Ozel Bati Medical Center

I went to the medical centre to have my plaster cast renewed, I had a 20 minute wait to see the doctor as he had been previously called out on an emergency. I was soon wheeled into the x-ray department and an x-ray was taken, by the time they had done that the doctor Dr refik Ersan was back and I was seen straight away.
Dr refik studied the x-ray and explained what he was going to do, because I couldn’t speak Turkish a translator was provided.

Yasemin. Ebro. Pelin. Alper. Selma. Büşra Ayşe (please excuse spelling) and a lovely girl we nicknamed ROSE we found the Staff very professional, extremely friendly and courteous. The hospital itself was very clean, although minor building work was being carried out by the lifts.
We would definitely recommend the clinic 100%, well worthy of five stars

Visited this Medical Centre couple of times, as my daughter became quite poorly during holidays. All good, very quick treatment, she was offered IV treatment and follow up visit. Transfer from and to hotel always provided with no problems. Very nice and kind staff, hospital interpreter present at all times. They help with all the insurance paperwork and process. Recommended!

I had to visit the Ozel Bati Medical Center with my daughter after an accident in the pool on holiday, the medical center was absolutely brilliant, & Muzafer was fantastic in helping us with everything.

Dived into the pool a split my head open first day, Muzaffer was very good and got me to the hospital and back to the hotel no problems 👍

We brought my daughter for an xray for her foot. The staff was thorough and quick. So then my family all had medical check ups and it was extremely thorough (blood panles, MRI, chest xray, etc.) and efficient. While all the doctors and technicians spoke a little English, there was a dedicated interpreter to help with any serious discussions or questions. The costs were within reason for Turkiye.

I have now used this hospital on four occasions. Twice for a friend who was having a medical emergency and recently for myself.
In July I attended Bati as an emergency after suffering a head injury following a fall. The service and compassion I received was second to none. The doctors and lady translator were very professional put me at ease during a frightening experience.
This week I returned to have diagnostic X-rays and scans. Once again I was greeted with a beautiful smile from the lady translator who recognised me from my accident, and the receptionist upstairs.
The investigation was carried out efficiently and professionally, although not the diagnosis I wanted the orthopaedic consultant was kind and very informative.
I highly recommend this hospital and would not hesitate to use it again ( although I hope I don’t have to).

Never had a bad experience here, have always been cared for and examined thoroughly. Especially appreciate the nurse with the curly hair and Dilan hanim who works in the lab. She is exceptional at her job, helpful, kind and always caring. Never made me rush and always greets me with a smile. Would recommend any day of the week.

We arrived at Ozel bati medical center as a emergency our daughter cut her finger very bad and the doctors and staff were absolutely amazing I can’t thank you all enough for looking after her, clean quick and professional.

Full medical check up, comprehensive blood tests, chest x-ray, ECG & MRI on left knee ...All completed within 90 minutes accompanied by the Clinic's translator......results next day with consultancies with a GP and an Osteopath, very efficient and professional service from all departments.

Very good medical center! My daughter broke a collar bone and we received a fast and professional help here - transport from/to the hotel, the support from a very helpful English speaking person, fast x-ray, orthopedist consultation, no unnecessary queues. I really recommend this place!

What can I say. I have no words to describe the level of care and expertise. They will take great care of you. The prices are very fair considering and the service above and beyond. I spare any treatment needs until I visit. Or I will visit for my treatment needs. Thank you team for everything. We had a serious issue detected by the hospital and only progressed in the UK because I have insurance. Otherwise we would have carried out the next stages of our treatment need in this hospital.

Physical therapy was applied for the treatment of lumbar hernia. In a word, excellent service. I could not sit comfortably, because I was doing a desk job, I became more incapable of working. I had the misfortune to need medical treatment and was advised to use the Bari hospital in Didim but what a surprise, the place was spotless and the staff unbelievably friendly and helpful. I was seen by a
Dr. Ersin who couldn’t do enough to make my visit go without any problems, I needed seen by another doctor and he actually brought me to him and acted as translator I’ll never be able to thank him enough for his kindness but most of all his professionalism . He also introduced me to his secretary Yasemin Yetkin a most polite and friendly girl and I have to say she’s absolutely gorgeous as well as being 100% professional as was her colleague Omur Duma , I just hope I’ve spelt all their names correctly but I think they’ll know who I’m talking about. Thank you so much for getting me the help I needed but especially the way you all made my visit so pleasant. Hard to believe but I can’t wait to get back again!!

Lovely greeting from reception, met Sibel ekemsalar who looked after us during our stay she was really pleasant and professional, saw doctor gave my wife proper health check and discussed options, would definitely recommend Bati for your health care.
Special mention to kar tanesi very pleasant.
