Amazing, first time in Turkey and it never failed to impress me. Food was different everyday and tasty. The staff work so hard keeping the area clean. There's so much to do on site, beers not that good on all inclusive but its cold and refreshing in the heat. Definitely coming back.

Have just come back from 10 days at Eftalia Splash, and it was amazing... the staff are brilliant and help you as much as they can. The hotel it self is brilliant, the room was lovely and clean as well as the restaurant and around the pool area, the have multiplepools and slides. The entertainment was bang on, yes you do have people approach you for cocktails and entertainment team try and get you involved with games etc but you don't have to... the island is fantastic too with pools and slides too. We had a great time and will be booking again

Before I booked this hotel, I must admit I was a little apprehensive as there are some negative reviews but since going, I can only honestly say the negative reviews are really unfair.

We couldn’t be happier.

I think it is important that people understand that you are visiting an area where tourism is the major source of income, so yes, you will be offered “upgrades” as soon as you arrive and you will be asked if you want day trips, spa treatments or cocktails etc but ultimately, people are trying to make a living and from what I purchased, it was often worth it even if you did need to haggle a little to get the best price, for me, this is all part of travelling to Turkey.

My point is, please don’t allow your first interaction to dictate how you feel about the hotel, we said no thank you to the upgrade and I am grateful we did.

We are a large family, 4 children and we found the hotel to be lovely, clean and above all else, exceptionally friendly. Our room was spacious, It was cleaned daily and we were asked several times throughout our stay if everything was ok.

The hotel swimming pools played a large part in our decision to stay at the hotel and we were not disappointed, we have 4 kids across various ages and there was a pool with slides suitable for them all and on top of that there’s an “adult” pool too! The slides are great, well maintained and with multiple life guards ensuring they are safely used, we felt comfortable letting our kids on them over and over again.

Everything you need is in the hotel directly, they have a hairdresser, shop, clothes shop, perfume/ jewellery store and a spa. My wife really enjoyed the spa.

The reviews that really annoyed me in particular were focussed on the food. I have been lucky enough to stay in a few different hotels around the world and few have been better than this. An all inclusive buffet is designed to cater for everyone, from all around the world, so yes, there might be somethings that aren’t to your taste but from what I’ve seen, each member of my family were able to find something every day they were happy with. I found it really varied and tasty and I struggle to believe reviews saying it was cold as there was countless stay continually refreshing the food to ensure it was fresh and hot. The snack bar at this hotel is also a massive plus, between 12&4 they provide burgers, pizza, chips and waffles and a variety of other items including a particularly nice traditional flatbread cooked before your eyes (the meat and cheese was my favourite but my 10 year old had cinnamon sugar every day!)

The desserts are an absolutely fantastic!

The drinks, they are what they are, soft drinks are standard, there are juices for the kids to help themselves too. I didn’t try the wine but other guest told me they loved it. I stuck to Effes which was great and they have a fairly basic spirit coverage (would have been nice to see a rum but you can’t have everything). With 4 kids, we weren’t really there for drinking, but what we had we enjoyed and the bar staff by the adult pool were fantastic and really friendly and were always willing to engage, especially with the kids.

Overall, we were really, really happy and the kids have insisted we go again! I found it a perfect little getaway for families that want to be able to relax, knowing their kids are safe and want everything in one place.

As we went off season, we didn’t expect entertainment but the animators really pulled through and put on a great show! The absolute highlight of our holiday were the “summer gang” children’s animators as they made every effort to ensure everyone (including the adults) were taking part and having fun! The entertainment started ramping up as we were leaving, but the kids disco was great and we managed to take part in lots of different things all thanks to the animators! In particular Ata and Ava, they were both so friendly, helpful and great with the kids! I honestly believe they are the main reason the kids are in such a hurry to come back!

For a reasonably priced all inclusive, I can’t fault the place.

Rooms and communal areas are kept clean and tidy with daily housekeeping.
The pools and slides are fun for all ages with regular entertainment in the day and evenings.
The food is quite varied with something for everyone, whilst it might get a bit repetitive for fussy eaters but that’s not surprising!

