The best vets in Istanbul followed me with care and attention throughout my stay in Turkey, with excellent English, I never felt misunderstood.Ceren was my reference doctor and she is very attentive, capable, empathetic, she always found the best strategy to take care of my elderly dog ​​with complex pathologies. thanks to the whole team and I recommend them!

At first I want to start with disclaimer, that I am a foreigner and staff members in this the clinic are talking english (quite rare in Istanbul) and were very helpful at every level. The clinic itself is clean and well designed, and also has pet shop.
I am so grateful to specialists of the clinic, I have neutered my cat and she is my first pet in my life, so I was very nervous and concerned about her health. But specialists made every step simple and smooth, they made blood tests and ultrasonic and got sure that she'll be fine. And cat stood up on her paws very fast (just in 2 days).

Vetart, yıllar önce geçici ev olduğum çocuklarımı götürdüğümde yollarımız kesişti. Ticari düşünmeyip sadece sevgiyle yaklaşan bu güzel ekip o günlerden beri en güvendiğim yer oldu. Kızım Bella’nın kısırlaştırma işlemi için de elbette Vetart’ı tercih ettim. Çok mızmız olan kızıma aynı benim tarzımda bebek gibi davrandılar, kısırlaştırma işlemimiz çok başarılı geçti. Boyunluk bile takmadık ve 3. günde en yüksek yataklara dahi atlıyor artık. Herşey için teşekkürler, iyi ki varsın Vetart.

Yanlış tanı ve tedavi nedeni ile kabus gibi geçen 6 ayın sonunda Vetart ailesi ile tanıştı kedim Büdü. Tek isteğim eski mutlu ve huzurlu hayatını tekrar yaşamasıydı. Çok basit olan ama anlatamadığı derdini anlayabilen siz sayesinde Büdü şimdi çook mutlu ve 6 ay oynayamadığı tüm oyunların acısını çıkarıyor.

Yanlış tanıdan emin olmak için yapılan testler ile klinikteki ekipman kalitesinin önemini de çok iyi anladım. Bu 6 aylık süreç sonrası klinikleri sevmeyen kedim sadece Vetart’ta sakin.

Evimize 100 km uzaklıkta da olsa tırnağı kanasa bile (geçen ay yaşadık) kendileri ile iletişime geçiyoruz ve her seferinde en doğru tedaviye yönlendiriyorlar. Uzmanlık alanımız değil bilmiyoruz, ne derlerse tamam diyoruz hissine kapılmıyorum çünkü hem her soruma mantıklı bir cevap alabiliyorum hem de kedimdeki bariz iyileşmeyi hızlıca farkediyorum. Hatta bazı durumlarda “gelmenize gerek yok” deyip uzaktan yönlendirmeleri harika!

Mahallemizin köpeği şişko Lucy'mize 2. baharını yaşatan bu güzel ekibe çok teşekkür ederiz! Yaşı ve kilosundan dolayı, çok ama çok zor bir operasyonu, büyük bir titizlikle yaptılar. Başka hekimler yaşama şansı yok dedi, Vetart ise, ne gerekiyorsa yaparız, umut hep var dedi ve yaptı. Ameliyat sonrası sürecinde de bebek gibi baktılar ve eskisinden çok daha sağlıklı bir şekilde taburcu ettiler. Çok dinamik ve sevgi dolu bir ekip, herkes işini büyük titizlikle yapıyor.
