We had wonderful assistance here from a young woman who was very patient with us and got us connected in about six minutes (passport needed). 20 gig and 200 minutes for 650 TL. Way way under what I had to pay at the airport as well..

Guys got us set up quickly with a 20gb tourist sim for $25 or 450 lira. Friendly, efficient, and confirmed the data worked before we left. Bring your passport and you’re good to go. Thank you guys!

It’s a bit strange to watch these bad reviews. In my occasion I met a good guy named “Semih” that helped me a lot with the SIM card, explain me everything and he was very polite. The price for a package with 20GB 1000mins calls and 1000sms was 700 Turkish lira. I went around cemberlitas and taksim and fatih and I couldn’t find Better price. Çok yorucu bir günün ardından bugün bir çok kişide olduğu gibi benim de e-sım geçmem gerekiyordu. Özel sebeplerden dolayı çokta bitkin bir haldeydim ancak Turkcell şubelerinin birçoğu e-sım işlemini duyunca kapı duvar olup yapmıyoruz derken (angarya geliyor onlara) bu şubenizde ismini öğrenemediğim ama shıfte yarın ekleneceğini öğrendiğim bir beyefendi o kadar halden anlar ve misafirperver bir tavırla karşılayıp içten bir samimiyetle tüm ekibin nezaketi ile tanışmama da vesile oldu. Purchased the 30-day tourist SIM for 1300 lira, inclusive of 20GB data and 200 minutes for domestic calls (Jan 03, 2024). A passport was necessary, and the staff was efficient and friendly.

Turkcell in Istanbul clearly lacks any regulation on Sim prices( it's day light robbery by many stores) . This store is actually better than opp side one, they atleast advertised SIM 40gb at 650 TL , but in effect only gave 20gb. Their price for 20gb variant was just 50 TL lower. Reason for 3 star is the experience from the staff ..they don't take customer service seriously. 2 customers came later than me but my request was delayed to serve then first because they were locals. Found that very lax or discriminatory (even if unintentional).

You have to improve the service because you feel that you are not welcome when you look at the way the agents talk and welcome you.
