Superb restaurant with a good and kind service. Also the food was excellent. I highly recommend everyone to try it.

A very great restaurant with really good food and a really great owner. We ate there every evening during our vacation and can only recommend it! Price-performance, service and atmosphere are totally good. we'll definitely be back!

Arrived in Istanbul late in the evening for a business trip. The hotel directed us to Antakya which was conveniently located 4 mins walk away. Instantly blown away with finding such a gem on day one. The restaurant was comfortably busy with a warm, local vibe. They were able to accommodate 8 of us instantly and set about creating the perfect experience for us.

Every establishment, business and salesperson in Istanbul said the same thing. “We want to make your experience or purchase the best it can possibly be so you will talk about it back home and wish to return.”

The aroma from the kitchen was mouthwatering and the restaurant itself was cosy and inviting. The food arrived quickly and the drinks were flowing freely. It was delicious and portions were generous. All of us were munching away with smiles on our faces. Value for money was amazing also. Starters, mains, desserts, sides, wine, beers, shots and tea to finish, split 8 ways was roughly £35 each. Bargain!!

To say the staff were amazing is an understatement. They looked after us very attentively despite being busy and I honestly think that is how they are on a daily basis with everyone. We left extremely happy and I returned 2 more times during the weekend trip. Same experience each time.

If you are in old town Istanbul looking for a place to eat, make sure you try Antakya, you won’t be disappointed

If you’re having trouble picking one of the many restaurants in the area, this one is a good bet. All kinds of options for lunch/dinner/dessert. Welcoming and attentive staff and complimentary bread and tea. I really appreciated that the menu had pictures of everything! As far as I’ve tried, the food is consistently good and served in large portions. So much so, that we went back the next day.

Welcoming staff, restaurant with both inside and terrace seating. Food was very delicious and staff was very responsive. A good place to try out traditional delicious local Turkish meals alone, with family or in small groups.

For tourists this restaurant can offer all according to its menu! Turkish cuisine is rich by meat choice, salads, beverages, sweets. As a guest in this city I try to taste all. People are nice, can advise if you dont know the containing Tůrkey is a country of rich traditions and customs! The nature is wonderful

Having saved us two times from the rain. We were hosted by the nicest person of Istanbul. The host was helpful offering is ideas for things to see in Istanbul and helping us with our trip to the airport (SAW). On top of that he has delicious food. Definitely check this place out when your are nearby!

One of the best dine in places to visit when visiting Istanbul. They have the best food and best service out there. My wife and I went twice amazing establishment. Also it is very affordable and the customer service is amazing. Oscar went far beyond our expectations. He brought out amazing apple cider tea and even gave us Turkish tea with some dessert on the house. I would highly recommend them when eating out or visiting fatih, grand bazaar or the sultanahmet area.

Oh we loved this place! We came here because it was highly rated and it did not disappoint! The staff was SO FRIENDLY and accommodating. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is chill and quiet. It's a must visit while in Istanbul looking for authentic Turkish food

Imp the best value restaurant within the Grand Bazaar and main Sultanahmet areas. Central location and 2 mins walk to tram stop. Friendly, efficient service and quality, freshly cooked Turkish cuisine at very reasonable prices. Highly recommend

Very delicious food and friendly staff, speak fluent English. Many vegetarian options available. Two kebab and two drinks were 85 tL. Bread and tea compliment of the house. I really recommend Antakya! Perfect spot to have dinner and relax after a long stroll through the Grand Bazaar

Visited here solo and just wanted to eat good Turkish food after travelling all day. Welcomed in by the staff, they moved me to a window seat. I ordered two dishes, a beer and a Turkish tea for afterwards. I ended up with free baklava with my tea and a further free apple tea when I paid my bill. Will return, lovely experience and great tasting food.

Nice restaurant with good location and pricey menu. We got a free appetizer while we waited for the main dishes. We ordered chicken grill and chicken wings. Both of the meals came with rice, fries, romain and baked tomato. The meals were really delucious. In the end the server offered us turkish tea also for free. It was a really nice service.
We would eat there again.

Lovely gem in the middle of the grand bazaar, although location wise is not incredible the service , the food and the people where outstanding

The waiters were super nice and served us free pita bread and meze while our order was prepared and free tea after our meal 🍵 The food was tasty, the size of the servings was medium and the prices are also average for the location.
