It's my first time renting a car from Otorento but it won't be the last. Anıl, who met us at the Istanbul airport, was very kind and caring. I rented from this company at the recommendation of a friend. We received very good attention while buying and delivering the vehicle. Our car was a 2023 model and we didn't know that Skoda was this comfortable. We will prefer Otorento every time we come to Turkey, and we will show it to everyone. We hired a car in May, they were waiting at Izmir Airport for us and everything went smoothly. A fantastic service and helpful staff and helped with the luggage. Would highly recommend this company as we use them on our trips to Turkey on a regular basis.

Rented a car for 3 weeks. The car and service was really outstanding. At the last 2 days of the rent i had an accident at night and could not continue with the car. Contacted the renting company accordingly and everything went very smoothly. They were very helpfull. Within 2 hours they picked up the car and the next day they gave me exactly the same car (different colour). So they gave me for the last day before returning the car. They also offered me that they can pay my taxi fees if i did not want a new car only for the last day. But i had some places to go, so i requested a new car, which they gave and brought to my hotel the next day. The car was well insured and i did not had to pay anything such as own risk contribution. With whomever i had spoken on the phone or through whatsapp before, during and after the accident, they were all very nice and friendly. Very professional car renting company. Anybody can rent out a car as long as everything goes well, but during an accident the real professional company stands out, which this company definately is. Will for sure rent here again if travelling to Turkey and when car is required. Thank you all for the nice job and great car. Keep up the good work.

Very good service very operative call center and chat on web site

Everything was super good and quickly arranged, including the registration process and reservations and payment was only made upon receipt of the car. The staff were very helpful. You will be picked up and dropped off at the airport because the office is about 10 minutes from the terminal, but other options are also negotiable. My next reservation will definitely be here again.

Great communication and great deal, happy to rent a car again recommended!

I found out about Otorento from various websites and decided to book a 9 seater Mercedes Vito for 10 days in Bodrum, Turkey.
