Loved this place, excellent views of the harbor; lots of cats and very friendly staff.

Came across this lovely restaurant while taking a stroll during my visit to Istanbul. Staff were very helpful, friendly and certainly attentive even though l couldn’t speak Turkish, they were still patient. The food was very nice and prices are cheap. Luckily it was a bright sunny day so it was nice to eat by the water and look at views. I would revisit this place on my next visit.

Balon cafe has a very convenient location. It is situated not far from Kadikoi Iskelesi (ferryboat station). This cafe attracts the visitors with the amazing sea view and delicious cuisine. The staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are not very high. When I come to Istanbul I will visit this place one more time with great pleasure.🙂👍

A quiet place in the morning, very nice to have breackfast on a pier.

I always choose here when we need somewhere calm to hangout and talk in the middle of the Kadıköy chaos it's a quiet place. The food and service is also good.
