When we entered at 2p.m. and took a ticket, the office was not crowded and there were 3 clients before us only according to their queue management system. However, the manager took us only at 5p.m., i.e. 3 hours waiting with only 3 clients officially in the queue!

There was only 1 manager and she didn't call clients in the order of their tickets, but insead in some unclear order. Several clients without tickets were served before us, taking 30-40min each. The working process seems to be very poorly organized, standard operations like opening a credit card took at least 30-40 min. During this time the manager didn't communicate to the client, but looked at her monitor and phoned somebody. She didn't explain terms and conditions and didn't give copies of signed papers to the clients. Also she sold 4-5 different life insurances explaining it as the commission for opening a debit card (our friends opened cards in the same bank without commissions and insurance 2 weeks before!). I talked to the clients who bought these insurances and they didn't realized what kind of insurance it is, so the manager simply fooled the clients without explaining anything to them!

When we finally were called, the manager suggested to open the bank account only and come again next day for opening the card (3 more hours waiting in the queue!) Since their working hours are till 5 p.m. When I asked about the conditions, the manager demanded 10k lyra deposit and 2k lyra which will not be returned to me. I told her that I don't need insurance and my friends previously opened their debit cards in the same bank with the deposit only. She refused to open the debit card without life insurance