Drinks are quite restrictive for all-inclusive, but for the price of the holiday we really couldn’t complain and certainly enjoyed what we got.

Free access to the Eftalia Island is what makes this place worthwhile, beach areas are great, extra water park and outstanding evening entertainment!

The place is quite ideal for families with children. Rich and tasty foods especially dessert, spacious space, water park with many games. Friendly services. Good price.
The room quite large and cool, but the bed sheet and pillow are not fragrant. The blanket is thin so it's easy to feel cold.
Rating 8/10

Great hotel for the price:
+ 1. Clean rooms, I loved how the room was kept neat and very clean - bedsheets changed everyday, floor swiped, shower well kept.
+ 2. Staff is friendly, special shout out to the lady making waffles in snack bar (1-4 pm) and pizza guy, pool bar bartenders.
+ 3. Kids (6y and 8y) absolutely loved everything - the pools and slides for different age groups, great inside Eftalia Splash territory and in Eftalia Island (shuttle bus takes every 20 min till midnight). Also kiddie disco animators, free ice cream, face painting.
+ 4. Great selection of meals - meat, fish, grilled, local food, deserts, fries, pasta, pizzas, I think everyone could find something they enjoy. In a weeks stay we didn't get bored with food. Only we always went to eat at certain times (when they start serving), to avoid ques.
+ 5. We bought our vacation for Aug in April and got a good deal. So my opinion it's a good bargain if you are staying with kids - happy kids make you feel relaxed and we really enjoyed the vacation.
Some "-" to consider. The sound isolation in rooms is terrible. You can hear people speaking to each other in next room as they would be in yours :)
Too much people - I understand it is a big hotel, but lines at dinner or if you come at certain times, it's hard to find a table...
Beach and common could be more clean.
Some evening enterntainent was exciting(dancers or acrobats), some was fun (like bingo, karaoke), some were quite akward :)
On the whole, if you are on budget, looking for place with good food for family fun, I recommend it :) I see the negative reviews, but let's be clear, you knew you will stay in economy hotel and it's not a high end one :))

We had to swap rooms first night due to noise. After that was happy with everything. Food good. Staff lovely mostly and helpful(appreciate a little tip). Hairdresser good. Shops in hotel more pricey than out of hotel. Pools good, slides only open 10-12 then 2-4, but that was fine. Entertainment ok. Beach area amazing. Kettle and hairdryer in rooms and mini fridge stocked with water. X 1st time in turkey and we had good times.

Highly recommend this hotel. Great facilities, the pools are brilliant and the staff cannot help you enough. Yes, the hotel is dated as it’s older than others in the area, and the food can be a bit hit and miss at times, however the staff make every effort to make for a great holiday. I will gladly book again.

Nice to bring your kids. There is always something to eat or drink in AI service, sometimes seams too much. Pools are great with big, medium and small slides. What I found lacking is place at dining restaurant. At the beginning of every meal you literally cannot find place to sit. Just wait an hour and it's fine. There is plenty of food which is replenished all the time. Same goes for snacks and sweets during the day

Listen, this place is great for Families with kids.

Providing you take the required responsibility to ensure your children are adequately protected it is a brilliant resort this comes from a Mum, Dad, 2 girls 11 and 3.

The hotel is clean, the resteraunt and food areas are clean and enough variety not to go hungry.

Island is the place to be. We only discovered this on our last evening but this is due to enjoying and spending holiday at an all inclusive resort with the kids happiness in mind. Slides and pool is where we spent most of our time.

Ice cream between 2-4 next to spa entrance outside.

Ladies at snack bar who make waffles and parathas so lovely! 12-4.

Slides and swimming areas- Kit yourselves and kids with some sea shoes.

Banging holiday will be back

Breakfast wasn't the best, but there was plenty of choice and even more of a choice at splash island.the staff where extremely friendly and they was fantastic with the kids. We are already looking at going back next year. I would recommend upgrading to a pool view with a bigger room best decision we made. Only down side was the poor alcohol choice beer tasted like it was 0 proof. So bring your own or you can purchase cocktails at 5 euro each. Yeah and practically everywhere preferred euros. Turkish bath was amazing I would strongly recommend that. Kids was free. Looking forward to returning next year already
