Saltbae Burger Galata

Very nice location next to the historical Galata Tower. Crowded area. Nice decoration and excellent service. Nice staff and Delicious food like all Saltbae branches all around the world. Burgers are good especially Lokum burger but steak sandwich is the best. Goat cheese salad is the best salad they have. Prices are really reasonable in Turkey 16$ for steak sandwich 12$ for Lokum burger and around 10$ for the salad.

This my first experience at salt bae, ordered 3 burgers, its pure perfection, i ate a lot of burgees in my life and this is just the best. Salt bae burger (the black one) is the best imo, staff is friendly, vibes is chilling considering that its located in a really crowded area

This is a very special burger i had there- the syringe one with the extra extra cheese- the taste of the meat is just perfect- meat is tender ,juicy, spices are balanced & savory. Bun is super fresh & finally i found a place where you can taste the meat more than the bread!! So the meat & other stuff are not wasted away! Fries is nice too - but am a meat person. This place deserves it’s reputation 100%. On top of all, people are friendly & nice.

Really good food. The burger is actually really juicy, way better than Nusr-Et in Grand Bazaar. Will recommend this instead of Nusr-Et. Came up to £13 pp including dessert and drink. The only thing they need to improve on is the chips. Will definitely be going again.

Went here for lunch on my last day 2 hours before my flight when I was doing last minute sight seeing.

I had the Lokum Burger and the Baklava Milkshake.

The service was excellent & my waiter Cihan was very friendly and quick.
Unfortunately I had no Turkish cash on me and can't tip on card payments (which I felt bad about) but Cihan was very understanding.

I'm coming back to Istanbul in around 4-5 months and definately coming back here.

Nusr-et Burger near Galata Towers in Istanbul provided a delightful experience. The burgers were flavorful and well-crafted, complemented by a variety of drinks. The ambiance added to the overall enjoyment. Service was attentive, making it a memorable dining experience.

Everyone will say the most famous burger, you are expecting a good burger, it is apparently the best one, the best quality of the meat, with amazingly delicious French fries with good seasoning. So many options w cakes also, friendly staff and you are going to get a good explanation of the food, everyone knows English ( that’s a rare thing in Istanbul), especially in restaurants.

Ordered mushroom burger and juicy burger, they were delicious, the quality of beef patty is really good as well as french fries, reasonable prices for burgers, the place itself is so so, full of smoke as they have opened kitchen, I would rather check another branch next time

Well located branch and service was so nice. We tried the goat cheese salad, juicy Burger (totally recommandes id you are into basic/original burger) and the tacos and it was so delicious

Nice location near galata tower, wasn't expecting it to be this cheap expecially for the quality of the food.
Had the juicy burger witch was really good. Only 2 things that i would change are the origan on the fries (i prefer them without) and the fact that for religious matters there isn't any bacon.

As you walk towards the shop you are welcomed by a kind and inviting waiter bringing joy to you before indulging in your food. We were seated immediately and chose our meal. We ordered and withing 5-10 minutes our food arrived. Some with excellent presentation and preparation for the final product. My family ordered a variety of burgers and a steak. The burgers were amazing. Juicy and tender and flavourful. Grilled to perfection. The best burger I have ever had. I had ordered the vaccine burger which was a hamburger injected with cheddar cheese till it was oozing. This burger was messy but amazing to eat (Gloves are provided - Picture below) By far the best burger I have ever had. Will definitely be coming back in the future. The service we recieved was exceptionally well, staff were friendly and attentive. Definitely would recommend everyone who loves burgers to try.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Saltbae Burger Galata. It was an absolute delight! good welcoming by the friendly staff. The burger is amazing and juicy grilled to perfection.

This was my final night in Istanbul and I could not choose a better way to end it. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming and they served and fed me in Salt Bae style. It was amazing to eat at Nusret's restaurant in the birthplace of its origin, Turkey.

I came with one of my childhood best friends and we ordered a gold covered burger, a full sirloin steak, mozzarella sticks, fries, onion rings and a 180 gram burger. The quality was brilliant and the price is such good value for money compared to London and Dubai. I will definitely visit again with a larger entourage and the pictures the waiters took for us were brilliant.

Thank you Nusret, maybe one day Nusret will feed us himself.

One of the best burgers I’ve had. I recommended the mushroom burger it’s filled with cheese and mushrooms. Fast service and friendly staff however the restaurant is a bit small and can get overcrowded. A little over priced but it’s worth it

Had “The juicy burger” and onion rings. Very juicy and rings were amazing.

Very well priced as well. Definitely put this on your list of things to do specially if your going to galata tower anyways.

Best burger I have ever had! The lamb chops are incredibly delicious, they are melting in the mouth. Excellent food! You can still improve the service to match the amazing food experience.

Saltbae restaurant serves some of the most amazing burgers I have ever tasted, cooked to perfection with high-quality ingredients. The baklava with ice cream was a standout dessert, a must-try for anyone with a sweet tooth. The service was exceptional, and our waiter Cihan was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our dining experience all the more enjoyable. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, and the food is reasonably priced given the quality and quantity. Saltbae is a fantastic restaurant that I highly recommend to anyone looking for a delicious meal with great service.

The restaurant is excellent with a nice decoration. The prices are more than affordable. The burger is succulent with a good concept of eating it with gloves. They also make a burger with a syringe of cheddar cheese that the waiter sticks on the burger right in front of us. I had a baklava which was presented by a mini show. I recommend this restaurant.
