Let me start with saying that I traveled a long distance specifically to do some work on my teeth( not an easy one)and was researching my options based on the reviews, so let me give you my opinion is you still deciding should you come here.

If I have three words to describe this clinic and people working there, it would be:

1.Professional
2.Efficient
3.Kind

I can’t describe what an amazing experience I had with them.
If you still thinking should you pick this clinic for your dental care, don’t hesitate, make your appointment and enjoy their professionalism. You will not be disappointed.

The best dentist experience in my life!

To begin with I was very apprehensive about travelling anywhere to get any dental treatment having heard so many horror stories but my personal experience was absolutely fantastic. So here is a short review of my treatment and experiences with Dentopol.
I arrived late at night and was pleased that my arranged airport transfer was waiting for and brought me within about 35 mins to my hotel. There was a small issue about the reservation which was quickly sorted out.
Next morning I walked the short distance to Dentopol practice and was greeted by Esra personally who quickly explained the procedures. After a quick xray I was taken to a consultantion room where two dentists checked my teeth and subsequently suggested a plan of action. The most impressive aspect of this that they both gave the best dental medical advice explaining that it would better just to service the top teeth and use bleaching process for the bottom teeth. Their explanation was based on the fact my lower teeth were not suitable for any crowns due to the fact that they may break. This was exactly the honest advice that I had missed in my resident country of Germany. There my experience was that every time I went for a consultation I was always being advised to do new treatments or the costs of treatment had suddenly been increased. As a private insurance patient I had become accustomed to this but it didn't exactly give me any trust in the German dentists.
Anyway after my consultation no time was wasted and the treatment began on my first morning.
It was swift, professional and I had no issues. Everything was carefully explained from Dr. Suhan. Overall I had 4 appointments from beginning to end and the whole process just took 7 days although I'd planned for 14. Saturday is a working day so this sped up the whole process which was great. In Germany dentists practice have more like a 4 day working week which so coming to Turkey was a real eye opener seeing how much better the overall client care is. Once my treatment was finished I was extremely pleased with the results and a cost of probably 40 percent of what it would have cost me in Germany.
Once again I have to stress the amazing customer service and honest advice and would recommend Dentopol to anyone thinking of doing any dental treatment.
The 7 day stay was also very pleasant with my only mistake being that I initially chose the wrong hotel but I was given another option which was much cheaper/comfortable and still had all the options of fitness studio, pool etc. Unfortunately the weather prevented any real exploration of Istanbul but at the end of the day I was there to get the treatment. The food & drink was excellent all over Maltepe and very cheap and everyone was very friendly despite me speaking virtually no Turkish and very few people speaking English or German. The airport transfer for my return flight was also puntual despite a 02.00am call out and my homeward journey without any hiccups..
So finally I would like to thank once again Dr.Suhan, Esra and all at Dentopol for their very friendly, hospitality and excellent treatment. 5 stars isn't really enough.

Super lovely people, easy to get to, price was very reasonable, lovely lovely dentist called Dr. Malis (I believe) who was super friendly and spoke English - would recommend 100%!

I would like to say my experience with DENTOPOL was great. I am from the UK and the use of whatsapp and an interpreter whilst I was having treatment was so comforting. I had the same interpreter all the way through the process.

The staff/dentists were very proffesional and made me feel very reassured about the whole process.

I am due to go back for the final work to be finished in February 2024 and I will write another review then.

Great team, professional, friendly doctors and a very helpful English interpreter ( Irem ) she dose help you with all appointments and paperworks.

I had 2 wobbly teeth so wanted them checked out by a dentist. I googled for a dentist and many many dentists including Dentopol popped up.

On review of the review comments left by others, I then settled for Dentopol and put a call through to them and spoke to an english speaking assistant and had an appointment scheduled next day.

The staff were very friendly on arrival for my appointment. I got an x-ray of my dentition done. Upon examination of the x-ray, the dentist explained very clearly my treatment plan, which took place the next day. I had cleaning and polishing of my teeth done, then followed by teeth extraction done under anaesthetic. The extraction process was painless. I'm due to revisit the practice in 3 months time so watch the space for more update. In the meantime, I will recommend this dental practice to anyone. The pricing is also reasonable.

The right place to get your dental works done. A team of professional doctors with clean environment. Irem, who has been our contact person helped us throughout the whole process with very clear communications and answered all of our questions in timely manner. I would highly recommend Dentopol to anyone who is looking for a good solution.

A nice professional atmosphere. The English language support was also greatly appreciated. We had a dental clean and general check-up. The hygienists were professional and gentle on the teeth. Communication was fast and pricing competitive.

I had a tooth removed and two implants fitted.
My dental surgeon Dt. Fulya Özbeyand my implant specialist Dt. Nagehan Akkaş were both excellent.
I suffered hardly any pain or discomfort, which was surprising and had an excellent result. I would strongly recommend Dentopol for their care and attention. Unbelievable value for money!

Professional dentistry at affordable prices.
It was the best dental experience ever!
The doctors go out of their way to give you just the appropriate treatment,and even pander to your wishes,where possible.
For example,I might have needed root canal treatment,but opted for a filling ,rather.The doctor decided that I really didn't need root treatment and filled the tooth,instead.I was impressed!
Amazingly, the treatment was painless...I felt quite relaxed in the chair.

My dentist Feyyaz Gungor was particularly outstanding! He is extremely polite, gentle and caring. With a naturally calming voice, he is the perfect dentist!!

I would recommend this facilty to anyone considering Istanbul as an option. Plenty of other things to do in the city at the same time.
