The staff are friendly and easy going Gülşan abla and abu baker are very nice and hard working they are inclined to assist others in any situation , suitable for families and the metro station is only 5 minutes walking

We totally loved our stay. Already coming over, not the first time, and service is always at its best. The rooms are big and clean, with comfy beds and you have everything you need for a living.

Tons of places to eat around, stores, if you are by car, - parking is available. Subway is also literally next door.

Very good quality for the price! Love a big window in my room overlooking the city. Staff was extremely kind and helpful and manager was super thoughtful - he even landed me some cash when he realised I am not prepared for my first taxi ride in Istanbul!

3 minutes walk to metro station (Maltepe), grocery store , liquor store, bakery and pastry shop in walking distance.
has a nice gym with street view.
2 big shopping malls where few stops away. (Hilltown and Piazza).
staff were friendly. Zeineb (the receptionist) was nice and helpful.
we visited kadikoy several times, using metro (it is suggested).

Hotel apartment with furniture is very good , the like as home . The manager is professional and friendly , staffs are polite , they clean your room twice a week , reception is very kind & help to passengers about questions , price this hotel is reasonable , Hotel's Gym is good and location is good , place is safe , metro station near the hotel but far from as European side of Istanbul . This hotel is very good for more than a week

Highly recommended for families. It has a big fridge, stove, washing machine and cooker. It's located in a safe place. Close to Metro station and bus stop. There are several convenience shops and restaurants nearby.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel very much, I chose it for its gym and I was not disappointed .... Gülşen and Emine do a great job, cleaning and even doing the dishes lol ... . it's very nice to be here

Çok güzel karşılandık oda ve banyo çok temizdi odayıda güzel havalandırmışlar çok ferah ve güzel kokuyordu merkezi yerde metronun dibinde otoparkı var gerçekten çok uygun ve kusursuz bi otel herşey için teşekkürler

Siamo stati davvero bene qui, è come essere in famiglia. Ringrazio Serdar (il proprietario) e Boris, il ragazzo della reception. La struttura ha anche una palestra ma con soli macchinari cardio, utili per tamponare le mangiate di dolci che si fanno in città! La struttura è vicino alla metrò Maltepe (200 mt) la reception è aperta 24 ore. Consiglio vivamente

عندي طفله صغيره بالعربيه واهلي كبار في السن وقبل الفندق توجد منحدر متعب في الطلع والنزول

وخطر علي الاطفال قطع الشارع للمترو
