Holiday Inn Istanbul - Tuzla Bay, an IHG Hotel

I had a wonderful experience at the Holiday Inn Istanbul. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Specially Hilal , working staff service was excellent. Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

The Hotel is amazing i like the quietness ,clean ,professional staff with a smiley face ,and delicious food especially caesar salad the location is little bit far away from the attractive side but I like it because of quiet area,, I would thank all of the staff especially Mr :Ebrahim. Superb staff, nice room with a great shower, good restaurants, nice spa, spectacular breakfast buffet. It's hard to say enough good things about this property, but it truly is the staff that makes this place great. One of the best IHG properties I've stayed at in 20+ years of traveling. High praise.

The hotel is an amazing stay if you are in Tuzla.
The hotel is located a few minutes by walk from almost all business of vessels and a few minute from the dry dock.
From the window of your room you are looking on Tuzla dry dock.
Most of guests of the hotel are either service engineers, crew or superintended of shipping companies.
The hotel is top class in comfortable and top class in hygiene. The hotel is extremely clean.
Food is amazing, breakfast is perfect.
If you are in a business trip, this hotel is considered one of the best option.

The stay in this hotel was beautiful and wonderful, the staff were very helpful and kind, at the reception Kudret Jaka and the team were friendly. The level of cleanliness is high, and the service is excellent. In fact, I wish to mention the names of all employees and workers and thank them (Ayshanur, Dogan, Sercan, Gulsan, and all employees, thank you, because they deserve thanks.

Small but cozy and high standards in everything, from room to restaurants and SPA. Professional and well trained crew, everyone speaks English. We were very happy with our stay.

I have stayed in hotels all over the world. Some are good. Some are not.
The Holiday Inn at Tuzla Bay is by far the best hotel I have experienced!
Why? Aside from being clean and comfortable, the food is top notch and the service is as well. The Service is absolutely exceptional! The staff makes an extra effort to get to know you and treat you like you are special!

At first, I would like to thank the receptionist for his support. He arranged for an early check in, however we didn’t like the room due to some renovation going on the floor lobby, so we asked for another room and agreed to return at check in time.

They upgrade our reservation which is highly appreciated

I was here for 3 nights. It was really comfortable staying. The hotel is super clean and in great condition. The stuff was super nice and helpful. The food was also tasty, breakfast good and fresh. Restaurant on the top of the hotel is very nice and has a great view. Would definitely recommend this place, and would come back! You deserve 5 stars!

Everything was perfect, except from the location, it's a little bit far for the European side of Istanbul, but you can find anything you want in the area, it's full of shops and their is a Mall 15 minutes walk, service and all the stuff was very warm and kind, I recommended 100%!!!

VERY nice and cozy hotel! Highly recommended for a short or long stay – no matter, you will be warm welcomed! Their rooftop restaurant The Cave is the most delicious spot in Istanbul (scenic view and heartbreaking ribs), I would love to have such a place in my city.

Also, real stars of this hotel are people working here. The biggest compliments are coming to them: very attentive, kind and lovely.

Holiday Inn always surprises me. A four star Hotel with five star perks. When we checked in, I was upgraded to a sea view suite room. The room is spacious and the view is nice. The amenities and fittings are new. The room is well organized and bathroom is well designed.
If you have work around this area it is the best place to stay; it is far from Istanbul city center.
Staff are friendly and helpful.

It what you expect from a mid priced hotel.
Crew and food are very good and there is always someone there to assist you. Housekeeping is efficient and establishment takes covid precautions.
As an extra the Guest relations are also assisting with any Covid test that you might need in the cheapest price available and with results within the day. Ms Hilal was very helpful and answered all my questions , offering valuable assistance.
Five stars for the guest relations desk as well.

Great location. Silent and peaceful area. Location is also easily accessible if you are traveling from Sabiha Gökçen Airport. Hotel is newly built so everything inside the hotel is nice and new. As hotel is sea facing so you can enjoy great sunset and sunrise scenes.
