The Elegant Hotel

My favourite hotel in Istanbul, Fatih and the staff are friendly, helpful and go above and beyond. I always stay at this hotel when I come to Istanbul. Only 3 mins walk to Hz Eyup masjid and T5 tram to Eminonu. Great location and not too touristy which I love about this place.

The hotel is very good for the price I paid. Although the room was nothing fancy, it was comfortable and cozy. Best part is its located just 5 minutes walk from Eyüp Camii (mosque) which was my main reason for this hotel. The service and staff were absolutely awesome and really took care of your needs whenever there are issues with room. They were also very sincere and sweet, reflecting the area in general. Highly recommend it if you arent concerned for luxury and if your intent is to be with and connect with local, generally highly spiritual Turks.

Awesome experience. Comfortable room. Helpful staff. Location only 5 mins walk from Eyupsultan cable car and tram line. Staff arrange airport shuttle for me. Will definitely like to stay in this hotel, when I visit Istanbul again. Recommended.

Peaceful area and one public bus transportation reach few steps away , tram is 10 mint walk , near eyup sultan mosque and the markets , very close supermarket and restaurants, the rooms are wide and clean , new bathrooms, receptionist are good but need to be more social , but thy are nice , in ganaral , its good hotel

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Very friendly and hospitable team. They have good breakfast and Turkish coffee.
The Eyup area is awesome and historic. Very good access to everywhere.

BEST LOCATION. 2 mins walking away from Ayub Sultan Masjid. Everything is on the doorstep - supermarkets, restaurants, mobile network providers (e.g. Turk Cell), Banks, Hairdressers, Clothes Stores - and everything else you need or want! The Hotel staff are 100% honest, kind, caring and go above and beyond to help. Their airport transfer was high quality and impeccable in every way, they provided a PCR Test for us (results came in a few hours), their laundry service is fast and affordable, they printed all our travel documents for us after we emailed it to them, they allowed me to use their freezer for a cooling bag pack, and they even provided luggage scales to weigh our suitcases before we left. Their breakfast was simple, healthy and refreshing. Our family attic room easily fitted 2 single beds, 1 king size bed, 1 large sofa, 2 sofa armchairs, 1 breakfast table with 2 chairs, 1 fridge/cooler, 2 beside drawers, 1 tea table with kettle, a television and a double wardrobe! The room was massive with a door that opened to a balcony outside with a table and two chairs. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was massive and clean, the shower was powerful with a rain shower included. The price was extremely reasonable compared to other hotels in Istanbul. This is a lovely hotel with a family feeling, run by professional and kind staff, in the best and most authentic area in Istanbul. We are so grateful and have already recommended it to friends who have loved their stay. Thank you again for your kind hospitality.

I definitely recommend this hotel, I had guests from Iraq and I managed to take care of everything over the phone, the staff were amazing and very helpful one of my guests needed a PCR test for traveling back to Iraq and we got the result in 6 hours.

Newly built hotel with very spacious rooms and absolutely hospitable staff. It is also situated within a 2 minute walk to the Eyup Sultan mosque which is a very spiritual and tranquil environment. There are many restaurants and different range of stores including a small market, all this is within a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

From my many travels with my family I was very impressed with the Elegant hotel. Services were excellent. Very neat and clean hotel set in an excellent location. Staff members especially Fatih were more than willing to help us with everything we required. Thank you to Mr Aden and his family for a wonderful time. I would recommend this hotel anytime

Family owned establishment. Very good location to Masjid Ayub Sultan. Very modern and brand new feel to the whole hotel, from the feature frontage and reception area right through to the rooms and suites. Excellent experience for 3 days stay. Brilliant staff at reception, Fatih and brothers. They always have great recommendations for food outlets, places to travel, as well as transport arrangements. Anil the driver for airport transport and other trips throughout our stay was fantastic and has an amazing luxury taxi named the Blacksheep. Decked out inside with leather and lighting for a proper hand welcome along with complimentary snacks and juices to indulge in. Highly recommended. Will be coming again, no doubt.

This is a quiet peaceful hotel in a perfect location - walking distance from the Masjid and restaurants.
