Really nice, friendly place .. lots of nice staff .. excellent communication ..cheap as chips for what you can get .. lots of families there .. There are plenty of fun things to do, and it's a 10 min walk from the beach .
I'm definitely going back here again..perfect to relax.best thing ever was watching the thunder storm

Myself and my partner have just returned from a 7 night stay.

We had a fantastic holiday and the resort was great.

Like any holiday you get what you pay for so a dew things could have been better.

But we are already looking to book a return visit next year

Went on a last minute holiday, I really can't complain, kids loved it staff were great, food was good considering end of season, 2 pools and entertainment was very good, lots of dogs and cats which doesn't bother me, town was a close walk

Activities for children, 4 swimming pools, eat as much as you like with good food plus entertainment during the day and evening, not too much to complain about. Except for only having 1 plug socket in my room but I am sure my room was the exception and was fixed by me purchasing as extension

What an amazing place. Nothing is too much for the staff, children's entertainment is superb. Evening entertainment is amazing. Rooms are spacious and very clean and comfortable

Went to keep my partner cpany who was getting dental treatment. The hotel is adequate, the staff are amazing, they go above and beyond for all customers, I did not have one bad experience with the staff or the hotel. Set in a decent area and only a 5 or 10 minute wander to the town/beach. Food was adequate and I never had a bad meal, not a huge selection but caters for all tastes, value for money, 75 quid a night all inclusive, cheap and cheerful. Would go again without question, usually go long haul exotic holidays but this was 90% cheaper and still got a great tan and experience 😀.

We went on holiday here for 2 weeks on 25th May. From the moment we arrived at the hotel every single staff member was so helpful and polite. The hotel was clean and the rooms were looked after daily. The rooms themselves were spacious and the aircon was appreciated! The entertainment team were good at getting you involved and always stopped to say hello when walking around the hotel. The restaurant staff went above and beyond to help us, my father in law has a tremor and everyday they met him and carried his food for him without a seconds thought. We had someone who had a garlic allergy and the chef came out to explain what she could and couldn't have. Although the food was slightly repetitive I enjoyed it all and we all found something to eat each day. The reception staff were all polite and helpful.
The bar staff made me my own cocktail that they made up and has no name so I am now back in England trying to recreate it 😂 they were patient with the kids and I did not once see them be rude. They also would do all they can to help if you had any problems, concerns or questions. The location of the hotel is ideal its not right in the middle of everything but close enough to walk to the town and beach. The supermarket next door is very handy and we found a lovely family run restaurant called world cuisine just around the corner, if you go definitely try them, the food was lovely and the couple that own it was so nice they environment was very relaxed and enjoyable.
The only thing I can say I wasn't completely happy with is the play park is at the back of the hotel and the fence is only small so anyone can get in or out. The area is quiet and seating is available right next to it so it's not that big a deal but if the fence was higher you could let your children play and enjoy a drink with out worrying to much.
All in all we all had the most amazing time and I would definitely return and recommend this hotel.

My Family and i Absolutely loved our break away here at Hotel Esra. The customer care and service was out standing. The staff where briliiant.

We will be coming back to stay for sure next May.

Would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

The entertainment was brilliant, the food was absolutely delicious...i filled my boots 😅. Not to far to walk from the beach or the nightlife.
The cafes and restaurants we ate at where kind and friendly.
We made some good friends with the locals. Felt welcome the whole time.

Just got back from a week's stay here. The hotel is clean and the staff are hard working and friendly. Two pools available one with slides. They serve a different variety of food throughout the day at set times. All inclusive runs upto 23.00 and after that you will need to pay for drinks. All in all a good hotel to stay at.

We were concerned after reading some reviews. Glad we just went with it. It is very clean well organised. Food is amazing. I have never seen so much food!! Kids love it. We love it. First day we found that if you have missed the sun bed rush you ASK THE GUYS. If you want more chips sauce spaghetti ASK THE GUYS.
This is exactly what it says on the tin. But a bit more than we were expecting. Cannt find a fault. 👍🏻

Note. Thus is a great FAMILY hotel, plenty of activities for children, food has lots of choice ,family entertainment also, close to altinkum

This hotel is a fantastic place for a family holiday. I've been twice, and will go again. What makes the place so special, simple, it's the staff who run the hotel and a so friendly, and take time to get to know you.

The location is great, not in a busy place, but a short journey to get into town or the beach. I would recommend that you go for a break with all the family.

My first time in Turkey, hotel is kept very clean,all staff are friendly and brilliant with the children lots of activities for them to enjoy.If you want peace and quiet go down to Chakra Spa on site.I went for massage as I'd suffered neck and shoulder pain every day for six months uk doctor only gave pain killer's and creams.I spoke to Massage Therapist Ozer he recommended deep tissue massage I had three sessions."Amazing" Iv had no pain been back home still no pain.I fully recommend him.Thank you so much Ozer.

Entertainment team was very friendly thanks to Özen ,Mehmet and Hüseyin and all the staff from the bars 🍸 and restaurants ,me and all my family 👪 thanks to all of them! I have nice experience and memories because off them.

A very clean,well appointed hotel,would definitely recommend it.The staff are very friendly and are attentive to your needs.
The food is of a high standard but don't be expecting traditional English .
Considering how much I paid for the holiday,I would definitely stay here again.
The room I had was very good,had a fridge but no tea or coffee making facilities but you can get a drink in the main lobby bar.
Or there is a largish supermarket opposite.
The beach is a walk away,didn't feel the need as there are two pools and plenty of sun loungers within the hotel
Although i have too say that this late into their season,the hotel was remarkably quiet.
So if you prefer it that way book for late October.they have next week and then they close until next year
There are things to do,a visit to the Temple of Apollo is a MUST see,as the brochures don't really do it justice.
Was able to catch a Dolmus (mini bus) on the road where the beach shop is.they run past every 10 mins.
A word of advice,when you get on tell the driver where you want to go,he will tell you how much and hopefully deliver you there.
I have to say the Turkish have a very laid back approach to life and dont hurry.
There is also a pub across the other side not far from the hotel.
Also you will find lots of stray dogs around,don't be surprised if you find one sprawled outside the hotel steps lol
I must say ive really enjoyed my stay here.
A well needed break

Hi guys this was a last minute for me and it has amazing food hotel staff are fantastic very helpful ,200m to a fun fare great for a family,supermarket outside the hotel ,bakery,bar with live music ,10 minute walk the main town very cheap and the food is amazing ,lovely restaurant for fresh fish

We stayed here July 2015 my first holiday abroad, air con included free, food was good staff was great drinks all day snack bar, main town centre is 5-10 mins slow walk sea was calm and very blue, yeah agree with people food was repetitive but it's so cheap out there we ate out
