not happy with the extra taxes on intenational transfert from my account to my account. I had asked before joining the bank and they only mention the 0.49 % commision not the 8 euros taxe !

معاملتهم غير لائقه ويطلعون الروح وفلوسنا نصها راحت لهط الله لايحللكم لادنيا ولا اخره حتى وانا بسكر حسابي وهم يماطلون.. وحالحساب فاتحه بالدولار ومبلغ ضخم رفضو احول الدولارات من حسابي الى ايبان بنك ثاني الا تحويله ليرات حتى يستفيدون وتتم نقل الاموال علما بانني لست مقيم بتركيا بس الحذر الحذر الحذر حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل فيكم
