Très mauvaise expérience. La personne que j’ai rencontrée a refuser de m’ouvrir un compte, compte tenu du fait que je ne travaille pas en Turquie.

I came to this branch to open an account. The teller was very rude and dismissive as soon as she realised I wasn't Turkish, even though I have residency and all the required paperwork to open an account. She called the manager, who told me it was impossible and illegal for them to open an account for me. I knew that to be a lie, since I know other foreign residents who have accounts, but he kept insisting it was impossible. So I went to the Cihangir branch of Garanti, a five minute walk away, and the very friendly and helpful teller there opened an account for me on the spot. I will try to avoid ever visiting the İstiklal branch again. I have encountered rude staff before but never staff who openly and obviously lied to my face. Had I not had a good reason to want an account with Garanti I would have taken my business elsewhere. The staff at this location reflect very badly on the company.

Appalling disregard for customers. Impossible to get them to carry out a routine transaction. Fail to answer emails. Avoid.

Absolutely the worst and rudest staff on any Garanti branch I have ever been into. I am a 10 year customer and maybe it is time to leave Garanti. Horrible dismissive indifferent treatment of a customer after waiting 1 hour to be served.

2 dakika bile sürmeyen işlemim için tam 60 dakikadan fazla bir süre bekledim şaka gibi ama tam 60 dakika. Diğer bankalarda da aynı işlem için gittiğimde 20 dakikadan fazla sürmüyor. Sistem çok yavaş bekleye bekleye sinir küpüne dönüşüyorsunuz. Elinizden geldiğince başka şubelerden işlemlerinizi yapın.

7 veznenin sadece ikisi çalışıyor, ki onlar da kağnıdan hallice. Çalışanlar kendi arasında konuşmak dışında pek bir iş yapmıyor, veznedarların tanıdığı iseniz sıra almanıza gerek yok, selam verip herkesin önüne geçebilirsiniz. 10 yıldır Garanti müşterisiyim bu kadar rezil bir şubesine ilk kez denk geldim, kimsenin yolu buraya düşmez umarım.
