I live in California but I am dating a very special person in Istanbul. Therefore I searched the internet to find a very special florist who I can depend on impressing my special someone in Istanbul with absolutely beautiful and amazing flowers. "Butik Cicek" is exactly what I was looking for. I have already made two orders online and the delivery's were always on-time and the flowers were fabulous! I am very happy with their services and I would definitely recommend and use again in the future for my flower arraignment needs.

I really didn't like their arrangement and their costumer service. I sent the flowers as a birthday gift for someone and it was supposed to be special. They thought I would not see it and they arranged it cheaply. You can see the difference in the two pictures. I contacted them and I clearly stated I did not like the arrangement and it is not like what I have booked. Also, the flowers were not fresh and they had small red insects on them. So, I asked for partial refund, but they said they will not do anything about it and they will not do refund. I paid 400 tl to get something special but I got poor arrangment! I can tell you, do not pay money to this company, they will disappoint you like they disappointed me.
