The Artisan Istanbul MGallery

I had a wonderful stay at the Artisan M Gallery Hotel! The rooms were comfortable and nicely appointed, providing a perfect setting for relaxation. The staff was exceptionally friendly, with Aziz standing out for his warm hospitality and attentive service. Highly recommend for a cozy and welcoming experience!

The hotel left nothing to be desired, and as ALL member I got the service I expected. Great location too, between Taksim Square and the Beşiktaş district with its hundreds of shops and eateries. Overall very good value for money. Will stay here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Artisan Istanbul MGallery, and it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. Nestled in the heart of Istanbul, this hotel is a gem that blends modern luxury with rich cultural heritage.

The staff at The Artisan Istanbul MGallery is truly exceptional. Their warmth, professionalism, and dedication to providing top-notch service were evident throughout my 3-day stay. Upon check-in, I had the pleasure of meeting the Duty Manager, Berk. He asked about my day, and I mentioned it had been quite tiring as we had flown from Australia with a layover in Doha. Within 10 minutes of settling into the room, there was a knock on the door. It was room service delivering two glasses of warm milk and a selection of nuts for us. It was such a lovely gesture and greatly appreciated. not long after Berk rang the room just to have a follow up call. I worked in Hospitality and this little things that make guest return.

The next morning, we went for breakfast on the rooftop and were assisted by Ibrahim, another star of the hotel. He was very pleasant, professional, and thorough.
In conclusion, The Artisan Istanbul MGallery exceeded all my expectations. We will definitely be coming back, and I will recommend this hotel to people I know who want to visit Istanbul. Thank you So much everyone.

I spent three nights at this great hotel.

The staff is extremely friendly, the rooms and common areas are very clean and comfortable.

The restaurant and bar on the main floor is a nice place to grab a meal or a cocktail.

The breakfast buffet is wonderful.

This was my first time in Istanbul and it was a great place to stay.

Depending on traffic, approximately 25 minutes to Old Town Istanbul

I had a great stay, the location was great close to everything, very friendly staff, the hotel is very clean and nicely decorated.
The only one thing to improve is the breakfast. The restaurant's view was magical.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days. The location is very strategic. We enjoyed walking from the hotel to taksim istiklal street every day.
The staff was very friendly, especially (uncle) the house keeping who was on duty on the 1st floor every morning until evening who was very helpful with everything we needed.
And also Berk who helped to carry our luggages when we were check out. Dear Berk, Please forgive us if our luggages are too heavy. 🥹

Hi, we stayed at this amazing hotel for 7 days, the room was clean the staff were very friendly and helpful specially Berk who was always there when needed. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel, I have to mention that it’s near to Taksim square , the supermarket ( șok ) is just the next building and the bus station few steps away.

September 19th I was in Istanbul for 23 hours layover and I had a horrible experience at a previous hotel where I felt in danger for my safety. I came to this hotel and the staff and atmosphere truly made me feel so much better. A trip that almost made me never want to come to Turkey even for a layover ever again completely changed once I switch my hotel here. The staff treated me wonderful and the guy outside waited with me for my taxi when I was going to dinner reservation. The place was clean with a nice smell. Breakfast was amazing. The room was comfortable as well. A horrible start turned into a great ending in Istanbul due to this stay. I have recommended this hotel since I’ve came back to the United States. The whole night staff that worked that night were amazing. ATL Airport tends to have lots of layover to Istanbul going east and I do plan on staying here again

I was blown away by the excellent service. We arrived a day early and very jet lagged. Berk at the front desk took excellent care of us. Deniz showed us around the hotel and made sure we had everything we needed.

Location was in a nice and quiet area.. you needed to walk about 10 minutes to reach dolmabache palace.

Breakfast was a beautiful spread. Rooms very comfortable.

Overall enjoyed my one night stay.

I really liked the hotel and Istanbul. especially the staff makes it special, just like Istanbul is made special by the people who live there. bellboys, waiters, houseman, concierge. The compliment from the hotel was delicious. I would especially like to mention Volkan and Ergin. Very nice and helpful people, smiling and hospitable, thanks to them the holiday became even more soulful. In addition, they approved my late check-out as a compliment. The only negative was that on departure they couldn’t help me carry my suitcase up the mountain towards the transfer to the airport (by the way, thanks to the administrator who informed me about such a transfer), I walked for 11 minutes and carried a heavy suitcase. I apologize, I work at the Mercure hotel in Sochi, and our bellboys, when the road was blocked or in bad weather, at the request of the guest, helped carry luggage over long distances. If one of my colleagues or friends asks me where to stay in Istanbul, I will recommend this hotel, my rating is 9 out of 10 (only because of the luggage)

I had a pleasure to stay in this hotel second time for 3 nights and it was an amazing experience overall. The 'home away from home' feeling is present in the hotel and many thanks to the employees, who made my stay there very pleasant. The welcoming drink voucher had been presented at arrival and we enjoyed it in lovely designed lobby lounge with a beautiful view to raining Istanbul. Special thanks to Mr Enes Ibrahim, who made my breakfast experience very memorable. He was so kind to memorize even the size of the cup for a tea, which I had requested at the first day during the breakfast and continuously was arranging everything on table the way I love before my arrival. This shows how high is the respect to the guests and their comfort. Many thanks for all.

First of all - Fantastic Team - Serkan, Volkan and Gizem made my stay, they are just Brilliant!

Second, but not the least- I'm very impressed with design, and sense of coziness.
Nice breakfast with stunning views of Bosphorus. All in all - I would highly recommend this property and definitely will come back again!

I cannot thank you more for the room set up by Serkan Sahin, he was unbelieveably helpful and solutive for me and my family stay in the hotel. A wonderful greeting from Nerettin has warmed us while we had arrived in the late evening. Bravo.

The hotel way exceeded my expectations. The lobby and rooms were spacious and luxurious. The linens smelled heavenly. And the view from the rooftop. Where do I even begin. You can see the whole Bosporus river, the European and Asian side with a full view of Hagia Sophia and the Blue mosque. The breakfast spread was also amazing. But what really made this place were the staff Deniz, Serkan and Volkan. On my first day I got a bit lost trying to get here, so I was cold. They offered me warm drinks and made me feel at home. At night I realised the location was so good. Near to taksim and also the Kalbata ferry station but yet quiet. On my second day I realised I couldn’t charge my phone. Deniz ran out to get me a charger and even showed me the invoice for it. The people are kind and honest. Can’t wait to be back. For now I’ll recommend it to all my friends.

The hotel was one of the best hotels i stayed in it was cozy and comfy. The service was excellent and especially from DENIZ (I don’t know if the spelling is right) but he was helpful and gentle he helped us during our stay, he was precious in the details and entertaining.

The hotel staff is amazing, very helpful and informative. Special mention to Denis and Sahin who understand guest needs and cater to it immediately. Makes you feel at home

Absolutely amazing staff. Volken, Deniz, Nurettin helped us get a taxis when all the roads were shut down during a local football match. If it weren't for their help we would have missed our flight to Pakistan.
