My stay at this hotel was exceptional! Mr. Fatih and Mr. Yusuf at the front office provided impeccable service with warm smiles and professionalism. They made check-in seamless and were always available for assistance. Ozgur, the bellboy, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and even offered great local recommendations. Overall, the staff's hospitality was outstanding, epitomizing excellence in service. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay. Thank you to Mr. Fatih, Mr. Yusuf, Ozgur, and the entire team for their exceptional service and hospitality!

One of the nicest hotels I have been to. The room was like and apartment big enough for a family of 4 with a view of the ocean. Staff are nice and friendly. The room service is good. Pizza was very nice.

However accross the road there is a a nice you have a nice cafe/ restaruant. You have a mcdonalds and kfc and some other local shop very local but shopping malls are a taxi ride away and to europe sode you would be looking arou d 40mins with traffic.

Such a nice place to stay. Emre was lovely to chat to. The breakfast buffet was amazing. We would definitely come back

This hotel has the most poliet,nicest staff ,the most cleanest hotel , an amazing location ,great rooms and last but not least, the most delicious amd very professional made food .Definitely recommend

First of all, regardless of many unpleasant experiences in Istanbul, I have to appreciate the room service staff, as I left the lockbox open with a Ks of Euros open and it was not touched at all. This is a value for tourists and I encourage the management to appreciate their great job.( a gentleman and two ladies in 4th floor).
Also Fatih in reception was great and warm.
Other than the fact that this hotel is not a new one, this is located in a great area and service was great.
Rooms are very clean and kept well.
My view was mentioned as partially sea view! View was in fact a ruins of a demolished building with some trucks parked and a very narrow view of the sea! So it should have been mentioned demolished construction view.
Breakfast was good but not premium level. But as an important feedback, why dont they play great Turkish music instead of a neutral western music? Turkish music as a background could give the guests a better sense of Turkish beauties and can create a warmer ambient with identity.
Totally a good place to stay.
My 5 star is mainly to appreciate the room service staffs’ great deeds.

Very serene....if you love quite place you will enjoy it there food is nice too

Perfect location in front of Maltepe Park. The Restaurant is very good and the swimming pool are something that really worth it. The only recommendation is that if you ask room service pay it at the moment and keep the receipt cause it's a little bit lack of communication between the restaurant and the front desk. The rest of the hotel it's very good.

Nice and clean with good service. The sea view rooms was quite beautiful. It’s a little far out of town but if you’re looking to wind down and relax, it’s a good choice to stay here. Some of the furniture looked a little worn down by guests like the mattress had a big slump on one side. The sea view rooms gets a little too hot from the sun during the day even when it was winter. The AC wasn’t as cold but it was winter so I guessed they turned it down.

The pizza was so good and the room service was fantastic overall. The swedish massage was okay. Some of the staff seemed a little tired and worn down compared to some hotel staffs I encountered here but they weren’t rude or anything. (not that I’m complaining)

As a person who stress cleans, it needed a little deep cleaning on small details like in between the mini bar door and the furniture door or corners inside the cabinets. But for most people I think it’s totally fine.

Also one of the staff said he has a hobby collecting paper money from around the world and as we were the first Mongolians he encountered we gave him a Mongolian Tugrik. Thought that was kinda cool.

I stayed here beginning of July and the room I had was so lovely and the bathroom was very clean and modern! They were all so accommodating and attentive and the daily cleaning was good, I really liked how they made the beds up and I got extra pillows as requested.

The restaurant by far is the best thing about this place, their chicken caesar salad and grilled vegetables are still calling my name! Everything on the menu was great and so tasty, the views were serene and perfect, and it’s so close to the ocean as well. Also there were 2 weddings that happened in the front garden and it was a lovely sight to see!

The staff are all so helpful so 5/5 would definitely come back here when I’m next in Istanbul!

Amazing experience, we stayed over two nights, the room was clean and spacious with a sea view.
Kind staff, comfy beds, delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options.
The price was reasonable for a 5 stars hotel.

Was there like 2-3 month ago.. the room was pretty good but a bit old.. the personal was really great even though we had so many things to ask (changing the room to be near my friends room, wanting the hamam area for only us etc.) they had been very friendly and helped us a lot.. with the Istanbul card u can take the bus or walk a bit and take the train to get everywhere.. the room service was really fast and delicious and they had been very friendly!!

Best hotel in Maltepe because it's located on sea side directly with nice views specially when you book deluxe room with sea view. Receptionist are so friendly and helpful. All other hotel staff are so nice and fast when you need something. Rooms are fully furnished with fresh amenities that smells very nice in general they are very hygienic. They serve very tasty food with room service till late in the evening. I really recommend for Maltepe visitors.

amazing service, food and location. popular tourist attractions are a bit far from traffic but this location is nice and quiet. Everything is clean and modern, would definitely come back.

I stayed here a few weeks ago as I was having surgery and my teeth done, I found my room to be most clean and comfortable with a nice view of the sea, the price was very reasonable I thought, the staff at the hotel were all very helpful and friendly and they were nice enough to store my ice packs for my face in the freezer for me for whenever I needed them, the room is also stocked up daily with water, coffee, tea etc.
It’s right on the ocean and near a nice park where you can sit on the rocks and look at the sea, so it was perfect for me to go for a walk and get some exercise, lots of cats everywhere as well which I liked:)
The room service at the hotel was very nice, and came up very efficiently.
The only fault I can make is they could do with putting some new filler around the shower to make it look nicer, these do get mouldy over time unfortunately.
I would definitely stay here again!

Very good hotel . But far from all the activities in Istanbul. But very clean and everyone are so nice .

Amazing experience at the hotel! Clean, pristine and friendly staff. We had a big deluxe room overlooking the islands, fantastic view in the morning when waking up. The hotel spa was top and luxurious, 10% off if you stay at the hotel. Thank you!!!

Hotel is wonderful inside and out. Very well maintained. Beautiful location. Clean and very comfortable. Super friendly and helpful employees. All employees are helpful but especially Ecesu in the dining room. She was amazing 🥰. Fatih at front desk and Burak Keser. Wonderful!! The kindness and thoughtfulness is simply outstanding!

We are a family of five ,so we reserve two rooms. Clean and comfortable.
Actually i still at the hotel we reserved for 22 days.
I like every think.
The breakfast is very pricey for a family of five.
I wich they have a discount for families.

Wow. What an amazing hotel. Staff are so helpful, views from room and food is Outstanding. Would recommend this hotel .
