute away, buses to the rest of the city can be found across the road, the blue mosque, Hagia sophia, the sulemanye mosque and museums are about 15 minute drive away, the Grand bazaar a few metro stations away.....honestly, this hotel is a great base to get everywhere from. Istaklal street and Taksim square is the next station away and the airports are about 40 minutes drive, with easy bus routes.

I had been on holiday and spend a week in this hotel and would like to recommended if someone book trip to Istanbul
Great location near by Galata tower and Istiklal street, also good connection to Old Bazar. Hotel is nice and daily cleaning rooms. Staff is polite positive and helpful All our issues and questions was resolved professionally

I’ve been to too many hotels around the world but I’ve never seen such service and hospitality.

This wasn’t my first time in Istanbul and I’ve been to one of the top notch hotels in the city before but I didn’t enjoy my stay as much as I did in Biancho.

-The location is PRIME (galata tower,taksim,metro station,bus stop…are walking distance) there’s a lot of restaurants,shops and pubs in the area with lots of options and verities.

-Rooms are very clean and well maintained

-The views are literally amazing (I highly recommend the deluxe sea view room you won’t regret it)

-The people of this hotel are my FAVORITE part
The owner himself Ercan is very helpful and professional he literally went above and beyond with everything he did to make sure we’re enjoying our stay.
The staff: specially Ferdi,Mehmet,Gökmen,Hasan and everyone else as well are THE BEST ; they’re very friendly and they do everything they can to help you out and make sure that you have everything you need around the clock ( if i can I would give them a 10 star rating )

-The breakfast is delicious and has different varieties.

-The price is unbeatable for sure this hotel literally has the full package (location,rooms,views,staff,price…etc)

We were 9 people and all of us agreed that we will definitely come back to this hotel whenever we’re in Istanbul again!

(If you need an airport shuttle book it with the hotel because even the airport shuttle service was great)

It is not building and location
It is the people who work and how they treat you with intimacy. They made it like home. I stayed there for seven nights. I referred to it home whenever I went out . I recommend it strongly If you are looking for a suitable place to stay regarding price , location , good service and management. I met the manager Mr Arjan conveyed to him some remarks and it was fixed at the spot.

I stayed at biancho pera for 5 days and it was a blast I really enjoyed my vacation out there , the location of the hotel is near to the most wonderful and important sties it was unforgettable the staff is amazing and special thanks to Latif he is qualified and gentel in addition to that he is so kind and I'd like to give a special thanks to , Gokhan, Yasin ve Nuh 🤍Location is fantastic. Galata tower, Istiklal street, Taksim square are easily accessible. You can go everywhere with metro and there is no need to pay for expensive taxis and the rooms are clean and tidy.

I stayed in the hotel for 8 days.
The location is great. Everything was great, breakfast, room service. Clean towels everyday, hot water, wifi.

The guys from reception were so nice and friendly. Regards to Latif, Gokhan, Yasin ve Nuh 😃

The stuff was very friendly especially mr. Hasan was very polite. The room was very clean - and they have a great view. I can recommend it to everyone. This will be our first choice. The hotel is also perfect located and they are very helpful.

RATING FOR THE SPA - The best massage I’ve had in Istanbul! The women are from Southeast Asia and they do a great job. Spa Package - 45 min full body massage, face mask, sauna, hamam with bubble scrub & hair wash. Beverages were offered throughout the nearly 2 hours of heaven. Treat yourself! *****Prices are negotiable, I got them to cut their initial price in half****

Two options of this hotel attracted me very much , The First one is the gerat location that help you to save your time in travel because it's near the subway and second one is the tasty food , specifically breakfast ! As you know the most important meal is breakfast and I really enjoyed of fresh and delicious breakfast in this hotel.

very nice view and friendly staff, they speak English and they guide you with the city tours and info, the breakfast is good and the beds and bed clothing is like 5 star hotels, i recommend this hotel to every one. have fun

Workers are very good, in the reception, for them its 5 stars, but the hotel is not so great, hygien not so good, old furniture…
