Great place for a mid October break. Temp in the high 20s so a great change from Scotland. We had a swim up room that was in a quieter area and meant we didn't have to go to the busier main pool and it's bars unless we wanted to. Hotel was spotless and everybody was helpful. Will definitely think about booking again.

Attending back in October with the family. Stunning hotel. All of activities to do with the kids and water games. Rooms were really spacious for a family of 5. Food was ok, all inclusive so all parties were happy to have different varieties.

Our second visit to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it didn't disappoint if possible was even better than the first due to a few additions.
Very friendly staff and room and complex itself were spotless.
Food availability was amazing and so much choice.
A la carte were very nice although you can only choose 1 free per week.
Pool is amazing and lots of space and sunbeds.
Only downside was long trip from airport to hotel and we had a late return flight but even this late in September we were unable to get a late check out.

We have just come back from 10nights here and had a fabulous time. The food was amazing , the men and women working in the restaurants were all so helpful and polite. The entertainment team around the pool were brilliant. A special mention about the pool/foam party …. Absolutely brilliant !!! Plenty to do and different places to eat and drink. A great time had by all of us. Not sure why the hotel play bird noises though , especially round the lake houses as that got quite annoying.
We never ventured out the hotel so couldn’t comment on that side but the hotel is far away from anything so you would need a taxi. This didn’t bother us as we knew this before booking.

We really didn’t want to come home.
The check in was quick, the rooms are big, clean and we had a huge balcony. The pool areas are always being cleaned by staff and there’s a lot of space. Children enjoyed the slides. The beach is stoney so would recommend beach shoes but swimming in the sea was great. The hotel is very large and serves a lot guests and we never felt it to be crowded or too busy apart from the main restaurant in the evening. The food was good and there is a very good selection but it can feel so busy at times. It didn’t at all ruin our holiday because we just got used to it but maybe two different time sittings may help with the amount of guests there at once.
But don’t let this put you off this hotel it fantastic and we had the best time. So much to do all the day. Great shows. Brilliant animation team. Brilliant pool party! We hope to return! Thank you Aquasis.

We are currently staying in room 1176 & our friend is staying in room 1179. Our rooms are beautiful big and spotless. It's our 3rd time at this hotel we are here for 10 nights, and most definitely wont be the last. the staff are amazing can not do enough for you, the food is second to none, even if your a fussy eater there is something for you, food for every culture. Its does anger me tho the way some people treat the staff expecially in the restaurant, clicking there fingers at them like there some kind of dog, the way there spoken to is disgusting, they are there to do a job like the rest of us at home, how would you like it to go to work everyday and be spoken to like that, have some respect. They take it with so much grace they shouldn't have to. This hotel is just amazing I would highly recommend, give a chance you really won't be disappointed.

I came here with my wife from the 01/09/23 to 08/09/23. We had a lakehouse room booked. This holiday was to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary and it was an amazing holiday! A special mention to Mete ensured we had the best holiday and arranged for breakfast in our room and had arranged room decoration twice for us. We enjoyed our stay!

I would say that I have traveled more than average, in most parts of the world. Usually don't prefer all inclusive but this hotel delivered. It is not possible to find a flawless hotel of this size. We visited the hotel when it was brand new and were not particularly happy with the food. They have improved this to the greatest extent since the last time.
If this is a bad experience, they have either traveled too little around the world or had bad luck.

The stay was amazing, the staff are pleasant and welcoming there was good entertainment and the entertainment team was good at doing different activities during the day like water polo, darts and exercise in the pools. Good for families because there are children play areas and children pools. Loved going on the water slides and joking around with the life guards.
I will definitely come again from how welcoming and nice it was and for the yummy food.
Also enjoyed having a shop within the hotel so can get some snacks and enjoyed having sunset photos taken with my partner by the amazing photographers.

Absolutely loved this hotel, rooms good size and very clean, pool huge and stunning, never once felt busy, food was amazing, it does get chaotic at times getting food but there’s loads of seating and it’s cleared regularly, the guest relations firat was fab, he booked a cabana on the beach and our a la carte reservation, The staff in general goes above and beyond. The hotel is vast and has loads to do round pool during day for adults & kids, snack bars (3) are excellent having wide range of foods 12/5 jacket spuds, chicken, fries, burgers, wraps, pizza, waffles, fruit, ice cream etc etc, .would we go again?. Definitely loved every second

Hospitality like none other I have experienced. Amazing hotel with excellent food. Great coffee and the baklava is so delicious.

The atmosphere here is phenomenally serene! Regardless of the fact that I am not a fan of tanning or swimming, I did not get bored at this particular resort. The food was absolutely exquisite and the lounge was the quiet place that I took refuge in whenever I felt the need to escape from the bustling crowds. I enjoyed the piano sessions from 9 to 11 pm and I wish I could spend more time in here! The staff was very welcoming and hard working and I am grateful for the wonderful experience!! Thank you to Serra from the guests relations for her kindness!!. Another employee who approached me was Hilal. Her beautiful smile caused me to loosen up since I am pretty timid and the interaction with her was terrific!!!

This hotel is amazing! The rooms are stunning! The pool has plenty of loungers and is absolutely spotless. Food has been really good. Not had a single complaint

Everything is just perfect, the hotel is very big and crowded with activities. There is literally no time to bore yourself. The animation team works really hard, the a la carter's are great and a must try. The main restaurant itself is enough already. Special thanks to First Divitci from guest relations for his excellent helps to us during our trip.

This is our 3rd visit to the hotel. We can't fault anything. Room and facilities are excellent and the staff couldn't be more helpful and attentive. We are booked to return in September and can't wait. We especially loved the pavilions and couldn't get enough of them also special thanks to Dogan from guest relations for guiding us through our reservations!

The houses on the forehead are unique, very cozy and peaceful
Everything is top, only the show program is not the best.
Alcohol is ok, but only on bar to the reception.
On pool bar alcohol is special and Limited in choice.

The hotel has many good sides, the restaurant is wonderful and the food variety is good. The beach is definitely a blue flag one. Clean and not too deep, suitable for kids as it is shallow. The staff works hard and many of them knows English as it is a 5 star hotel. Lovely hotel and definitely a recommend. Thanks especially to the Firat Divitci from guest relations team.

Very good hotel rooms, food , entertainment water slides all brilliant weather was nice aswel. Would go back next year.

We stayed in this hotel for a week with my family and it was very lovely. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help in anyway possible. A special thank you to Emre, Cem, Mahmut, Ibrahim, Berivan and Su who all looked after us. Bugra from the animation team was amazing and I enjoyed the Zumba with him very much. I would also like to thank the cleaners who went above and beyond to make my little one smile by creating animals from the towels for him to come to.I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to get their money’s worth. I would only have a couple of recommendations. Firstly, the bar at the beach could be bigger and a toilet facility near there would be great. Also, Turkish tea is an amazing part of Turkish culture and it would be great if it was served from all different bars. On the whole a great hotel with extremely helpful and friendly staff. Thank you once again!

We are staying here at the moment and having a lovely time. The hotel is huge with lots to do for the kids. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially in the restaurants and bars. I would like to highlight Charlie Sinan Dogan and Hanife Ayaz. They have always been extra friendly and always ensured we can get a table big enough for our large group when it's busy. The staff make such a difference to your stay and these two have gone the extra mile.
