Prices are extremely overrated & overpriced for example the princess island tour shouldnt cost them more than ( a maximum of) 60 leras & we paid 50$ excluding lunch (which we had to pay for ourselves) ship was too hot and the travel agency made us go there around 1-2 PM mid-day making it extremely difficult for you to walk around.
The Borsa trip was equally as horrible as we had to wait in the telefrek line for almost TWO hours in the heat, as the tour guide took us on a weekend day (saturday). The tour guide was unorganized, irresponsible & kept loosing people we left for the borsa trip at around 8:30 AM & returned around 1:30 AM not to our hotel but to an underground tunnel in where the tour guide made us & a few more customers which included (elderly & babies) walk up three dozen steps of stairs & the entire taksim square all the way to our hotel, the rest of the customers on the bus who were located in different hotels were dropped off by the bus driver ALONE, keep in mind the bus driver that only speaks turkish. The rest of the bus had to leave by themselves during mid-night which made it ridiculous as the tour guide went home for sleep.
Personally, i wouldnt recommend this agency as the prices are way too high for what is considered extremely low quality.

The worst experience I have ever had in my life, it is not recommended at all, depend on yourself but don’t rely on them, the prices are truly overrated and they have very bad services (actually they don’t even have services) for example, they took us to a restaurant called Yayla Alabalik, which serves the worst food ever, the bathrooms are so dirty and don’t have clear water or soap and we don’t know what to talk about the dirt, the bad food, rude employees or small portions of BAD tasteless food. I NEED A BOOK TO WRITE MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM.

انا سعيد جدا لبرنامج رحلات تركيا معاكم وكانت الخدمات من افضل مايمكن والمواعيد والتعامل من المسئولين عن الرحلات والتنسيق وجميع الرحلات المختاره كانت ممتازه لكن كانت بالترتيب حسب الطقس من الرحلات بالدرجه الاولى بورصه والثانيه صبانجا وتاتي رحله البسفور بالمركز الثالث ورحلة عشاء البسفور انما رحلة الجزر كانت الجو حار وغير كده غير مفيده لكثرة العدد بالسفينه والزحمه الغير مجديه في وقتنا هذا وبالنسبه للمشرفين عن الرحلات والتنسيق ممتازين جدا واشكر جدا الاستاذ احمد والاستاذ يوسف والسيد مصطفى والسيد عصام وطبعا لا انسى ذكر المشرفين التركيين خير الدين والحر تقريبا وخالص تحياتي لهم
